Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Meredith after reading many positive reviews online. I was experiencing pain in my lower back and hip, which I assumed was due to minor scoliosis. Upon examination and an x-Ray, Meredith told me that I likely did not, in fact, have scoliosis, and the pain was due to a few other issues, which would be much easier to address, and less costly. Meredith was able to quickly identify a few problems in my posture. She developed specialized exercises and postural queues for me to implement, and after only about 7-8 sessions my pain has drastically declined to such an extent that I may not need to come back as often for future sessions. In addition to being ethical and highly effective, Meredith is an extremely positive, pleasant person. This made each session enjoyable. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, particularly in the Palm Beach/Broward county area, definitely go see Meredith Weiss.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is seeing Meredith Weiss for Schroth Physical Therapy for her scoliosis. The first time we showed up at the Kioko clinic we were floored by the state of the art, pristine, welcoming facility. Even better than that we were greeted by Meredith herself. I happen to be a physical therapist assistant myself so I have worked with and for many therapists. I have NEVER had the opportunity to work for someone so generous with her extremely huge knowledge and experience base! Every time my daughter has her treatment session I come out more educated! Meredith is able to simplify the high level information so that we understand what is happening inside my daughter’s body. (my daughter is 22 years old) I believe that is why after 15 visits there has been a profound improvement within her spine. If I was speaking to a friend who needed a therapist for their child, Meredith is the only name I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: MEREDITH WEISS REVIEW Meredith and I first meet through zoom. Thank you so much to Mercy Johnson , her excellent and ever supportive administrative assistant in helping us to connect! We talked about the pain in my arms that I could not do other types of Therapy until the pain is addressed. I like Meredith right away. She is compassionate, very patient and takes time to listen to you. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. I told her, surgery is not an option. She suggested Laser Therapy plus some exercises. I had a rotator cup injury before and my PT used cold laser treatment which act on the mitochondria within cells causing the cells to repair themselves more efficiently . Because of my busy schedule Meredith encouraged me to have the Laser treatment and went out of her way to accommodate me in her busy schedule that she even gave me sessions on weekends and also labor day! This is how committed she is with my recovery. Without Meredith support it probably would have taken longer for my arm to get better with only 4 visits but still have to continued my arm exercises that she prescribed . My range of motion ( ROM) tremendously improved. I have started lifting weights but only used 3 lbs for the right arm and heavier on my left arm. I even can put on my bra now. I can not be more positive that Laser Therapy facilitated and helped a lot in my recovery. I highly recommend Meredith Weiss of KIOKO THERAPY . She is AMAZING AND THE BEST! REMI BEGONIA MENDOZA

Fantastic experience: I can not express how much Meredith helped my daughter Summer after her spinal fusion surgery. Summer had weak muscles and pain. Meredith taught her exercises to help strengthen her muscles and ease her pain. She is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. After working steadily with Meredith. Summer improved so much she made Varsity Cheer at school! What a turnaround!

Fantastic experience: Both my daughter and I have been the beneficiaries of Meredith’s wealth of knowledge and incredible skills. She is as familiar in the treatment of scoliosis & physical therapy as anyone I’ve met. Her adjustments with my daughter using the Schroff method have given my daughter tremendous core strength and empowered her to be in charge of her own care. She’s worked with me to improve a foot injury, taking the time to listen to what the problem was and then explain to me exactly what she believed the best course of action was. I cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Meredith Weiss is an incredible therapist. She not only teaches the shroth method, she supports her clients physically and emotionally. My 14 year old daughter looks forward to her sessions at Kioko. We are invested for 3 months and already see an improvement. Meredith has made this transition seamless for our family.

Fantastic experience: I started with Meredith thinking I would only concentrate on my scoliosis issues. But I came there with an inflamed IT Band as well. What I thought was so helpful is that before we started with Schroth exercises, she just worked on my IT Band problem by using the Lightcure Laser. This made a big difference in my mobility. I did start in January, 2020 with just doing a few Schroth exercises and then had stopped when Covid-19 started. I continued on in June and had the most amazing surprise when several comparison photos were placed side by side from beginning of treatment to current date. I am a true believer now!!

Fantastic experience: As an aging adult with scoliosis and developing kyphosis, I was referred to Meredith by my Orthopedic Physician last year to help with preventing further deterioration and possible improvement of strength, posture and relief of chronic fatigue and pain. After the initial evaluation, an individualized treatment plan was devised to meet these challenges coupled with an ongoing review of progress made - written and photographic comparisons. Training exercises were developed that could be continued in the home environment between visits in addition to the multiple treatment modalities on site that were utilized based on observed treatment needs. Meredith is a great resource for helping to understand the rationale for recommended exercises and treatment modalities and often shared interesting articles and research pertinent to individual issues. Fast forward one year - posture has improved, muscle strength continues to improve, breathing exercises have greatly improved lung expansion and most importantly a sense of having more personal control over one's health. Thank you to my physician for recommending Meredith to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude for the gift of healing.

