Everyone ask how I was after the last session and how I feel today. They watch as I do the exercises to be sure I’m doing them right and do I need a stronger weight or band?

Fantastic experience: **Apex Physical Therapy Review** I had an excellent experience at Apex Physical Therapy. The staff is highly professional and creates a relaxed atmosphere that puts you at ease. I dropped in without an appointment and was taken in right away for treatment on my knee pain. The next day, I unexpectedly developed vertigo, and they were able to treat both the vertigo and my knee during the same session. The positive atmosphere and the expertise of the physical therapists made my visits incredibly effective and enjoyable. I first discovered Apex Physical Therapy by accident in 2015 when I was suffering from severe lower back pain. For over a year, I bounced between chiropractors, hip specialists, and back specialists, even undergoing multiple injections in my hip and spine. ‍♂️ But despite all that, the pain persisted. Then, on my very FIRST visit to Apex, they found the problem and had me feeling relief within an hour! Yes, you read that right—within an hour! The entire team and PTs are absolutely amazing. If you’re dealing with pain, don’t waste time—try Apex first!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad to be done with my physical therapy and have my shoulder and arm so much better, but I already miss the people at Apex! I was always greeted with a smile and called by name from Leila at the front desk. Keelan and Kyle are so fun that I looked forward to going each week. The dry needling really helped improve my shoulder and with Jill and Alana they are so good that I didn't mind the procedure. All the people there are really great. I am sorry if I misspelled any names but I want to thank all of you for a great experience with my PT.

Fantastic experience: I held off writing this review because I had to see if it was Nicole or Saint Servatius that helped get rid of my Plantar Fasciitis... Can confidently say it was Nicole... I have had nothing but an amazing experience since I first called Apex PT. Nicole has been my PT from day one, and has set realistic expectations, set up a plan for success, and helped me achieve my goals of continuing to run while treating my injury. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about a range of conditions, but she also is super relatable. Apex as a whole offers cutting edge treatments, and gets to the root of the issue, and fixes that as well. The entire staff from Layla at the front desk, PTA Jill, Hannah and Kyle have made PT an actual fun experience for me, and I look forward to working with them each time I go in. I have worked with Elena who works wonders with dry needling under ultrasound guidance, and Kielen, who I have never even had as a therapist has fist bumped and encouraged me throughout my PT training. I am so excited to continue to work with this team, as we progress from PT to strength and conditioning. I know with their help I will be able to achieve my goals, pain and injury free.... with a bit of help from Saint Servatius :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Apex for almost 3 months now for therapy on my knee after having 2 reconstructive surgery's. They have been great and I wouldn't be as far along with my recovery if it wasn't for Kellan and Kyle thank you so much for dedicating the time and effort to getting me back on track.

Negative experience: Not a good experience. Nice mployees, but flipped from one to another employee the 2 weeks I went there. They also recommend a DC voltage therapy that is not covered by insurance. They do not offer traditional Tens therapy that my insurance does cover.

Fantastic experience: Nicole is the absolute best physical therapist I have ever worked with! I’ve been in PT for about 8 years on and off and coming to apex has changed PT for me all together. This is the first time I have actually felt and seen real progress. They are innovative in their techniques and the equipment is Top tier. Nicole makes you feel heard and supported and she always has a solution . Everyone that works there is so kind and I’ve never been somewhere where everyone is so friendly !! My surgery was in Nashville and they have been so accommodating for all my scheduling changes and varying physical therapy needs. Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy several times in the past. I was very impressed with the level of care and concern I received from Dillon and Apex. I had a total knee replacement and in only six weeks both my doctor and I were very happy with the results. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I came to Apex for physical therapy because I understand they were one of the best in Cape Coral. I came here with high expectations, and they even exceeded my expectations. Keelan is one of the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and pushed me to be my best! Kyle was also great in challenging me every week with a variety of stretching exercises to restore my shoulder. I normally never do online reviews, but this is one time I felt they really deserve this.

My main concern was an injury that resulted in a surgery 2yrs ago, and just bringing my body into a healthy/sturdy recovery post surgery. My sessions have been very helpful, helping my body adjust and heal. Fantastic experience: Just finished up an amazing Dry Needle Session with my personal Superheroes, Alaina and Jill, at the Cape Coal office. Anyone who uses a massage therapist for super tight muscles should check this out. They are able to direct their efforts to the specific area of muscle tightness with immediate relief. I just tell them the general area and they search out and destroy tension and the pain associated with it. It takes less time than a massage with better results and the effects last much longer. I’m having the treatment twice a month now and feel better than I have in decades. ProTip: Abby is the mastermind behind the whole operation and always checks me in with a smile and makes sure I set up my next appointment.

