Positive experience: I really appreciate the care that I receive from Dr. Alexa Royston. She is very thorough and works hard to diagnose the source of pain. Dr. Andrew Wilkins has earned my trust after performing several procedures on my spine. I recommend both of them. My complaints are they don't routinely make follow-up calls after treatment and you can never speak to anyone when calling the Spine Team. It's very frustrating to leave messages and not receive call backs.

Fantastic experience: All of the Doctors and nurses here are top notch. Dr Sanders and Dr Garrigues have been treating my lower back pain and are diligently working on solutions for me. Their nurses are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well. I highly recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller has been methodical in determining the source of my pain. He has a calming effect on his patients (at least for me). I believe he is a very skilled surgeon and I'm thankful that he treats me with respect and understanding.

Positive experience: I like Dr Wilkins. He helped me find what issues I was having when others couldn't. I don't always feel as though I'm getting consistent information from him vs PA. Also, just clarity on certain things. However, I plan to continue to go b/c I believe better communication can fix these problems. Office stay is always pleasant and it's a very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. G. Is amazing he explains everything in a manner that is real easy to understand. Helps set a plan to fix your problem. Great Doctor Who I recommend especially if you have had others not be able to explain your pain he can!

Fantastic experience: Excellent team, excellent service. Thanks to them I am pain free for the first time in 8 years. Dr. Sanders, Dr. Zaryanov, and Dr. Donnelly were all wonderful. Each of them took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and ask me important questions in turn about my progress and experience with my issues. Fantastic experience: They answer the phone unlike many doctors these days. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. I was able to do complete my paperwork online eliminating the need to come in 45 minutes early. Easy to find. Only waited less then 10 minutes. Doctor acted very qualified and answered all my questions about surgery choices.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant and professional office staff. I had an L4-L-5 fusion on 12/8/21 and just did my 6 month follow up with Dr. Z. I've been released with no restrictions except that I still mind how I bend and how much I lift and to continue PT exercises. I 100% feel better than I did before surgery. I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Z and his team for all they've done for me, this is really amazing!

Fantastic experience: My experience was excellent at the Allen location. I had mistakenly come a week early for my appointment and the front desk helped me reschedule as I was going to be out of the state during my original appointment (totally my mistake). They got me in that week to see Dr. Miller who understood the urgency of my situation and got me scheduled immediately for a spinal injection. This is my second interaction with Spine Team Texas in 7 years and each time they have gone above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Thank you all for a great experience. From the front desk lady to the team in the back, you guys are the best! I've been here 3 times and each time have been treated very professionally. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and everyone else that took care of me, were all very sweet and professional. I feel very comfortable when I get my procedures done with Dr. Garrigues, he's amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in. The front desk, x-ray, and nurses were professional yet personal. Dr Miller spent time pointing out notable issues on my X-Rays. He then offered options for treatment. I was able to make a decision for physical therapy, knowing alternatives will be available, if needed.

Fantastic experience: This place gets it right! You get action, not a lot of red tape. I've been a patient for years and they have been successful in managing my pain. I've got issues but, with there help, I've been able to avoid surgery for 6 years and still play golf 2 to 3 times a week. My team is Drs. Zaryanov, Miller, and Randy.

Fantastic experience: The spine team at Allen Presbyterian saved me from being paralyzed. I came in through the emergency room when my disk herniated further and I couldn’t even get out of my bed. I had suffered for 8 months with severe sciatica pain and no amount of chiropractic and spinal decompression had been working. It finally advanced to Caude Equina Syndrome as the herniated disk into the spinal column was crowding out any space for the nerve bundle in my back. I did not have to money or insurance to get treatment but I was treated humanely and treated like I was important and they cared! There should be more treatment teams with this level of concern and kindness for all their patients. I am still home recovering after 3 days and I already have a lot of relief from previous symptoms. I do still have a severely numb leg but I was told nerves take a lot of time to recover and assured the numbness will be the last thing to clear. Thank you for saving me! I have been so terrified of spinal surgery until I met the doctors and nurses committed to helping. They each came and met me before the surgery. I am so appreciative of each and every one of them.

Fantastic experience: Got me in right away after a back injury at home. Exam was efficient and the doctor was very knowledgeable and helped me determine quickly the best course of action based on my condition and insurance options. Feeling better the next day with the prescribed medication. Looking forward to my follow up after I was imaged with an MRI to determine long term treatment.

Fantastic experience: Well run, efficient operation. The medical assistants are friendly, but thorough with their process. DR Garrigues is also thorough with his prognosis. He presents options and recommendations and is patient answering questions asked of him.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that Valerie (I hope I have her name right) was AWESOME and so was Dr. Royston! I watched the video on the EMG process so I was quite nervous about potential pain during the process. Valerie told me that it isn't as bad as it seems and she was RIGHT! So, if you watch the video and are worried about the test - Don't Be. It was an easy process and quick! Thank you guys for your patience and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Garrigues is outstanding! He listens to the patient, and asks good questions. It is easy to see he is very interested in the patient's feedback. I really like a doctor who wants to know "how I got to where I'm at". It shows an analytical side to the doctor's thinking. I believe good medicine is good analysis. My doctor of the last 20 years was that way. She figured out things I needed which other doctors had misdiagnosed. So a doctor who takes the time to ask the patient questions, and who listens to the patient is, I believe, a better doctor. I look forward to care by Dr. Garrigues.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to drop a quick note on the level of professionalism that Vicky and Shawanda (I hope I spelled it correctly) have shown me. I had an insurance question and both these ladies went out of their way to not only answer all the questions I had but also called my provider to verify and clarify coverage then called me back with all the answers. I know they are both very busy and although my provider was not part of their plan and I will need to keep searching for a provider I wanted to share how great their client service was.

Fantastic experience: I appreciated the time and attention Dr. Garrigues provided in helping me understand the issues with my back and walking me through the treatment options. He took the time to explain everything and is starting with the most non-invasive option but explained other possible treatments.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front staff to the nurses, PA's and the doctor's are empathetic and willing to work with you. Anytime I have needed to be seen, outside of a regular appointment, the staff do their best to make that happen! This particular office runs like clockwork - not something that can be said for most medical offices!

Fantastic experience: Went for a procedure I wasn't looking forward to regarding my neck and spine. It was also first thing in the morning, which is not my favorite time of day. From the reception staff, to the nurses, to of course, Dr. Garrigues, they all were warm, welcoming and the procedure was done quickly. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've had lower back pain & herniated discs for 12 years. I've seen a half dozen doctors & tried several PT facilities. I've never experienced such expertise, kindness, patience & compassion as I have here at Spine Team Allen w/ Drs. Zaryanov & Gergueres. The receptionists, nurses & techs are equally wonderful & I finally feel like I'm in the best of hands in their care & I feel hopeful, not depressed, abut my back issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Z and the staff there are all awesome!!! I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. Dr. Zaryanov never made me feel like he was rushed to get to the next patient, he explained everything in detail and let me ask as many questions as I needed. After seeing a different back surgeon I was scared, but after seeing Dr. Z, I feel relaxed and know they will do what is best for me!

Unfortunately the person in the front desk and x-rays were now very customer service oriented, they are the first face you see at the location and they have to be more careful with their interaction with patients.