Fantastic experience: As a semi-retired dancer I have worked with plenty of PTs in my lifetime, but have never worked with someone as compassionate and knowledgable as Meredith. Her background in yoga and pilates help generate a wealth of exercises catering them specifically to my unusual needs. Her compassion lets me feel vulnerable enough to share what I'm truly feeling since emotional pain often transcends into physical. I feel heard and nurtured plus fully enjoy the physical challenges she provides in our sessions. I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible every day, excited to continue my process with her. Fantastic experience: My experience with Meredith and Kioko Therapy has been nothing short of miraculous. Meredith’s specific and knowledgeable guidance with her clients is second to none, and her expertise with The Schroth method for scoliosis has made a tremendous difference for me in a relatively short period of time. Within a 5-month period, I was able to see a big difference In my posture in my before and after pictures, as well as a noticeable lessening of my pain level. I also personally found the cold laser therapy very helpful. I cannot recommend Meredith and her wonderful Kioko Therapy enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a spinal fusion at 2 levels. When i first met Meredith I was so fearful that i was going to hurt myself when i started getting active. Meredith gave me my confidence back and i started to regain strength and flexibility quickly. She is so smart and as caring as they come. I loved working on the reformer which is something few Physical Therapists offer. If i could work with her everyday i would! The best of the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Meredith saved my life! I had zero mobility in by shoulder due to frozen shoulder. I couldn’t put my hair in a pony tail and shutting the car door with my left arm was impossible. I had to rotate around and shut it with my right arm. I went to Meredith 4 times and I felt like a new person. Years later, I’m 95% maybe more healed! I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have Meredith Weiss, Kioko therapy, as my daughter’s physical therapist. We recently received a diagnosis of scoliosis. I researched treatment options. There were so many intervention options on the Internet that I was overwhelmed with what was right for my daughter. Then it was like the heavens opened up and I found Meredith in Boca Raton. She is so gifted in therapy and knows the body very well to customize exercises specific for your child. We saw immediately results with my daughter’s curvature! Incredible! I hope every parent, who is bewildered about how to help their child, finds this review in time to make the right decision and see Meredith. I drive over 3 hours to bring my daughter to Meredith. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Kioko Therapy ( Meredith) last summer because I had developed frozen shoulder for the second time and needed to get into physical therapy quickly. During my initial evaluation, I began to exhale. I had never been to a physical therapist who was so thorough and immediately involved in my wellness. She measured my range of shoulder motion and analyzed my overall flexibility unlike any therapist had taken the time to do. She spoke to me with such empathy that I truly felt I was instantly With an old friend. Her therapy involves many approaches. My sessions have involved manipulation, laser therapy, stretching, yoga postures to stretch and work shoulder muscles , and many movements to strengthen my core! Meredith’s compassion for and commitment to her patients is heartfelt. She communicates with me between sessions and is concerned with every aspect of my treatment. I am healing well beyond what I thought possible in four months in both mind and body. I am forever grateful to Kioko Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have possibly found anyone better! I wish I found Meredith years ago. It's a little hard to accept knowing that I spent so much time being less happy and healthy than I could have been, but Meredith has even helped me cope with that. Because of her extremely impressive background in neuroscience and biology, she knows how to ease my mental stress, which is EXTRA helpful for me in particular! Having a lifelong history battling chronic illnesses that affect me both mentally and physically, it can be a real challenge finding someone in the profession who actually understands. I've never met anyone like Meredith. She has so much warmth, compassion, and empathy (also rarely found). Walking into her studio feels a lot like walking into home. I just feel so welcome and at peace there. And her constant support and encouragement are what really keep me going! She has a way of making me feel unstoppable. I feel like she's my cool aunt or something. As for my scoliosis and subsequent back pain, I can't even begin to express how much everything has improved!! The Schroth method, used here, is by far the best thing that ever happened to me. My posture is nearly perfect now, and the pain is virtually gone. I've gotten so much stronger in such a short time. I'm doing things that I really never thought I could do. I'm only 29, and not too long ago, I honestly believed that I'd have to use a shower chair for the rest of my life. I feared to imagine what I would be like at 80 if this was me in my 20s. But I am now quite literally up and running! I'm. So. Excited! For the first time in a long time, I finally feel like I actually have my whole life ahead of me. I feel like I can live without limits. It's incredible!

I truly cannot say enough good things about her. The care and thoroughness she gives to each one of her patients' sessions is unmatched, the genuine positivity she exudes is contagious and extremely uplifting. Her kind and compassionate manner is second to none. Meredith is so incredibly intelligent in her field and I am reassured while also enlightened each session while being in her care. You will feel as if she is your number one cheerleader while on the road to recovery and even beyond that! I have recovered faster from my injuries while completing physical therapy with her than I could have ever imagined, and on top of that, I have become stronger because of supplemental exercises she prescribes which shows another way in which she goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Meredith saw me at the last minute and took her time to listen to my pain. I had a nagging pain in my foot, and she showed me some ways that I can improve my muscle strength. She also took the time to explain how the muscles are connected. She appeared to be very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.