I was going to a different pt but the guy that was doing the dry needling left so I googled it and Apex came up. And I'm glad it did because the other place wasn't doing it right. Positive experience: Very disappointed with the quality of service. Therapist used a massage equipment that wasn't covered by my insurance. I wasn't informed of the additional $30.00 cost until I left the facility. As a patient I didn't get a prior approval or the option to decline the service. This action was very unprofessionals

Fantastic experience: So grateful to have found Apex! I was originally referred elsewhere but was dissatisfied with the other Physio. I found Apex via Google and from the first phone call I knew they’d be a great fit for what I wanted in a Physio. I was able to make quick progress in healing a foot injury and have found that their caring, skill and expertise why I will never go anywhere else.

I love that Alaina has treated me and my symptoms individually and creatively each time and I’ve avoided the Ortho clinic with invasive treatments and surgery. Much more wholistic approach and I’m feeling better each visit. Absolutely recommend Apex to everyone with chronic pain or injuries.

Fantastic experience: Joe, Alaina, Abby, and and team excellent. Work hard play hard. 1% improvement. All is possible and more with APEX. The athletes who are my clients and I push the limits of our bodies each day and on occasion we need the APEX team to help us recover quicker. I’m especially big fan of the dry needling to recover from any impingement and break up inflammation.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this place. I went to Apex after a bad massage fouled up my neck, leaving me in constant pain. While chiropractic care had helped immensely, it didn't get rid of all the agony. Apex did. Dry needling ended up being the BEST treatment for my issue, especially in the expert hands of Alana. I have now been totally pain-free for months!!! Thank you thank you! The experience was absolutely amazing (not to mention friendly and fun)!

Fantastic experience: I went to APEX Physical Therapy Cape Coral for an elbow and neck injury. Had pain, extreme tightness and horrible range of motion. Shannon and Aaron M worked with me for 10 visits and the results are incredible. I thought these were just injuries that I would have to live with forever. The elbow has been an off and on issue for 7 years. For the first time in a long time, I’m actually fixed. I’ve been doing the exercises they have shown me and the injuries are staying fixed. If you are looking for results. This place is the place to go. I’m finally pain free and my performance at the gym has soared in the past month. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: Apex Is a breath of fresh air The last place I was going to for physical therapy gave you a notepad with some papers and that was it you were on your own. Tom Christina Mya and alll all of the staff every time you walk in they meet you with a Warm welcoming smiling faces, you feel the entire time there there for you. Where I was before I didn’t feel like this and something told me to do some more research and I am so glad that I did, they’re up-to-date with all the new technology Nufit Aystem Dry Needling and so much more,there very hands-on with everything my recovery is 10 times better than it was before where they gave me a notepad and I was on my own I’m so so glad I made the move,what a blessing

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Apex Physical Therapy in Cape Coral for about 4 weeks. What I observed on my first day was every employee’s true desire to help the clients to be pain free. Although each has their tasks, they are always willing to help another client or a coworker when needed. Alana is my physical therapist. She is very smart, dedicated and determined to get my back issues in check. She is patient and tries various therapies to help eliminate my pain. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to apex for a few months to help support my running regimen. Came in with lower back pain which was addressed pretty quickly. When the pain+tightness moved to my upper back and neck they adapted the treatment to fit. Top notch PT! I continue to see Kristine for adjustment who is a rock star. At one point I couldn’t lift my head high enough to finish a drink. Now I’m nodding my head yes and checking blind spots while driving like a regular person. Fantastic experience: I started as a new client just 2 weeks ago for left knee pain . I am unable to straighten my knee and am not able to have surgery anytime soon. I am not good with names but I am always greeted by the front desk personnel with a friendly smile . Scott who did my initial evaluation and also an ultrasound on my knee treated me with utmost respect, kindness , compassion , and encouragement . Rachel who has been my therapist is so kind, warm, and friendly. She really makes my session with her a delight. She truly cares about my progress . Raoul who works with me along with the therapist is stellar. He is my biggest fan and always encourages me in such a respectful and compassionate manner. You really truly feel that these health care workers know you .. you are not just a number . They are very knowledgeable about your condition and progress.I don’t know a lot of other employees by name , but , I always witness everyone there smiling, so respectful of everyone including each other , compassionate, warm, patient , and encouraging.The environment is very clean , comfortable and constant disinfecting is taking place after each use of equipment. I would recommend Apex in Cspe Coral to all my family and friends .

