Fantastic experience: I appreciate the knowledgeable help I have received from PT Lorenzo Vite. Right total hip surgery was 10 years ago, this year my left total hip surgery. The exercises I have been doing, have helped me gain the strength back in not only my left leg, but also my right leg. Knowing the exercises now, I will continue to improve, as I move forward, on my own following PT. The whole staff has been kind and helpful. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Catherine Shen, has been wonderful. She is very professional and interested in finding out my real problem area, and set up the exercise plan for the improvement. For each visit, she carefully monitored the progress and problems, and adjusted the plan accordingly. When in between Rehab sessions, she also checked to make sure I was okay doing planned exercises at home. She really cares out patient's health and needs. After the eight sessions, I am feeling much better than before. I’m really glad I came to Baylor and got her as my therapist! Highly recommend Catherine Shen.

Fantastic experience: Lorenzo Vite, PT has done an incredible job in providing effective physical therapy that my son needed to recover and return to highly competitive sport, in a relatively short period of time. He’s easy to work with, listens carefully, and selects exercises specifically applicable to the patient’s goals. Strongly recommend him for sports or orthopedic rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Both myself as well as my wife visited the BSW rehab center in Allen and we both agree that this is the best P.T. experience we have ever had. Yun Shun/Catherine is the best we have ever seen. And, we both have been through a lot of therapy. For myself, I play a lot of sports and get injured due to over-use. Yun Shun supervised the exercises I needed to do and stretched me out and elminated the muscle knots I had develped. I'm now back to the sport and also know how to make sure I don't develop the same injury again. My wife had a partial knee replacment and Yun Shun did an equally fantastic job getting her back to full mobility. The people in the office, every single one, was lovely and so kind. I'm so grateful that my wife recommended Yun Shun. She is simply the best!

Fantastic experience: I began rehabilitation 2 weeks ago. I am very please with the treatment I have received. The staff is kind and helpful. Each staff member explains the exercise, always ask me if I feel okay. David Thomas gave me a folder with instructions on exercises I need to do daily.

Fantastic experience: Michelle Torres is my speech therapist. She works with me in many areas. She is organized, cheerful, intelligent and knows many modalities to aid in my progress. It's a great experience. Everyone at the facility are also helpful and kind!

Fantastic experience: BSW Rehab is an excellent center to receive physical therapy. My therapist June is attentive to my health needs. He monitors me while I perform my exercises and does not go off to work with another patient. If I'm doing something wrong he is there to correct my movements. The facilty is clean and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: My therapist, David Thomas, has been wonderful. He is very interested in finding out how his patients are doing and what their different problems are each time they come in. He adjusts your exercises each time depending on how you are feeling that day. He likes getting to know his patients on a personal level. He treats you more like family than a patient. I’m really glad I got him as my therapist!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time working with BSW Rehab in Allen. I returned the second time as a result of what was accomplished the first time. This team from Ashley and Stephanie at the front desk to the Therapists exude compassion and positive reinforcement and patient accountability. I believe the road to recovery is a combination of overcoming both physical and mental challenges. This talented Team is well equipped to handle both ends of recovery. Specifically, I have to give a shout out and thanks to Jill. She has been my recovery coach and I am grateful for her skill, encouragement and attitude. Fantastic experience: The staff here is caring, very professional, and knowledgeable! My occupational therapist, Karen, has given me exercises and other treatments that have helped so much with my rehab. I highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: Staff and Receptionist are very professional and friendly. They are there to work with you to help you heal better. To teach you ways to improve on your body by stretching exercises and the proper way to maintaining your body so you won’t injure self in the future. I’ve been going to Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation here in Allen Texas since 2009 and continue to go there when needed by my doctors.

Fantastic experience: Broke my ankle and I chose BSW-Rehab Allen for the physical therapy. I was very fortunate to have Rushi Shahiwala as my physical therapist. Has an extensive background in working with athletes and a very well rounded set of experience. A real people person, easy to conversate with. Reason why I'm writing this review is due the results. I am still in therapy but I am very happy with the progress that is being made.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Rehab! I have only had two appointments and I am feeling stronger! This is my first time ever to do PT, so I was not sure what to expect. The therapist listens to me and explains each exercise thoroughly and why we are doing it and the benefits of the exercise. The staff is also very friendly and caring as well!

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Baylor Rehab by a friend after a Meniscus Root Repair surgery on my right knee. June is an excellent therapist and my knee always feels SOOOO much better after leaving a session. This was my first surgery and I am committed to the recovery process which is long (3-6mos). I would highly recommend Baylor for its staff, easy access to office, quality and cleanliness of equipment and overall experience as a surgery first-timer.

Fantastic experience: As fun as PT can get. While PT is never easy, therapists here work to make it pleasurable. My therapist, David Thomas, is an outstanding therapist. I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: After making no progress with another therapist, I switched to Baylor. Not only did my therapist June really work well with my Dr but also with me. He pushes but not in an uncaring way. I feel he truly has my best interests at heart and the desired outcome is my progress. He reassures me when I’m hesitant and explains why I need to do certain exercises. He respects my true limitations and honest listens to some extenuating circumstances I have that interfere a little with my treatment. The entire staff at Baylor seem to work hard for their patients, enjoy their jobs, are encouraging and very knowledgeable. They are also very creative

Fantastic experience: I'm 72 and have racked up more than a few hours in physical therapy. I keep coming back to Baylor Scott & White Rehab because they are better than the rehab locations I've been to in the past 40 years. The place is spotless, well equipped, easy to get to, and they keep to schedules. I'm seeing Laura Patterson now. She's not only putting me through my paces to relieve knee pain, but she's educating me for the long term . I've noticed every other person in the room is also getting great one-on-one care. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: David is awesome. He listens to what I am saying and adjusts the physical therapy accordingly and gives me photos of the stretches and exercises so I can easily do them at home. And all of the staff if very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Used this group in 2016 for therapy on my foot and when I had a knee replacement I was given the choice to go where I wanted and I immediately knew I would return here. You hear horror stories of PT and this place is wonderful. They work with you, they push for you to get better without torture. They are professional, knowledgeable, make you feel welcome and give you hope that you will get better and be successful in your treatment. Five stars to all the staff!!

The casual and professional approach of the staff, the immaculate facility, and the knowledgeable and respectful treatment all made me relaxed and grateful that I had been referred to such an excellent practice. This is an excellent organization that has you actually working with a physical therapist not an aid as some places do. They are hands on, professional, patient and caring. The office staff is just as nice. The place is ckean and organized. I can't say enough good things about the place and the therapist. They set the bar pretty high for other places to measure up to.
