Positive experience: The doctors, medical staff, pharmacy staff and front desk are exceptional. The only issues I have had pertain to the security team and medical records department. They seem to be "put out" when you ask them for help sometimes showing a lack of respect and courtesy. In addition, the handicap van accessible space to the right of the main entrance is no longer used as a handicap space yet there is absolutely no indication of this other than a cone. I am certain that this is not legal and I will be reaching out to an ADA specialist.There are only 4 total handicap spaces for the entire clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abu Ghali and his staff are really amazing and knowledgeable. I don't live in Baytown and was hesitant to go to a medical facility there, but since my first visit with Dr. Abu Ghali, that became the only place to go to.

Fantastic experience: My care team Miguel,Dr Maddox and Dr Zarre are excellent, I would like to specialy thank Miguel who shows Compassion and does not judge . Let me also thank everyone at this location for giving me care I otherwise would not be able to get. It's good to know that some people in the medical field actually care.

Fantastic experience: The doctors, nurses and registration staff are excellent and always professional The only problem I have had is with the rude security staff who act as though they own the clinic. Always surfing the web, eating or being boisterous. I have not witnessed this behavior at any other HCHD location.

Quick check in, 5 minute wait for doctor, Dr. was very gentle and understanding...LVS were sweet and smiling! I live in Houston and I've never had this kind of experience there. Even scheduling my appointment was the quickest EVER! Called Friday scheduled today. I'll definitely be back here if needed. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Got in and out with help. I was not feeling well at all, but after leaving Harris Health and taking the first dose of med that the Dr prescribed to me put me at almost 100% feeling better. I recommend Harris Health

Fantastic experience: Baytown Clinic has nothing for confessional people working in that building my doctor's is awsome,Dr. Aboughali is very kind very considerate a great listener the doctor is awesome he has got my health back where you belong in the first place he has gave me healthy choices to take he explained himself on the level that I can understand his nurses Maria Angelica and also made it possible to make me comfortable and she explained to me about my care she is kind and considerate I wish there were more people like her in the nursing and in medicine I like it make it clear that my doctor when they made him they broke the mold thank you for listening respectfully Miguel Quiros

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a good experience at a doctor/health clinic. From the receptionist, to the nurses and then Dr. Canio (amazing energy and positivity from him). Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and help.
