Healthlink Physical Therapy - Hausman

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the amazing therapist and staff. I have been to many therapists before to assist with my problem but Georgia was the only one who really took time to assess my balance problems and create a program to help me feel more secure that I could take appropriate actions to correct my balance and do more things independently. Overall the best and most effective therapy I have had. I also want to give Annette at the Camp Bullis location a shout out for knowing I needed to be assessed by a vestibular specialist and referring me to Georgia. I am grateful for them both.

Fantastic experience: I started going to this site prior to having Shoulder Surgery for my rotator cuff and torn bicep injury to help in my recovery. Brittney and BeBe have both helped me pre and post surgery. I had a prior wrist injury that had them modify their approach to help in my treatment due to my limitations. They have treated me like family and demonstrate how much they care about my improvement both physically and mentally. They both explained why the treatments are necessary and BeBe would even break it down in ways to help me understand using a slinky analogy. I have also had the pleasure “working” with multiple students going through their clinicals for school. I know they will be great Physical Therapist as they are being trained by amazing teachers.

Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to express how much I owe to the Hausman Healthlink. The therapists, especially Brittany Elliott, are the best I've ever known (and I've been to other therapy groups). Each therapist is friendly, caring and helpful. I can truly say that I wouldn't have the back strength, balance and energy without their care for me. I truly love going in for my therapy sessions - I'll never "graduate" because of my chronic back conditions, but I am so thankful that Brittany keeps trying new exercises to relieve some of my discomfort, as well as always encouraging me in the regular exercises. Thank goodness for the Hausman Healthlink!

Fantastic experience: We are presently receiving physical therapy at your center. We are happy with the treatment and improvement we are getting.The therapists are knowledgeable and professional on the treatment that we received, they are friendly and make you feel at is. They are a great team!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Housman are the best therapists that I have ever had! Stephanie, Britney and BB go out of their way to their patients. They listen to their patients and provide therapy to make sure that you are achieve your goals. They are very creative in finding new ways to help patients. Tracy, the receptionist, is also great at welcoming the patients and making sure that your appointsments are booked as well as keeping everything running smoothly. They are all highly skilled and each of them will also bounce ideas off the other therapists to make sure that you are getting back to health. Outstanding work by the whole team.

Fantastic experience: On May of this year my husband Adan Martinez had surgery total knee ortho plasty surgery. We were supposed to hook up with another Physical Therapy on Broadway, but didn’t connect, so I searched and I found the therapy right at the Baptist Hospital Healthlink area. According to my husband the staff “tortured him” ,which was funny because my husband cannot stand pain. He walks, bends, and flexes his knee better than last time. We thank the staff for helping him out in this time frame. I would recommend to all this facility.

Fantastic experience: A soccer injury lead us to seek physical therapy. My daughter was well cared for and taught a variety of stretches and exercises, not only for recovery purposes, but beneficial for her athletic lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving care at Healthlink PT-Housman since February following a mild stroke in December. The clinicians have done a terrific job helping me regain my balance. Today 2 of the interns, Andrea & Erin(sp?) set up an obstacle course to similate my feeding & watering 5 horses. They did a great job! Thank you everyone at Healthlink PT-Housman.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars aren't enough. I have 4 years of experience with this PT center, all of it good! First for a damaged achilles tendon. Brittany helped me avoid surgery - she is great with feet. I returned to her last year when I knew knee replacement was in my near future. She helped me prepare for it and then this April - May, she helped me recover from it. Brittany is super! But I wouldn't hesitate to work with any of the therapists there; they are all top of the line. It is a wonderful place to spend 2 or 3 hours a week (even with the pain of TKR recovery). Many thanks to Brittany, Bebe, Stephanie, and Tracey - it has been a joy spending time with you (and I will be back!)

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was great! I was having issues with my shoulder and they listened to me explain where I was having issues and then worked me to find the right exercises that helped. Again great staff! Thank you for all you did.

Fantastic experience: They rang the bell! I’m healed!! Praise the Lord indeed but the incredible people and staff here at Hausman have made this truly possible! Specifically Georgia Groomer is a friggin rock star! This girl knows her stuff and I’m beyond thankful that she took me in! I have suffered for over a year with intensive vertigo and BPPV and she knew just how to twist me and beat me up enough to knock it out of me! Lol. Beyond blessed to have her and her staff help me and I always love how welcoming everyone is! You can tell soo many patients here truly enjoy their experiences here as many leave with smiles just like I do!

Fantastic experience: Brittany has been amazing! My daughter has serve foot pain and Brittany continues to push her and encourage her through each session. She has found ways to keep her engage with activities that my daughter is focused on! Words from my 10 year old daughter "Brittany is the best and my friend"!

Fantastic experience: Rolled in here on a knee scooter after breaking my 5th metatarsal, surgery, and no weight bearing for 3 months. Bebe and Stephanie were my therapist and they were the best! The entire staff is friendly and helpful! I’m happy to be back on my feet, and even running again, but I will miss my PT visits!

Fantastic experience: Was referred from ortho for shoulder pain. Had the pleasure of having Megan as my Physical Therapist. She was able to get my shoulder back in action and pain free in about 4 weeks. As luck would have it, I suffered a right knee injury towards the end of my shoulder rehab. I was able to request Megan again and she helped strengthen my knee in about 7 visits, pain completely gone, when I started pain was a 7/10. Watching the staff interact with patients and family, I would feel comfortable having any of my family members go here. Shout out to Tracey at the front desk who is always welcoming and greeted everyone when they entered. With the amount of time I spent here I noticed she was always able to answer any questions patients had regarding their insurance and benefits. Great job by the entire staff!!

Fantastic experience: A great team that really helped me with my back injury! My injury was effecting my quality of life with the pain. They found the problem and gave me what I needed to get back at 100%. Thank you Dom and the team.
