Fantastic experience: I want to give a big thank you to the staff at Westover Hills rehab. They took great care of my dad for the past year and truly cared about and for him. At the end, when the hospice care dropped the ball, they stepped in and made him comfortable as possible. Thank you for going above and beyond Gaby, Valerie, Debbie, Robert, Cece, Alex, and Jenny.

Fantastic experience: The care of my mother during her month long stay was excellent. She was mostly bed written and was taken care of as quickly as possible when needed. The nurses were very friendly, patient and careful with her. The facility was very clean and her room was cleaned daily. Every time we visited we were greeted and accommodated for any requests.

Fantastic experience: The staff was extremely professional and attentive to my mother‘s care while on respite status. Any questions I asked regarding my mother‘s care where is extremely thorough and the CNA’s during the evening shift that I encountered were very helpful and gentle with my mother. I truly believe their care was sincere. When I visited, I came a different hours and walked in as they were caring for my mother, and I noticed that they have a heart and care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: The care I was given at Westover Hills was excellent. The Doctors, therapists, nurses, assistants and all the staff are very caring and proficient. I was made to feel as if I were a member of their family.

Fantastic experience: I like everything about that place but only one person that I did not like about her is that she had made me very upset and her name was Rebecca she was in my home to help me take a shower but she has said she was not going to give me a shower bad day I was in room 311 this is Dorothy Guzman and I had told the nurse about it so she went and told her to take me a shower that's the only thing that I didn't like about that place is because of Rebecca other than that everybody treated me right and very nice and very respectful and I did tell Diane about it and she said did we get it straightened out and I said yes I would love to go back but without me being put there I like to go visit but thank you anyway for all the help you all gave me I appreciate it and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year love Dorothy Guzman

Fantastic experience: Great staff and an excellent experience overall. It's my second time to need a place to heal and recover, and I cannot say enough great things about this place and the folks who make it the perfect place. I made sure my Dr's knew where I wanted to go for healing and recovery after my first stay with them.

Fantastic experience: The staff here took such great care of my mother in law during her stay. Marlene was available even when calling at night for the smallest requests. We were able to sit in on a therapy session and Sandra and the other therapists were careful and knew exactly how much to push her to get her where she needed to be. The other staff who assisted with her meals and pill giving were pleasant and treated her well. Overall we would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Seems to be clean. But walking in, residents are saying hi to anyone walking by. So sad elderly have no visitors. PLEASE SAN ANTONIO JUST STOP BY TO VISIT PERSONS. THE ELDERLY NEED

Fantastic experience: My mother was at this facility 2 weeks ago and the staff was extremely compassionate and caring. Therapy was amazing and got mom back to her ALF in 3 weeks. I would recommend this facility for any rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Facility is very clean and their quality of care is amazing! Good team and they all go above and beyond for their residents, I also really enjoyed watching them so group therapy and all the creative ideas they come up with! I highly recommend for everyone to tour the facility and bring your loved ones here for good care.

Fantastic experience: So my mother in law has only been at rehab one day. The issue I have with current reviews: 1. The facility is talking to us about her issues since we can’t visit 2. If the reviewers are so angry with the facility why haven’t they sent BBB complaints? I will update my review when her therapy is completed. Edit: pickup was easy but sadly, COVID is a problem there now.

Fantastic experience: My brother was a patient at this facility for more than a year. My brother had serious health issues & the staff here took very good care of him. My brother took a turn for the worst in June 2018 & ended up in the hospital & my brother passed in August of 2018 & Jimmy the admissions person was so amazing to me. Thank you to Jimmy & all that was involved in the care of JJ King of Texas Care in the time he was with you.

Fantastic experience: My mother who is 96 years young, has been at Westover Hills Rehab. Senior Care Center, long term care since November 2015 Since that time she has receive very good care, the meals are good. The facility is always clean and the staff from the director to the housekeeper are very courteous and friendly. The nurse's and CMA's treat all the residents with respect and have a caring attitude. I am very happy that my mother is being taken care at Westover Hill Rehab. Senior Care center
