Fantastic experience: The team at Health Link - Ingram is truly outstanding. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. From the point of entering, Chrissy, the receptionist, is always friendly and kind. The facility is always clean and all the equipment is in great working order. I love the pool therapy and Valerie is great in working with me. But, I have to say that Valerie was amazing when it came to mobilizing my knee cap after a total knee replacement. She worked hard with me and it paid off. Jennifer Lowenberg and Avery were awesome with me, too. The exercises and the attention Jennifer and Avery gave me produced great results. But far above and beyond the service from all the team was Christina Guzman. I say this because, during my initial evaluation for my lower back pain, Ms. Christina actually took the time to interpret and explain the 1-1/2 page report of my MRI results on my back. My PCP had not even explained any of the report to me, and I was very confused by what it said. She explained every paragraph and even used a life size model of the spine to demonstrate which spine disk was being affected and showed me what a bulging disk looks like. She explained how the disks were shifting and showed me all of this on the model. This explanation was so enlightening and so helpful. Ms. Christina did for me what my PCP and surgeon never took the time to do for me. This information was invaluable. On another occasion, I left my cell phone in my driver's car. Chrissy, the receptionist, tracked it down for me while I did my therapy excercises. When a rude transportation driver left me at the office and I broke down crying from being upset, Chrissy, Jennifer L. and Avery comforted me. I can't say enough good things about this team. I have gone to them for Total Knee Replacement of my right knee and then my left knee, also my lower back, and they are truly wonderful. Should I need further therapy, I will certainly return to the Ingram location.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Healthlink PT on Ingram and Culebra is terrific, from the receptionist to all your therapists. I have worked with nearly all. From my experience, the level of caring is exceptional. Everyone is not just willing to help but anxious to help in any way they are able. I am always asked about the level and location of my pain. Each time I am given exercises and treatments for the current symptoms. Can't say enough!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this establishment through the Pain Management clinic for my many issues with my spine and my inability to exercise and be as mobile as I should be for any quality of life. With the assistance of both Jennifer and Valerie these ladies are top notch in their profession. The therapy sessions with these ladies has helped me to move and adequately maneuver in the pool which has helped me to not only gain more mobility in my everyday functions, but I have lost weight while doing so in the process. I cannot say enough about these two ladies, but I will say that I hope to encounter working with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: When I started therapy at Healthlink Physical Therapy on Ingram, I could barely lift my arm to turn on a light switch without it causing excruciating pain. Today (11/2/21) was my last day of therapy. With all the care and therapy given by every therapist that works there, I can honestly say that I am feeling fantastic. All the staff that work there are so kind, patient, and caring to everyone that walks through the door. The facility is very clean, and they are meticulous about sanitation. I would recommend Healthlink Physical Therapy - Ingram to anyone who is unfortunate to have those aches and pains in life, and would like to thank all the staff for caring enough to help me heal, I know I would still be wincing in pain at the light switch if it wasn't for your help.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapy I received here was literally a life changing experience. The staff is genuinely caring, and absolutely competent. The program they developed for me was perfectly designed to address my injuries and eventually heal them. Their good work has vastly improved the quality of my life

Fantastic experience: Kind and thoughtful staff, always thinking ahead and keeping us patients updated on everything, I love coming here for my physical therapy in and out of the pool. Wish the pool was bigger but it’s always nice and warm, and if it’s not the staff always makes sure to keep us informed on the best time to schedule our appointments. The therapists are cool, too. Haven’t had a bad experience yet and I’ve been going for a few weeks now.
