Women's Care Center - Baytown

Fantastic experience: Hi Everyone!!! Reviews are so important to me only because I'm from a small city and moving to Houston has been a huge change!! I went into the office today to have my IUD removed and the woman at the front desk was soooooooo sweet. Sign in was very easy, then I was sent to the back, and I was soooo nervous. The midwife came in and she was so knowledgeable, but most of all she made me feel sooooooo comfortable. I just had to give her a hug afterwards because she helped me during the entire process and it was easy and quick. Thank y'all again for the magnificent service!!!

Fantastic experience: Today I was worked in to see Pamela Hick for my annual exam she was excellent she answered all my questions and even went and extra step and helped me figure out what was on my face a rash I had been dealing with for 2 weeks now . I really recommend you all to come and see Pamela Hick and their staff was very helpful and nice .

Fantastic experience: I went in for my 1st WWE (well woman exam) visit to this clinic and was I was pretty nervous. However, all the staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really recommend this clinic. They also helped me get my Healthy Women's Medicaid, thanks to Daniela. Thankful ♥️

Fantastic experience: I’m really glad I found this place the staff is the absolute sweetest especially Jasmine she really made me feel comfortable,took very good care of me and helped me learn many new things I didn’t have the knowledge of.Carolina such a sweetheart very caring and patient. Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area, and started shopping for a GYN office that would be a little welcoming and human. I found this practice and got more than I bargained for. From the front desk manager (Thelma), to the Medical Assistant (Anahi), to my Nurse Practitioner (Ramona), I almist forgot I was in a doctor's office. Kind hearted people with beautiful souls. My NP listened, cared, and she was very gentle during my exams. She explained everything and every step, during the process. Made recommendations and was very easy to talk to. I'm glad I found this practice and I'll highly recommend them. Ladies, put your fears of yearly exams and checkups away, there's a pain-free practice that would help you put your minds at ease. Feel free to tell them that this review brought you to their practice, you'll be glad you chose them for your GYN/OB needs

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing appointment, everyone is so caring and I didn't come in contact with one uncaring individual. I highly recommend coming here, I had bad experiences at other offices in Baytown and this one was amazing!

Fantastic experience: Marilynn was the nicest when checking me in and getting settled to changing my primary care location, I was able to get an appointment within the first day of walk in. She made it super easy and quick . Carolina and Ramona made me feel extremely comfortable in my situation and were able to help . Truly the best decision I have made .

She talked to me like if we were friends if you’re looking for a new clinic this one is it!!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I've ever been t9 the OB/GYN in many years and they were so welcome and patient with all of my needs! Pamela saw me and she was amazing and very knowledgeable about my PCOS. The medical assistant Anahi was very nice! They were all very nice and I do believe I have found my regular place for my well woman exams in the future!

Fantastic experience: I found this place when I first found out I was pregnant! Let me tell y’all, this place is great!! The staff is outstanding! They ALWAYS answer the phone, 24/7 help! They have helped me work out so many issues with getting a breast pump, faxing information over to other doctors I have… they are on top of their game!! I highly recommend this place! Daniella is a wonderful receptionist that really does her job to the best of her ability!! Give this place a chance, you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit here the front office staff Marilynn and Daniella were very helpful and friendly! I dread going into any dr. Office where the front office staff is rude and careless. Here they make you feel at home offering you help or whatever you need. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience! The medical assistant Carolina is sweet and explains things thoroughly to you and what steps need to be taking etc. prior to seeing your doctor. Very nice and again helpful! My midwife Romona is a sweetheart, I hope when I deliver I could have her to be there. She’s such a gem and she is very caring. Also has tons of personality and doesn’t make your office visit boring or make you feel rushed or like a number to rush you in and out. She listens to your concerns and is very open with sharing her opinion without pushing you to do anything you don’t want to. She is just amazing! Overall I’d recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful this location has opened in Baytown! I have been searching for a new Women’s center for a few months now. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, the MA Carolina was a total doll, It’s usually tough to get my blood drawn but she was patient and only had to poke me once The NP, Jasmine was so comforting and explained everything to me in detail without hesitation, I adore her! I will definitely be returning!
