Fantastic experience: The staff listened to my concerns, and symptoms, and took immediate action to be certain nothing life threatening was taking place. They were friendly, and took time explaining the plan of action, and why each procedure was happening.

Fantastic experience: Wow! The professionalism, service, care from the front desk to the physician. What a nice clean 24/7 emergency center. RN'S all very knowledgeable. Excellent equipment and even got to watch the ncaa football games on xfinity. My wife was so worried and they showed such empathy, really made it complete. Don't know if they are Christians but the sure fulfilled that measurement. All very good people.

Fantastic experience: This ER is wonderful! I had to go first in January and the dr. knew exactly what I had. I got some medication, instructions and was out in about an hour. The second time was last night and I was treated quickly and released in about 30 minutes. Very helpful and kind staff.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted upon arrival and was made to feel comfortable right away. The nurses were very attentive to me and my situation. I felt comfortable the entire stay. The nurse started an iv, which pleasantly surprised, on the first try. Thank you very much for that. I didn't even hardly feel the stick when the needle went in. Fantastic experience: I was feeling really bad when I walked in and was treated really well by everyone. They were very thorough and kept me well informed every step of the way. It turns out I had strep throat and pneumonia and was kept overnight on iv antibiotics and released the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Altus to anyone who needs medical care. Much quicker than a hospital er.

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my dad in today to get seen and we had the best experience. They took amazing care of him. From the moment you walk in you are taken care of right away, the Dr. Made sure she did every test under the stars to figure out what was going on with my dad. Hopefully we don’t need to come back anytime soon, but if we did we would be sure this facility is our first stop.

Fantastic experience: First of all let me start with Suzanne she is such a welcoming soul to all of us that came in. I know she made my husband, mother n law, and myself feel right at home. It's like Suzanne and the whole staff there had one thing on their mind and that was to make sure that we were comfortable. They took us right on in and when we talked to the nurse and Dr. They really listened not like other that don't let you get a word in and just want to talk over you. Then to top it off the insurance we have is not even worth having in our wallets. Suzanne came in and told us that they didn't take the insurance. She did not once make us feel less than. Suzanne talked it over with us and I had no problem paying what we needed to pay today. I wish there were more Suzanne's in the world. I would definitely recommend Altus to all my family and friends ❤️

Fantastic experience: I took my 80year old mother to Altus Baytown Emergency.From the phone call with Suzanne to verify that they took my mother's Insurance to the Fabulous Nurse's, Technicians Doctor. Our experience was highly professional. When we arrived they had a room ready for us. The facility is very clean and organized. If ever the need occurs we will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went in on a Friday night and I was able to be seen within minutes! Staff and nurses were very nice and since I had to stay a few hours for observation, they provided dinner from a local restaurant! Highly recommend this urgent care facility!

Fantastic experience: My wife went to Altus complaining of shortness of breath. She was taken to the back and seen immediately by Dr “Obi”. Tests were done and the problem was diagnosed within a short time. Unfortunately she had to be transferred to the hospital. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Altus. They were all courteous and caring. Thanks to their prompt diagnosis she is on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Not a huge fan of ER’s but this was a different experience . We were checked in & seen quickly. My son had lab work & X-rays pretty fast. The results were reviewed w/ me to follow-up w/ his PCP & we were back home in 2 hrs. The team gave us all their attention. I would highly recommend Altus Baytown for emergency care.

