Fantastic experience: Everything went well. No problems with checking in and being seen. Nurses and Physican were courteous and nice with treating me. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We loved our NP Angela Waggoner. She was incredibly kind, professional and helpful during our visit. The front desk receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. The assistant that did our flu swabs was exactly the opposite. She was unfriendly and rather rude. However, the care we received from the NP Ms. Waggoner made up for it.

Aside from the great staff, the process to schedule and prepare for an appointment is easy. AFC is my family's urgent care facility of choice and I appreciate them very much.

Fantastic experience: Love the online preregistration. We showed up 10 minutes before appointment time, paid and was in exam room in less than 10 minutes. NP was awesome!. Staff were awesome. Hands down best experience we have had in an urgent care facility.

Positive experience: I came in because I had two lacerations, on .y left ear. I wanted stitches, but, they put glue on it. My wife tried to buy glue on it. Nurse, said she couldn't stich it, because my wife use glue on it. It was still bleeding the next day. I went back to Urgent care. They said they couldn't do anything, to my ear. I woke up the next day. Blood all over my ear. Crusted blood on my ear.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so caring, and humble. They took such great care of my girls.The system they have to check in, complete paperwork,and even see the wait time is a plus. Just recently went back because my daughter had an infection in both ears. You wouldn't be able to tell in this picture though! Thank you Jesus she is feeling much better.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist with glasses up front at the window was rude, slow, and not welcoming at all. The PA Heidi Galvez who seen me was very patient and nice. I would definitely go back or take my kids if I needed to in the future only because of my experience with the her.

Fantastic experience: They were great! From the front staff to the nurses and Dr. I did schedule my appointment online for 3 kids and was checked in ,seen and out within an hour and half. The nurses listened and took all test necessary found out what was wrong. They called in the prescriptions. Very pleased.

She was so sweet and very patient and funny, and she made me feel very comfortable to talk about my health problem with her. Fantastic experience: I have never EVER been so impressed with an urgent care ever. I always push off going if possible because I know I'm in for a wait, with a million kids running around. I WAS WRONG here! From the quickness of check-in to the nurse. DR, determination of illness, labs to discharge LESS THEN an hour!. I have baby veins and most places don't get them or poke me 10 times. BRIANNA got it in 1 hit!. I was amazed. Is is an all female staff. Besides me loving and uplifting my fellow. The compassion and kindness and patience. Is something women are great at. If I could make them my primary DR I would. Thanks Ladies

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Service!! I came in with my 9yr old child who was very Ill. Front desk receptionists were very helpful n friendly! The young lady who did my child’s flu, strep and COVID test was so gentle and understanding. And Hanna was so professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I felt so bad when my child vomited from being so sick but everyone was so understanding and they went above and beyond to get us checked in quick! I definitely recommend this office!!!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here. They are friendly and fasts the PA / Doctors are amazing at explaining things and answering all question. They were so gentile and kind to my little one. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had tried going to Neighbors ER but they did not take my daughters insurance and thankfully they guided me right across the street to AFC. I had seen it before but was told they only took private insurance upon arriving I asked if they did take my daughters insurance and luckily they did. I am so grateful the wait time was a minimum they were very attentive and very patient with my sick and irritable 1yr old. Thank you to Dr.Hannah for your patience and care. Would definitely recommend family and friends to come here.SIDE NOTE: Love that the intake/patient form are now online rather than having to fiddle with a clipboard and rustle through paper while managing a sick baby.

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in to the time I left my experience was absolutely amazing. The young lady at the front was very professional, my nurse truly cared about my issues. The PA took her time and answered all my questions. If I have to use urgent care again this will be the one.

Fantastic experience: The wait was minimal and very friendly office staff. The NP, Tracy, was amazing. She knew her stuff and had me in and out quickly. Fixed me right up! Then made a follow up call the next morning! Dr offices don't do that much anymore. I will definitely return when needed! Highly recommended!

Everyone showed honest interest in what was going on with me and I felt at ease. Kelly the PA, outstanding. Fantastic experience: The BEST urgent care! This is my second time having to come here. The front desk Beverly was awesome and the best front desk person I’ve ever had experience with. The nurse and provider were just as great as the front desk! Big thanks to the provider Erin and nurse Angela for getting me back on my feet and feeling better!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is top-notch! I like the online appointment reservations and that I can complete intake paperwork before I go, shortening the wait time. Always fast, always friendly and my new go-to Urgent Care and for student physicals.