My recovery was very steady with new challenges every visit and Keelan worked with me until I mastered them. The atmosphere was professional, friendly, and positive. Fantastic experience: I started at Apex as a student for my clinical rotation. I joined the team as a therapist in January and absolutely love it! All the therapists, exercise specialists, and front office staff have been amazing and are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. On the patient side of things - I have neck pain from a past car accident and have gone to several places for PT. I’ve experienced various environments and different techniques at other PT clinics; however, I choose to have Apex treat my existing neck condition. I’ve seen great progress with my mobility and reduced pain with thanks to Alana and Nicole for being amazing therapists in treating me!

Kristine has been my PTA and has worked wonders on getting my range of motion, along with getting my mental state correct. Tom has been the leader of the group and its been my pleasure to work with and have him consult on my problems. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time with the Apex Physical Therapy group out of Cape Coral. I was first introduced to them during my first every CrossFit competition, Thunderdome, which was located in Punta Gorda the last weekend of July, 2019. Everyone was very friendly and acknowledging of myself including other competitive athletes around me. Being a very tired and sore athlete, I was in need of treatment throughout the day. I had the pleasure of working with Cesar, a super cool dude, and he was able to relieve all of my complaints and sorenesses. I was very impressed with the overall educational status of everybody working with the group including Cesar’s. I would highly recommend Apex for any therapeutic needs because they are wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Apex physical therapy for about a month and a half now. Kristine has been helping me through a lot of the exercises, a lot of the motions, and also helping me on the NeuFit machine. With her help I’ve been making a lot of progress. I’m excited to see how far I can get. And hopefully reduce my pain to a manageable level and get back to doing the things that make me happy.

Fantastic experience: Great service and amazing therapists. I have been in the medical field for almost 30 years and I can't say enough about the personnel. The plan of care they develop is very individualized to the patient, not just the diagnoses. They truly listen to me and adjust my plan of care as needed to ensure maximum results are achieved within my pain and ability.

Fantastic experience: For anyone who needs help with any sort of pain, U should definitely go to Apex! I think it is the best chance for anyone to make a recovery from pain. Knowing how much they care about your well being definitely makes me feel super comfortable when I am being worked on! As for the employees, Apex is very lucky to have David! He is very knowledgeable in relation to the human body. He diagnosed my discomfort very easily and made a recovery plan !

Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this experience has been. I came here with many shoulder issues and each one was addressed and corrected. I can now reach up into my overhead cabinets to get items. I can also dress and undress myself, which is a major accomplishment. I have gone to physical therapy in the past but have never worked with therapists as wonderful and knowledgeable as this group. Anyone needing physical therapy should try this Apex in Cape Coral!

Fantastic experience: I started PT at APEX Cape Coral in June 2020. My 1st therapist Alana George did an assessment which was very thorough followed by a great PT session, and is the reason that I continued treatment at that location. Since the 1st visit, I have been fortunate to also be treated by Danny, Nicole, and Kristine. Each of them have challenged me with new exercises and upped my game every session. After 1 month of treatment, Danny did a new assessment and my range of motion has improved dramatically. I appreciate how clean they keep the facility with the COVID19 pandemic in full swing. This place is awesome in every way, from the front desk to the PT assistants. I hope I leave no one out, but here we go ... Alana, Danny, Nicole, Kristine, Rachel, Thomas, Raoul, Super Dave, Big Mike (who FT. Myers just stole), Courtney, Jaz, Natalie, and Jill. Mahalo to Kristine who is moving to Oahu soon. Fantastic experience: I have been a client Of Apex PT at this location for about a month and am extremely happy with my results from their treatment. One of the reasons I selected this Apex location was that my wife and a friend both experienced great results here and were very happy with the outcome of their treatments. Since starting with them I have since needed to continue with them for another issue and the transition was very smooth. Everyone I have encountered, from therapy assistants to the physical therapists have shown to be extremely professional and knowledgable. This place gets very high recommendation from me and will be the first place I send someone needing physical therapy

Fantastic experience: I began going to Apex Physical Therapy in April due to shoulder discomfort that progressively became worse over time. I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and professional front desk staff that set me up with future appointments without any hassle. I initially saw Kristine who took measurements of my range of motion and decided on a course of action to strengthen my shoulder. Kristine was incredibly friendly and attentive to her work while making the experience a pleasure. Kristine pushes me in exercises to improve both my posture and overall strength, something that helps me feel that I am improving every visit. She also challenges me in exercises so I can see the improvement for myself. I was skeptical about going to physical therapy at first, but after being worked on by Kristine and the rest of the Apex staff at the Cape Coral site, I can confidently give them a 5-star rating for excellent attention to detail and a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good physical therapist, as Apex has several excellent ones.

Fantastic experience: Everyone that works here has been an incredible help to me and my recovery. The team, especially Alana and Sabrina, have made me work so hard and push me to my limits in order to get better and be on my feet again. I am so grateful for everything they have done and they truly have put together such a great team and aim to help every individual that walks through the door.