Fantastic experience: From the front to the back is clean as a whistle. Whenever I need to go there it’s always a pleasant experience. Susan at the front desk is professional in every aspect of the word. She listens and get you back to a room in a timely manner. The nurses and doctors works so well together and treats you like humans and not just a dollar sign. Great bedside manners. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about Altus Baytown ER. Fantastic experience: When we visited Altus Baytown Emergancy today they were so welcoming to us. We really love that there was no beating around the bush with them. They are very kind from the time we got there you get to meet Suzanne she is AMAZING we absolutely LOVED her. If you meet her you will know what we are talking about. The staff was pretty amazing as well. We have come here a few times and its the same atmosphere all the time they are absolutely amazing. This is the first time we met Suzanne I hope she never leaves.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience here! The best caring staff upon arrival and their concern for my husband's symptoms. Before we completed the check-in, the nurse was calling my husband to take him to a room. They knew from his symptoms he was having heart issues. These are professionals! The doctor & the nursing staff was personable, a great listener, and empathetic to the concerns of my husband. So much compassion for their patients. Fantastic experience: Been trusting Altus Baytown Emergency Room with my care for over a year now. Excellent staff from the front of the house to the back. Not to mention the cleanliness of the facility to the Covid-19 protocols they have in place. If you’re looking for a ER in a convenient location in Baytown this is the place, never a long wait time. Keep up the great work you guys are doing. 5 ⭐️‘s across the board for me.

Fantastic experience: My one year old daughter woke up with a high fever the day before we were supposed to leave on a vacation. I couldn't get her a same day appointment with her PCP and all other urgent cares I called had waits for as long as 3 hours. I was referred to Altus by a friend, and they were able to get her in immediately. Once we arrived, we were taken straight back into a room and nurse Nicole was in the room within 5 minutes. She was very patient, careful, and sweet to my very uncomfortable daughter. Dr. Nguyen was so thorough and understanding of the circumstances we faced due to our upcoming trip. We were able to rule out COVID, RSV and the Flu which made me feel so much more at ease. Thank you so much Altus!

Fantastic experience: My daughter broke her wrist yesterday. The staff from check in at the start to the nurses and Dr were all great. Even though they were very busy the wait time was a fraction of what it would've been at the Hospital ER.

Fantastic experience: I came in tonight with the worst pain in my life. After hardly waiting at all I was seen right away. My nurse helped me calm down and we got through the normal stuff were they take your heart rate and temperature and everything. After that they went through the normal whats going on why did you come in today so I told the nurse and unlike other places around baytown this is why I come to Altus after starting the test my nurse was in my room checking on my and giving me updates on what we were waiting on and figuring out what was going on with me. I will always come back to this place if I have the choice and I hope she is working again. God bless

Fantastic experience: This is my first as a patient (hubby has been a patient here twice) and they are always so kind, friendly and explain everything and they take time with you. No wait time at all. I called ahead before coming. Even when my hubby was just a walk-in no wait time. The doctors listen and take action right away. Well continue to come back to this urgent care for my emergency needs.

Fantastic experience: Very great professional service. I came in with extremely severe abdominal pain and i was received right away. Dr Valarde was very informative and professional with helping me. The medical staff were very kind and helpful, they gave me medication and i quickly felt completely better. I came in in a terrible state but walked out in completely better. Thank you Altus.

Fantastic experience: I'm from San Antonio Texas and visiting family here. I came here once before for an infection burn in my foot a few weeks ago and they told me if I had any problems to get with my doctor or is welcome to come back. I got concerned and I called him up and was able to come back. Hoping with welcome arms great nursing staff and a doctor that really knows what she's doing. Thank you so much cuz I was scared to death. I have family that lives in Baytown and they always come here to get help. It's a great place I would recommend it to anyone that needed help with their medical issues.

Fantastic experience: I had just passed out at my doctor's office in Plaza 2 next to the hospital and they sent me to the hospital's ER to get checked out. The wait there was going to be hours. So my husband brought me across the street to Altus. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming instantly. Honestly I felt like I was being cared for at home. They got me into a room and bed as soon as I was checked in and gave me a blanket. They really seemed to care and get down to the root of what had caused me to pass out. They checked on me multiple times in between waiting for test results to make sure I was comfortable and okay. We got in and out pretty quickly as well. Considering the hospital Er's wait time is anywhere from 4-5 hours usually, just to get put in a room finally! So I really appreciate the care that Altus gave us. And so quickly even with a smaller staff. Oh and they even have us these coffee cup gift bags. So cute and just an extra step to show they care when it was expected. Definitely recommend them and I will go there from now on.

