Fantastic experience: Very great atmosphere to volunteer in, all the nurses and CNS are very helpful and caring with the patients. I love coming here to see all the patients and helping out. They make you feel like one of the team!! All the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: I work in healthcare and visit this facility weekly. It’s is always beautiful and clean. The staff is always accommodating, nice and helpful. The residents are always smiling and engaged in something. There have been some wonderful new additions there such as their new administrator Natalie. Chelsea the charge nurse is always super helpful and nice and so is the DON Karla. I always recommend Rollingbrook to families.

Fantastic experience: Upon meeting the new director of the facility I was throughly impressed with her compassion and understanding of my mother’s needs. And I felt that she really listened to me. I am definitely going to recommend Rolling Brook.

Positive experience: Overall was great Wife was there fill that week she was there was good. Only thing is when served food aka lunch was alway running late. During visit lunch was late after 130 pm. Ranger our dog really enjoyed visiting should be in area with Ranger will drop by.

Positive experience: My mother spent 2 months in rehab. It is definitely better than other rehabs in the area. Pros Excellent OT/PT CNA's work very hard Facility is clean and nice Cons Admitting Dr visited her 1 time. Communication with family Developed wound from heel blister Cafeteria issues Nurse acted like we were bother them when asking about medication issues No place is great but it was better than the first rehab she was in.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful facility inside and out, clean and smells wonderful esp. at meal times. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the physical therapy department is second to none and goes above and beyond for the residents. I would recommend this facility to any of my family or friends.

Fantastic experience: MY HUSBAND HAS THERE FOR REHABILITATION - THE PAST FEW MONTHS - THEY ARE ALL EXCELLENT IN EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO. THEY KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FAMILY AND WILL TAKE THE TIME TO TALK TO FAMILY. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR THE PATIENT. MY CONCERNS WERE PUT AT EASE VERY QUICKLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Fantastic experience: I have seen how a few rehab places are run and how people are treated in them. Recently I was hospitalized and was sent to rehab to help with some support for some of the issues I was having. I went to rollingbrook rehab and I am here to tell you that this place and 99% of those who work and take care of those in the facility are some amazing women..... I say women because that’s what I mainly saw working... there are a couple of guys and they were great as well.. I can say if I ever need anything like therapy this would be the place I go. There are too many names to thank all but I still want to let all these ladies know how much their work and time means. Wish I had known about this place when grandma was alive. The only crazy thing I can say about this place is if miss Tina cooked I ate good that day and if she wasn’t who cooked I was telling the nurse or aid that food wasn’t good.... all the staff I dealt with were great always trying to help with in what they could to get everything to help you go home .... Fantastic experience: My Grandparents were at this facility for quite some time. They truly enjoyed their stay. The food was great, therapy did all they could to keep them at the strength level from admission to discharge and the staff was always there when we needed someone to talk to or when we had questions about their care. This is a great place to put your family member when they need long term care.

Fantastic experience: During this new lifestyle change, COVID-19, we all had to make. The leaders & staff pushed through and kept this place running for people's loved ones living here to make them comfortable. What an achievement . The facility is kept beautiful and all the staff are amazing and kind. I hope I changed someone's mind on letting a loved one stay here.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy!! After a serious fall and worsening dementia we moved our parents to RollingBrook over a year ago. Even with all the challenges presented by COVID they have received wonderful care. The staff genuinely care about them and I have many examples of staff going above and beyond to see to their well-being. Communication flows smoothly as there is always a point person, called your "angel", to speak with if needed. I am certain my parents physical health has improved since moving in, and most importantly, they are very happy living at RollingBrook! If we could do it over we would have moved them in sooner.

Fantastic experience: My Mother was a patient at RollingBrook Rehabilitation for several weeks. She received care from two other facilities before entering RollingBrook Rehabilitation. I can wholeheartedly give a 5 star review on the care she received through RollingBrook Rehabilitation! Both patient and her loved ones alike were made to feel a priority, this is no easy task! There are MANY outstanding qualities of this care facility but the one that ranks tops is the constant effort of communication made by the staff, at every level, to keep our family informed of the daily happenings of our loved one. My Mother was of course informed and they ensured via her that she was satisfied, but greater was the contact (without request! which we found from stays elsewhere is not commonplace) with myself and other primary family members of my Mother. I was contacted and consulted about her care as well as staff inquiring whether we were satisfied and they welcomed any questions I may have or invited room for comments of improvement or concern. In short, patient and family were shown care by Management, facility’s Physical Therapy Department lead, my Mother’s Physical Therapist, Front Desk Attendee and let’s just say that there were days and nights that certainly challenged her Nurses and Care Aides (bless them!) and we were met with understanding and kindness. In a time period that our family was in crisis and trying our best to understand and navigate a road we had never traveled, entrusting the layered care and the critical physical rehabilitation of our loved one needed to resume a fully functional life when home and just as importantly helping us with the intricacies of insurance, RollingBrook Rehabilitation was leading, informative and kind. RollingBrook Rehabilitation was a light during a dark time that allowed our family collectively to exhale.

Fantastic experience: My mom loved it here. The staff was very nice. She enjoyed her time in therapy and how the therapist treated her. I always felt good leaving her there. It's a very clean and nice place.

Fantastic experience: We moved our mother from another nursing home to Rollingbrook. I wish we'd done it sooner. The change in her attitude, speech and appetite has been such a blessing. She is so much happier. Hearing her laugh so much again is wonderful! The place is just beautiful and the staff is so very welcoming to patients and visitors. I highly recommend Rollingbrook and am so very thankful for their help making my mother a much happier person.
