Fantastic experience: I struggle with a condition called TMJ which causes me significant jaw and neck pain and makes everyday activities like yawning and chewing very painful. When I did research on pain relief for TMJ I came across Results PT and saw they have qualified Physical Therapists for TMJ treatment and decided to give them a try. I am being completely honest when I say this was one of the best decisions I had made and have gotten SIGNIFICANT pain relief from working with Results PT (PT Erin at the Allen location and PT Josh at the McKinney location). I was surprised to learn how many techniques and exercises exist to help increase mobilization of the jaw joints and how much relief they provide for TMJ symptoms. My neck and jaw pain have significantly reduced and now I am much more comfortable with functions such as yawning and chewing. The Physical Therapists also helped me gain more mobility in the opening of my jaw so I'm not as restricted like before. If you are considering treatment options for jaw pain or TMJ symptoms I HIGHLY recommend getting started with Results PT. You will be amazed at how much pain relief and improved functioning this treatment can provide you. Thank you so much Erin and Josh for helping me!

Fantastic experience: I went to the Results Physiotherapy clinic in Allen, Texas after TMJ (jaw) surgery. Everyone I met there was skilled at their job and very professional. My therapist, Erin, was very familiar with the type of surgery I had, and she set goals for me relating to increasing my range of motion, reducing my pain level, and strengthening my jaw. I am 3 weeks into my therapy, and I have had measurable improvement after every session. I have watched and listened to Erin interact with the other therapists and interns, and I was impressed about how everyone in the office shares their knowledge and experience. And Kanu, at the front desk, made the scheduling of my sessions easy, and she took care of all the insurance paperwork. Bottom line: five stars for the clinic and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Super thrilled with my experience at Results in Allen! I wanted a female PT and was really happy to have found this place. Mariela is my PT and she's amazing! I have also worked with Kayla and she's wonderful too! My treatment started with a thorough Q&A session which was used to create a plan to help build my core strength and address my recurring back pain. I loved the hands on experience and how your form is always being observed and corrected. After about a month I have been discharged and I feel so much stronger. Thanks to these ladies my quality of life is so much better and I could not be more grateful!

Fantastic experience: I came to ResultsPT at Allen for my frozen shoulder early March 2022 for any unexplained reasons (as I did not fall in the atypical category impacting patients). It is a painful physical experience and the worse experience can manifest during sleep. All through these times I was under care of Erin Boidock who was so patient and thorough in her work. There were couple of times when I felt PT is not working but she, by her work and dedication made me feel comfortable to continue with the treatment. Frozen shoulder does not always affect both shoulders. as it had for me. So the whole process took longer than I thought. I am glad that I got treated at ResultsPT. Tanu, too was so awesome to manage the schedules and very friendly to interact with. I would as I have, most certainly refer anyone needing PT to connect with Tanu for Erin Boidock’s services.

Fantastic experience: Sessions with Erin Boidock was absolutely amazing. The moment she began manual manipulation, I could tell she knew her stuff. After 3 weeks, my range of motion and strength were noticeably improved. Forever grateful

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Josh for your PT needs. He was great from beginning to end. He was so versatile with his therapy exercises which kept therapy more interesting and challenging. My issue was resolved after 10 weeks going twice weekly. He has been relocated to the McKinney location but may work at Allen some too. Not sure as the transition occurred at the end of my sessions. Will be a further drive for me if I need therapy in the future but will follow him! Kayla is great too. The facility is nice and bright and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Josh as my PT. I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain due to many factors. Some were unavoidable but others just needed to be worked through. Josh gave me the tools and the knowledge with stretches and exercise to be able to feel confident about working through that pain on my own at home. I’ve been able to get through many episodes and use those tools to help lessen my pain. He was patient and pleasant every time we had a session and always answered my questions and explained things thoroughly for me. I really appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of working with Josh over the past several weeks and I would easily recommend him to everyone! He was great at finding the balance between doing exercises that would challenge me, but make sure I was not getting hurt or in pain at the same time. I also got to know some of the other staff as well, and everyone there is so nice and friendly! Such a great location and will continue recommending them to all my friends and family! If you decide to go here, I can assure you that you will be in good hands :)

