Fantastic experience: Dr. Garcia and her staff are amazing. I just graduated after 6months of treatment. I had herniated discs, and my pain got worse by going to a generic physiotherapist first. Once I switched to TSR, I went from struggling to do daily tasks and not being able to workout to now being fully active again and being able to go to the gym. Both Avari and Susan go above and beyond to personalize therapy for optimal results. The front office staff is equally friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to TX Spine & Rehab for many years as a result of a knee replacement, back pain and ultimately a spinal fusion. The staff there is amazing, particularly the physical therapist, Avari Garcia. She works with you hands on every time you do therapy. She really understands anatomy, finds a pain or tight area you didn’t even know you had, and works in you to relieve the pain or pressure. Susan is also wonderful in teaching the exercises and reminding you of proper form and technique. Dr. Chambers is also wonderful and for many years provided sound injections to relieve my pain and delay surgery for me. I would highly recommend Texas Spine & Rehab!

Fantastic experience: I almost made the mistake of going to a chiro until my sister told me see Dr Avari and it was the best decision I could have made. I came in with no clue what was really wrong and came out with a road to recovery. I'm still doing my program though I've moved out of state and I'm very grateful for the treatment I received. Excellent team and facility.

Fantastic experience: I’ve suffered from lower back pain for year and since coming here I have found exercises that actually help rather than just putting a temporary band aide on it. The team here is amazing and listens to you. I’ve never felt like a number. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chambers is wonderful, knowledgeable and he explains things well and is very kind. Two thumbs up! Most notably for me is the competent and courteous admin staff. Good admins are hard to find and this office has the best. They are efficient and accurate with their work, friendly and pleasant. Always a joy coming to this office for top notch service in all areas!

Positive experience: Edit: Best to not write reviews when in pain. Very good practitioners, but not as convenient as larger practices. If you can make it work, it is a great option.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a hip issue that was a puzzle for multiple doctors. She is now happily back to playing sports and says Avari has “magic fingers”.

Fantastic experience: Avari is incredible! She pinpointed the source of my hip pain and gave me specific exercises to do to improve. I went in once a week and Susan assisted with doing the exercises properly. Both women were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and empathetic.

Fantastic experience: When I started my PT with Avari I had a T-Rex arm, I couldn’t move, stretch, or lift my arm due to a permanent nerve damage. Avari and her kind team helped me bring my arm mobility back to 95%. She also fixed a lifetime problem in my spine, it was curved because of hunching my back. My spine has never been so rect and I couldn’t believe that was possible. Avari is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing, excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Avari Garcia has provided excellent care and guidance throughout my physical therapy journey. From the beginning and every visit, she assesses my current state and adjusts where needed for my continued improvement. I’ve learned that it’s not only about showing up for PT at her office, but “showing up for myself” every day at home to do the exercises that accelerates my progress. Avari has a true gift of identifying needs of her patients and putting a plan in place for them to get stronger.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Avari after having another herniated disc above where I had had ACDF surgery two years before. I was REALLY trying to avoid another surgery. I had already had two injections (2 weeks apart) and could only have one more the entire year. I am almost to my year mark and have not needed another injection! Avari helped me SO much!!! She took the time to listen to me and also reminded me to be patient with the process. All of the PT assistants were incredibly nice and helpful. I never felt like I was in a big “pt factory” where they rush you in and out. She always answered all my questions. I highly recommend Texas Spine and Rehabilitation. I have been to other PT places and I’m telling you this has been the best progress I’ve ever made with my neck! I’ll continue to do my stuff at home and hope I never have to go back BUT if I do, I’ll be in great hands!!!

Fantastic experience: Avari is a wonderful physical therapist. She is smart, experienced, compassionate, and has an amazing memory. A patient is treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. She cares about the journey and makes sure the best decisions are made for treatment. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Avari is a gem in the world of physical therapy.

Positive experience: Love the team at Texas Spine & Rehab! I saw six doctors before Dr. Chambers was able to diagnose me following a car accident, and Avari helped give me my life back. I can't say enough good things about this group, and I would highly recommend them! However, the individual(s) who handle the billing are extremely behind. I was sent a bill for service a year afterwards and provided updated insurance information. I was not contacted again by them and was sent to a collection agency with inaccurate information costing me thousands of dollars after being a patient for over three years. That aspect was extremely disappointing and cause me to revise my review and rating.

Fantastic experience: i have been using Doctor Chambers services since before he formed his own business. When he did, i followed. Glad i did. Dr Chambers treats you as an individual, is skilled, empathetic, and obviously works to do what is best for you. His physical therapy team also seems to be in the business of trying to heal you rather than just selling physical therapy. If you have the need for their services, i highly recommend. you cant go wrong. Thanks Doc for the many years of caring for my family and me.

Fantastic experience: I have had to do PT off and on for over 20 years and have never received the type of care I received at TS&R with Dr. Chambers, Avari and team. Non-surgical options, multiple different types of therapy. Truly listening to my needs, my lifestyle (extremely active), and my desired goals vs. forcing me down a path and/or being robotic about the care. I drove 12 miles in traffic each way to see them and it was worth ever mile. I sincerely appreciate all of the support from TS&R and encourage anyone who needs either a good doctor or PT to make an appointment.
