Focused Care at Burnet Bay

Positive experience: Not happy with my father's care at Burnet Bay Skilled Nursing. He kept falling out of bed,their idea put him on the floor,they lost his expensive hearing aid and didn't care,his clothes never came back or his blankets we brought to him.pops said their meals were yucky and wouldn't feed it the pigs or dogs. Always had bruises on his arms. He was their 14 + days,never again. Some of cna and a few nurses did care for their clients. On the other hand management need to be replaced for more caring and efficient people.

Fantastic experience: I've been staying here at the Burnet Bay . And I am so grateful to all the staff . They are the best. Treated me with great care. They had patience with me. And I love them all.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is awesome & effective & the facility is well run by caring professionals. Give it a try! Social worker, Denise Williams is great & Treatment nurse, Cheryl, is very compassionate & caring & gentle.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to all the staff at Burnet Bay. My mom was there for Rehab and she said that she received great care especially from CNA, Tee and Minerva. She stated that everyone was excellent and she would return if needed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care of my grandmother. Friendly staff. My grandmother has NEVER had a bad word to say about the staff. She love everyone there. Activities every single day. If you have a concern or an issue they begin to address it immediately.

Positive experience: I was sent here for a week of physical rehabilitation after a heart attack and three mini strokes, but i was in the hospital first for two weeks first before i was taken there @ focus care @ burnet bay. I told myself i will be nice because i do have some things i can say about some there, but not all. Take care, and God bless . Update! My sister told me my miracle lotion by lancome was just found at her house. It was under the bed in the bedroom i was staying in while I was there. So I want to apologize for accusing anyone there of taking. My apology i was wrong. God bless y'all!!

Fantastic experience: My grandfather received rehabilitation at this facility. The staff were kind, professional, and made him feel very welcome. I also was happy to see that he liked the food (very picky) and, he was able to interact/enjoy the activities provided. Thank you Darion for going above and beyond to ensure he was admitted.