Fantastic experience: I came to results PT to rehab my core after 5 operations for hernias and damage caused by hernia mesh. When I started I could barely walk a quarter mile and was in pain, weak, and very uncomfortable. I didn’t have much hope for a comfortable life but that has all change in the 4 months I just completed with the Allen location. A big thank you to Erin, Kayla, Erin, and Josh my primary PT,s and also Celina, Mane, and Holly. And Tanu at the front desk was always helpful with my schedule. Everyone there was always cheery and super helpful and compassionate. Thanks so much for all your help. Now the future is very bright and I could not of done it without ALL of you!!!

Fantastic experience: I found those at ResultsPT in Allen very committed to addressing physical issues. Rachel and Erin are genuinely nice people who care about their patients, going about PT in a professional & compassionate way, while also being personable. They evaluated, listened to symptoms and adjusted treatment accordingly, consistently asking about discomfort during stretches & exercises. They maintained a serious, positive & comfortable environment for making improvement. Ashleigh always greeted with a smile & worked well to schedule sessions. When a water leak from the adjacent space forced closing Allen location, I was quickly contacted with an alternate in McKinney to avoid missing a session. I feel fortunate to have been sent to ResultsPT by my doctor, as I not only benefitted from the PT, but truly enjoyed getting to know the people there. So, kudos to whoever hired them! I would not hesitate returning there should I need further PT. I do have one complaint, however... the clock over the office door NEVER had the right time and should be replaced!

Fantastic experience: I visited Allen Results PT location for Erin Boidock. For about a year I consulted various doctors for my ear pain which was diagnosed as a TMJ disorder after first 4 months. I tried mouth guard, muscle relaxants, and pain killers for 2-3 months each on the recommendation of my dentist. Nothing helped. It kept getting worse. I had pain in my jaw, difficulty chewing, headaches, and ear pains. I also got evaluated by ear specialist and oral facial surgeon. After a recommendation from oral facial surgeon, I visited Erin in January. She was the first person to talk to me about the importance of posture and back strength for TMJ. Her exercise and physiotherapy significantly reduced my jaw and ear pain. My headaches were totally gone. I am able to chew easily. I am able to open my mouth fully (went from ~3 cm to 5 cm). I continue to do the exercise and manage my TMJ. I would highly recommend Erin for any TMJ related issues. Try PT before taking painkillers and muscle relaxants.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Resuts in Allen, TX. I started going there in June of 2021, as I was having issues with my lower back and tail bone. Rachel was my therapist and I cannot say enough about her. Not only is she knowledgeable about what is is doing, but she is also kind and very patient with everyone. She helped me so much, that I have to say I was very emotional when I was released, as I was in so much pain when I started going there. If anyone needs Physiotherapy, please do not hesitate to go here, as you will not regret it! Thanks Rachel for all you did for me to get back on track! Your the best! Fantastic experience: I lead a very active lifestyle (Workout/Tennis 4-6 days a week) so injuries tend to creep up from time to time. As an athlete, this place has helped me recover from a rather debilitating ankle injury and provide excellent care in other problem muscle groups. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and constructive both in diagnosis of issues and in the physical care of patients. I've literally handed out her card to my Tennis buddies going through knee, ankle, etc pain. As an athlete herself, she's proved extremely capable in understanding dynamics of sports related injuries, something I've struggled to find in past PT professionals.

