Fantastic experience: I had my aqua therapy evaluation yesterday. I arrived discouraged and left optimistic and ready to get started. Brian did the evaluation. He had helped me last year. It was like reconnecting with a good friend. He is so knowledgeable. He answers all your questions. He is compassionate about your situation. He sees the big picture but approaches things so that you aren’t overwhelmed.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was pretty skeptical at first. But thanks to Ana Liza my therapist who change me from doubtful, to hopeful ,to to feeling great. the excersices she had me do really worked. Ana, thank you so much.

Positive experience: If I could rate all of the therapists I've seen over 5 stars I would because they're amazing! It is a shame though that I have so much trouble scheduling appointments when I'm not physically in the clinic. It makes it even more frustrating when I hear the receptionist talk about how she turns off the phone during the day, otherwise it would keep ringing. I worked in a very busy clinic as a receptionist for 5 years, that is a known part of the job. In the entirety of the time I've been coming I've gotten through on the phone once. I've tried calling 5 times today to reschedule my appointment and it's just a busy tone every time. I guess I'll have to keep wasting more of my time to try and get through to someone.

Fantastic experience: The PT’s are very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. I would definitely recommend this facility for rehab. I particularly had a great experience with both Mikhal and Crystal.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Therapies in San Antonio ❤ I started with neck pain and nerves issues, and now I'm symptoms free. My Therapist was John Benavidez. Amazing Therapies I ever had. Resourceful, knowledgeable, incredible, honest, talented and whichever description you think of as amazing person he is. I don't have any motivation to do any exercises at home and I work from home and sitting behind the laptop all day long, but on my appointments I enjoyed doing exercises because John B made it so fun and enjoyable to do. I highly recommend John Benavidez

Fantastic experience: Every Tuesday and Thursday I go to physical therapy at the Baptist Health Link; I have never seen such a clean pool that is used by so many people. Everything is in its place, so organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, so much that I never feel like I’m going through PT alone. They constantly are checking on you and making sure you are completing the exercises correctly. Great place!!

Fantastic experience: In the past year, I've had some SI issues that were difficult to diagnose and saw many Physical Therapy facilities. It wasn't until I went to Healthlink (per a recommendation from a chiropractor) that all the pieces of the puzzle came together specifically by my therapist, Ana Liza. Besides being a very knowledgeable and caring PT, she has a fellowship in manual physical therapy which was extremely beneficial for me. She definitely put me on the path to recovery and I highly recommend her! The facility has lots of options: water therapy and classes, lap pool, exercise classes, massage therapists, gym, and personal trainers. Much more than normal gyms offer and has reasonable membership fees; some options mentioned above are extra charges. I now have graduated to the gym and look forward to working with a Personal Trainer. The staff is nice, friendly, and willing to help. For me, Healthlink is my one-stop rehab/fitness choice!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff over at the therapy place they always so cheerful impolite and they really take time out with you doing exercise. They're very encouraging. I've been there four times and now I'm going to join as a member hold on.

Fantastic experience: Had my PT here all the staff is friendly. Now I have gym membership and pool I use almost everyday.

Fantastic experience: So glad my Dr sent orders for physical therapy. Thought it was a waste of their time but now I know the work they had me do strengthened my muscles and I walk better. Thank God because I was tired of wobbling like a duck.

Fantastic experience: I almost hate to rate a 5 star, because it means other people might start showing up and take away what I love, but anyway... I started going here for aqua therapy thanks to my doctor, but soon joined the gym. It's more medically inclined to the senior population, and while you can tell it's not the newest of places, I have never been back to any other gym on a regular basis before here, and I've currently got active memberships at like four gyms. The music, ew, but everything else, really really great. I even saw some PT machines out on the floor that I don't see at typical gyms, and they've tons of free-style equipment both in the workout room (weight balls, stability balls, bands, etc) as well as the pool (neck traction, different sized water weights, noodles in three different sizes). Since I am so out of shape I've stuck mostly to the pool area, which there are three: a cold lap pool, a warm therapy pool and then the whirlpool. They also have a steam room, and you can meet with a chiropractor if you'd like also. It seems like customers and staff are more like family - maybe because older people have more time on their hands to stand and chat about things, I don't know, but nice either way.
