Baytown Occupational & Family Medicine: Reviews
Fantastic experience: After hurting my back and my original workman's comp doctor worked more for the adjuster than for me, Dr. Nazari helped me get the treatment I needed to help me get back to work.
Positive experience: Let me start off by saying that the doctor is great, so are his nurses. They listen to you and hear your concerns in my experience but even with that I cannot overlook their terribly long waittimes as well as their rude and never available receptionists. I have come in 3 times and have waited at LEAST an hr every time. One of those times I waited almost 2 hours. I tried to alert one of the receptionists to this and there was no one at the front for over 45 mins. It seems that all their patients experience this as there was a lot of complaining while I was there of people who had been there even longer than I. I am sick of it and am currently on a waitlist to become a patient at a different office where my husband goes and they bring him in in a timely manner and the doctor is great as well. I do not think that great service equals long wait times as I have moved around a lot and have had many doctors who are both quick AND efficient. I cannot plan my entire morning around 1 single appt but if you have no problem with this then go for it.
Fantastic experience: Good afternoon Mrs. Thamm, I would like to first apologize for your wait today was a really busy day with critical patients. I would like to also apologize for the miscommunication because the Dr. said he had told you that you were finished because school physicals do not take that long at all, his rush was to a patient who was in distress while in the office, in regard to the charts, the Dr. is actively working on the charts you saw on his desk as well as we are getting charts ready to go to electronic medical records so at the moment it is quite cluttered I do apoogize. But I would also like to let you know so that you are aware, it is a federal crime to take pictures of patient's charts in the manner that you did. If you would like, please feel free to give me a call or come by the office we want all of our patient's to be happy. Sincerely, Tammy