Fantastic experience: Just want to thank the staff at Altus ER for taking quick care of my grandmother last night. The nurse, rad tech, and front desk staff got my grandma taken care of last night after she fell getting out of the bath tub. Quickly took care of her head laceration, did a CT scan, and found a hospital to take her when they discovered a head bleed from falling down, all within an hour. Thank you Rhonda, Tiffany, Selina, and Dr. Velarde for the quick and appropriate care. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The check in process is always done in a timely manner with no hassle. Every encounter with an employee, nurse or Dr. is professional and welcoming. The receptionists I’ve ever dealt with make it very clear that you and your insurance will see 2 separate bills. One from the ER and the other is from the doctor. Any time I’ve visited I’ve always had pleasant experiences, also every time I’ve visited this facility my wait time is little to zero for going into a room.

Fantastic experience: I generally do not take the time to write reviews for businesses, but I had to make an exception here. The clinic was absolutely fantastic! We searched all over Houston to try to find someone who would be able to help us during current Covid, but we were unable to. Through word of mouth and their excellent reputation we made the short trip to Baytown to visit Dr. Nguyen at the clinic. My nurse Stevani went above and beyond her duties. She was very thorough. She showed empathy and compassion. From bringing warm blankets and making sure I was comfortable. Her soothing demeanor showed that she had passion for her patients and her profession. I would make the drive again to cared for Stevani. If anything happens to me or my family this is the place we will go to. Maybe we are used to being miss treated and just seen as a person walking in the door, but when we came to this hospital, we really felt like they treated us like family. Everyone was super courteous, the weight was very minimal, maybe 10 minutes just to fill out paperwork. When we left I made the comment that this is the best Kept secret in the area! If someone has taken the time to read this and you’re looking for an excellent facility to take care of you or your family, I would have absolutely zero hesitation and recommending you to come here. They are an absolute lifesaver and I mean that in every way! Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering we noticed how clean and well kept the place was. We were met with a pleasant greeting and the lady at the desk was very concerned when I explained what my issue was. She was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. We were seen very quickly and barely any delay before the nurse came. The doctor then came a short time after her. He was very attentive as well and seemed to have a lot knowledge and experience. I felt very confident he knew how to help me and we soon on our way. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a doctor in a hurry when their own doctor is not available.

Fantastic experience: I've known one of the employees April Thornton Stewart since my childhood years. We grew up from barbie doll days to high school prom days and I couldn't ask for a better sister/friend. She came from a loving family and it rubbed off on her! Fantastic experience: First of all the clinic is clean, and the people are friendly. I was promptly given a room and the nurse was right behind me to get my vitals. I waited maybe 5 minutes for the doctor. He was careful to get all the background information as well as the problem that took me to Altus in the first place. The nurses were very friendly and kept me informed of what was going on.

Fantastic experience: I was seen within 10 minutes. Very professional, thorough care. Donald RN very knowledgeable and caring. The doctor came in twice to check on me, the radiology tech was excellent. I don't ever want to go to the ER again, but if I do definitely will go to Altus. I recommend this ER to everyone. Fantastic experience: After trying to get into my primary’s office with no luck as a walk-in or trying to book an appointment or seeing me as a urgent care patient, I was able to get in to this Altus center quickly. The staff was sooo friendly and helpful. You could tell they wanted to take care of anyone who came in the doors. April at the front desk was very welcoming, calm and collected. Before Dr. Joseph came in, Rhonda and Sadie came in to talk with me, take my vitals, run my tests and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Joseph was very friendly and made sure I understood his diagnosis and recommended treatment. Not only were all of these people amazing, the administrator also came out to speak with me to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you all so much for such great care today so I can get back to work soon.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took me to Altus after experiencing a bad fall. From the time I got there until the time I left, everyone was very professional and provided me with excellent care.