Fantastic experience: I had near complete loss of my lower left leg from nerve damage. My doc said only time over 6 months would heal it ….. and sent me to Rachel and Ashley at the Allen office. First : they are professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Second: they taught me so much during rehab. Third : they are both amazing and wonderful people. I love them both! They worked around my travel schedule and made it happen and even put up with my bad jokes. The results : back on my feet playing golf and have complete use of my left leg in under 3 months. This team is amazing and if you are in need of this service …. THIS IS YOUR TEAM ! Don’t think twice about it!

Fantastic experience: I had a surgery that I wasn't recovering very well from, was worried that something went wrong or that I would be stuck feeling worse off than before. I went in after being recommend here by my doctor and got so much help. The exercises given are personal and fit exactly to your needs and everyone who works there are extremely friendly and make it welcome to come in to. I always left feeling better than I did when I came in and could constantly see and feel improvement, and when something didn't work they would change it and adjust it until it did. I improved way faster than I thought I would and had problems fixed that I thought were permanent. Highly recommend this place for anything.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and understanding care. Very patient with you. I've been going to Physiotherapy for a couple of months now recovering from covid-19. I have gone from having a hard time breathing and no strength to almost 100% right now. We did various tests that I did when I first came in and yesterday and I have recovered two fold over. Rachel does a wonderful job working with you and pushing you towards your goals. Rachel is patient with you asking questions and has given me an answer for everything I've asked. I'm smarter because I've gone there. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is in need of a physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I am have to admit, I was very hesitant about physiotherapy and also, bit of a sceptic. But this place has just changed my perception. I went there for my treatment, and was being treated by Rachel. She’s so kind and patient, and explains you everything so well. I don’t have an inch of a doubt in recommending her to anyone in need. My recovery has been great and I feel stupid to not have been here earlier. The staff is so courteous and welcoming, that they just lift you up. Ashley is so sweet, patient and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Great place to rehabilitate! From Ashley who is always great about scheduling with a smile, even when work gets in the way with an out of the blue meeting you just can't miss. To Erin, who knows exactly how much to push to gain the progress desired without overdoing your muscles and joints. The Professional, Compassionate care provided at the North Allen clinic is beyond reproach and beyond comparison. With fun Holiday Sweater days, and days of lively banter and discussion of important topics like which version of a given song playing over the pa is the best (Bing does the best Sleigh Ride - just Sayin), you often forget the physical work side of your rehabilitation. Point is, Results Physiotherapy in Allen is friends helping friends get better - there is simply no better place and no better group of friends for me.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Results Physiotherapy in Allen. I have a rare autoimmune disease called Slceroderma that has limited my mobility. In one week I felt a huge difference and in 2 weeks was able to move hands which I wasn't able to in over a year. I feel so much better physically and mentally! Thank you Rachael. Fantastic experience: I could barely walk when I first tip-toed through the doors here. Now, I'm back to running and jumping on the trampoline with my five-year old son! I owe it all to Rachel. She took time to understand my (L4/L5) injury – how it limited my daily activities and what movements triggered pain – and she tailored a program just for me. Every day I came in, Rachel would gauge my progress using exercises that precisely isolated problem areas. If I went one step forward and two steps back because I did something stupid at home (lifting things I wasn’t supposed to), she adjusted my exercises so we continued to progress. Every day was a challenge, but in a good way. I always left therapy feeling better than when I came in, and Ashley at the front desk worked around my schedule to make sure I made it back. At the end of the day, the reason my recovery here was successful is because Rachel is a great physical therapist. She understands the science of rehabilitation, and if you’re curious enough about it she’ll explain it to you too. I’ll miss this place, but I hope this review helps someone on the fence about coming in. A “five-star” review doesn’t come close to describing how great this place is.

Fantastic experience: This is the best PT experience I have had. The therapist works with you directly, no assistants, and explains your program, how to do the exercises properly, and why. She also makes herself easily available to answer questions once you are home. I went in for plantar fasciitis that didn't want to resolve. That problem is gone now and I am prepared to prevent it going forward. In addition, they helped me make strides with a former injury that is improving my quality of life. Thank you!
