Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff. Tina was a great help, straight-forward and professional but still friendly. She helped me get an MRI with physician after determining that PT wasn't going g to be effective in my condition.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the staff at Therapeutic Associates (Cedar Hills)! I recently worked with Dr. Diane Kwon and Leakna Sok over the course of multiple sessions, and found them both to be incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Kwon is an expert who was able to answer all of my questions and ultimately to design an ongoing plan for me. I would not hesitate to return if I need PT in the future!

Fantastic experience: Aimee, PT at therapeutic Associates on Parkway in Beaverton, is the main therapist who can do physical therapy for TMJ pain. She is excellent. All the staff there are friendly and caring. And the receptionist are efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I went there for shoulder pain. The person I was assigned to was Diane Kwon. I had done PT at other places and the first thing I noticed was that there were privacy areas for assessments and work, away from the general floor of equipment. Also, Diane worked with me throughout my time there vs. just the initial assessment and giving me a bunch of exercises. It was very refreshing and I would highly recommend them for any PT needs.

The PT exercises were just the right amount with clear instructions, and multiple resources for me to look them up if I forgot. The location was excellent and the facility like new. The office staff was helpful and when I had an issue with my insurance they followed up with me until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Therapeutics Associates Cedar Hills.

Fantastic experience: My initial problem, a neck sprain, was efficiently alleviated by Diane and Leakne. They work together seamlessly to address one's problem. A salient strength they have is continual communication between themselves, as well as their patient. This skill combined with a strong effort at listening to my goals and reactions to the appropriate regimen. This, thankfully, effectuated a rapid return to normal routine for me. A vital part of their treatment included exercises to do at home to maintain the progress made indefinitely. The illustrated hand-outs have found a home in a 3-ring binder and served me well. I have two more needs: Improved balance and lower back issues. My primary doctor O.K.ed treatment and it was handled similarly. I am following the advice they gave and have been rewarded. Fantastic experience: Kelsie Jordan treated me for TMJ and in one month of treatment I regained enough functionality that I no longer needed to be seen. TMJ is a tricky thing to treat but this staff is abreast of all new and effective treatments. Kelsie gives you as much exercises as you can do and is Always looking for ways to improve the exercise to move your progress. You don’t have to stay hopeless and debilitated! Give this office a call.

Fantastic experience: Jenny and the team at Cedar Hills Therapeutic Associates are awesome! They always take great care of me. Jenny is amazing at diagnosing and treating my issues. I'm an aging athlete, who is determined, for better or for worse, to remain athletic, so I'm always tweaking something! Jenny is great at determining what I've done, and how to fix it!

Fantastic experience: My personal care physician referred me to Therapeutic Associates to treat a painful thigh condition. Over the past seven weeks or so I have had the same team of therapists(Kelsie Jordan and Susie) who adjust the treatment and daily exercises according to my progress. The staff is interested, totally capable, and helpful in every way in moving me toward my goal --- able to walk well enough to travel to Japan by year's end. I laud them for their professional competence, their interest, and their overall helpfulness.

Fantastic experience: Very good service! Staff knows what they're doing and are very personable. Clinic is well equipped and conveniently located. Free and convenient parking. Timely and accurate billing. Most costs covered by insurance. Therapeutic supplies such as hot packs and resistance bands are available for purchase at the clinic at reasonable prices. Clinic provides clear instructions for therapeutic exercises in hard copy or via a phone app.

Fantastic experience: It would be a slight exaggeration to say Kelly gave me my life back, but not by much. I've spent my life in chronic pain and now I have long stretches without it and I'm still improving. Pain that doctors and other physical therapist and chiropractors either didn't know what to do with or could only temporarily beat back, Kelly has helped and is helping me build strength and work towards being pain free. Definitely a fantastic office that truly cares about people. Oh, the front desk people are amazing too. They care so much about getting you in asap when you're in pain and working with your schedule.

Fantastic experience: Just finished up 7 weeks of PT after back surgery. Highly recommend team Aimee (director) and Melanie to help you get back your strength, flexibility and balance. After a previous bad experience elsewhere with PT going too fast and resulting in more pain, I appreciated their knowledgeable graduated program that I am still progressing along in. They continually assessed my condition and combined well explained exercises, massage and icing to literally help me get my active life back. They also offer an app that shows film clips of your specific exercises to help with technique and keep you on track. Appointments were easy and front desk gals always enjoyable. Fantastic experience: If you had an injury or an Ortho procedure, I highly recommend this facility for physical therapy. I am under Tina’s care, had Jenni while Tina was off. However, I have watched most of the PTs and assistants at work since Nov. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, on point! I have had various PTs post rotator cuff & hand surgeries in past 20 yrs, familiar with average PTs and great PTs. This place has great PTs!

She always explained things clearly and she was accurate in her assessment and rate of progression for my recovery. My lower back pain is gone, and I'm back to hiking and running again!

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Jenny post ankle surgery and I felt it really helped my recovery and got me back to running, playing soccer, and feeling good again. The staff was always great to interact with. I’d go back (although I can’t say I hope to...)!

Fantastic experience: The team of PT's, PTA's and everyone here are terrific. I've visited several times over the last 20 years for various issues: Neck and back, tennis elbow, rehab for broken ankle, and ASTEM therapy for dorsal tibial tendonitis. They also did cupping on my back which did wonders to release my chronically tight neck. Tina is great. She breaks down the exercises and is detail oriented in her explanations insuring that I am doing them correctly. Aimee PT, and Mel PTA did the work on my neck and some for TMJ. Highly recommend any of the therapists here. They hire PT's who not only give you an exercise program but also are skilled at the hands on manipulations that I feel are essential to really resolving the pain and stiffness. Great team!!

Fantastic experience: I'm almost done with my PT here at Therapeutic Associates and it's been an amazing session. I am pain free and just have a little range of motion to go before I'm fully completed. The folks in the office are great and the staff that sets everything up is always smiling. Oh yeah, and the physical therapists are good too!! Time flies when I'm there. Tina always has a plan for me -- and it's really paid off big time for my issues. I highly recommend them! One of the other therapists also works on vertigo issues (BPPV) - huge bonus for me. Go see them!

Fantastic experience: So happy my doctor referred me to TAI Cedar Hills for my cronic "tennis elbow." A few sessions with Tina and my problem is resolved. Physical Therapy does really help and speeds the healing process. Don't let a lingering injury persist. The physical therapists at TAI can help you. And everyone at the office is very nice to work with. I also had an insurance issue and they were quick to resolve it.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kelly and Traci a few times after a sleeping injury (slept wrong on my neck and it wouldn’t get better) . It was awful because I couldn’t carry my baby daughter in a hiking backpack. But they gave me easy-to-understand exercises that cleared it up quickly and gave me tips to improve my posture and neck strength/flexibility for the long run. My posture at work’s better now and I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone at TAI!
