Vado Therapy: Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

Fantastic experience: When you walk into Vado PT, you are immediately greeted with smiles and feel welcomed. From Dom, Carli and Kristy, the entire staff is very knowledgeable and want to see you recover quickly. This is my 2nd time needing PT in 2023 and Kristy has been nothing but the best. She has helped greatly to ensure my recovery process is on the right track all while feeling like I am amongst family. Would recommend the team at Vado for anyone looking for a professional PT office that cares.

Fantastic experience: First to Review I have tried physical therapy after many injuries... New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and several in South Florida. I became a skeptic of PT as my experiences were so disappointing. Either it was a "factory" or an insurance "scam," or just plain old "waste of time". Finally, on a recommendation from a friend, I found Vadu! Vadu and Christy's team have really made a difference in, not only my thoughts about what Physical Therapy is supposed to be, vs. what it is not! From the receptionist who handles the scheduling and insurance, to the therapists and the interns who were professional, and, just as importantly encouraging. The psychological factor, I I have come to realize, is just as important as the therapy. If I could give them 100 *'s I would.

Fantastic experience: Vado Therapy, run by Dominic Pompile, is an exceptional organization. The entire team is efficient, effective and a talented group that focuses on its' clients needs. I have a background of managing a lot of people and the team at VADO are 100% focused on delivering top notch services. I have the pleasure of working with Dr. Kristy Bolha. The environment is immaculate and this is my second round of therapy with them having undergone 2 major surgeries, 5 years apart. They have improved my quality of life exponentially and I highly recommend VADO. 5 thumbs (and stars) way up. They are top shelf, no dust!

Fantastic experience: I have known Dom for almost 10 years.He first fixed my husband up after he had Rotator Cuff surgery. Next it was me with my left shoulder that had 2 tendon tears and bicep issue. Then it was my right knee with arthroscopic clean out with old skiing issues.This year it was the right shoulder with 1 tendon tear and my left knee had arthroscopic clean out too. So I guess its safe to say that I trust Dom and all the people who help take care of all our issues!!! Patricia Grant

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would do it. Best physical therapy experience I've had (and I've had a few). What I particularly liked about it is Dominic's insistence that I come in at least 3 times a week and the further insistence by the staff that I NOT do any of these exercises at home till the therapists were confident I knew what I was doing. And, while I worked primarily with Jen, every other therapist there was keeping an eye on me as I was working. This meant the if Jen was temporarily working with someone else, Carlie or Olivia or Ariana, or Dominic was watching me, and correcting me as needed. And while doing the work necessary to release my frozen shoulder, they talked me through what they were doing and why, so that I have a far better understanding of how my body works and how to keep it working. I'd also add that their support staff, Adrienne, was stellar. And if you're looking for acupuncture, I'd recommend Mario as well. Thank you Vado Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I so much appreciate the competent guidance Dominic Pompile offered to help with the discomfort I'm experiencing with my shoulder. He was extremely knowledgeable, not to mention respectful and friendly. He assessed my situation quickly and pointed me in the right direction to remedy my discomfort. Fantastic experience: If you want the best option for physical therapy and sports medicine, Vado is the place. Vado Physical Therapy is unlike most practices you will find in the area. They take a personal interest in all aspects of recovery while providing treatment in a clean, friendly, professional atmosphere. You will be seen at the time of your appointment and you will be a priority during the hour you spend there. Yes, it will be a full hour, not the rushed 20-30 minutes other offices are providing! They also offer massage, acupuncture and reflexology onsite which I highly recommend. Every practitioner at Vado is exceptional and knows your protocol so you don't have to worry about any interruption in your care plan. Carli is one of the most intelligent, caring practitioners I have ever worked. The location, in a Publix plaza, is a bonus with easy parking. If, by chance, you have a shoulder issue or are having surgery, this is THE place you should be! If you need more convincing, just call. That's what I did and when the owner, Dom, called me back, and answered all my questions, I was impressed. I am still impressed after weeks of post-op therapy and actually look forward to going. This is the only place I will go for PT in the future.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this group of results-oriented professionals. I have experienced other practices, but no one is as highly skilled at blending exercise along with creating the motivation to achieve results. In addition to providing physical therapy, they conveniently offer acupuncture for pain, which worked tremendously for me. I’m a fan of Vado Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I just had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and biceps tear and have just had an incredible shoulder rehab experience with VADO Therapy and Sports Medicine! Dominic the owner has a device called the Dominator SR3 that I started using for in home physical therapy a couple days after surgery. It was a game changer! It was incredibly simple to set up and use. The mobility in my shoulder returned way ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As an added bonus, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend VADO for anyone who is having shoulder surgery and is looking for a quicker recovery time.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Domenic and his staff at Vado Therapy. From the moment I walked into his new location and being greeted by his staff I knew this place was different than previous places I had attended. When I first walked in I was using a walker and could barely walk, let alone bend my knees. After only 4 sessions with Domenic (1 week) I am no longer using the walker and managing to get around without any help. Domenic continues to push me to get better each session and truly takes his time to assess my situation during each session. I was unable to walk for 2.5 months, but Domenic and his staff have provided me the hope I needed to get back on my own two feet. I highly recommend Vado Therapy to anyone in need of help from an injury or post / pre-surgery treatment.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Vado has been nothing but amazing! I came to Vado after having two surgeries over the course of four months due to a torn ACL. I only had three weeks to work with Vado, as I had to return to school, and I was desperate to speed up my recovery as I am a division one athlete attempting to return to play. During my three weeks working with Vado and Domenic, I made incredible progress. They pushed me in ways I had not been pushed before during my recovery, and it paid off. When I returned to my surgeon for a check up, he was astounded by the breakthrough I had while working with Vado. My results with Vado have been game changing for me, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: The best above the rest. I have never felt better. Vado has rehabbed me after my right rotator cuff tore. Because I had four prior surgeries my orthopedist's only option was a shoulder replacement. He recommended that I go for physical therapy rather than undergo such a radical procedure. After 11 weeks of intense therapy, I am pain free, totally mobile and fully functional. If you have physical issues and àre highly motivated, Vado Therapy is your best bet. -- Ed Feuchtwanger

Fantastic experience: If you have been injured or had surgery and need physical therapy Vado is the place to come to get you back in the game. Domenic and his therapists Carly and Kyle have the know how and patience to get you the best results possible. I successfully rehabbed my left rotator cuff here in 2018 and currently am 6 weeks post op on my right rotator cuff. For the most part I am pain free except when pushed to increase my range in therapy. If you need pt call Mercy at the front desk and she will set you up with an appointment that will work for you.

Fantastic experience: The team at Vado Therapy is great! They always greet you with a big smile on their faces. They go at your pace and tailor the physical therapy treatment to each individual. The acupuncturist they have, Mario, is phenomenal. After seeing him, not only did I get some relief from the physical pain, but he was able to help me release some of the emotional pain and trauma related to the accident/injuries that I'm getting treatments for. Even after 1 session, I immediately saw results.

Fantastic experience: Vado Therapy was the best ! So grateful we had them on my husband Will’s journey for physical therapy when he had knee surgery for a torn tendon. So wonderful to work with, they are all extremely professional and really care about their patients recovery 100%.. Marcy at the front desk was always smiling and so accommodating to schedule appts. Fantastic experience: As a 7x finisher of the Badwater 135-mile Ultramarathon in the Death Valley desert, the toughest footrace in the world according to National Geographic, I have over 40,000 miles on my knees in training + racing. After a recent surgery (my 3rd), the staff at Vado (Carli, Zane, Dom, Lori & Mercy) are in the process of rehabilitating me so I can return to the sport I love. I have no doubt they will succeed. I have been to many PT and rehab specialists. Vado is the absolute best in the business!

Fantastic experience: I have had knee and two shoulder surgeries in the last 3 years (and did all of my rehabilitation at Vado). They are on top of their game and will get you back in your game. I still charge like I am 20 (and wouldn't be surprised if I need Vado services again). But, I have the confidence that they can make as good as new every time.

Dom went over everything and started right away. His team truly caters to the individual, everyone is different and they find the right program for you. Fantastic experience: I have now been attending Vado Therapy for about a month. When I started I could not sleep at night because of the injury to my left shoulder. Within two weeks I was able to get a decent nights sleep and now a month since I started I am sleeping all night and my injury has minimized. The injury is still active somewhat and Dom has recommended MRIs of shoulder and neck which I will be getting shortly to make sure there is no underlying cause for the persistence. I have no hesitancy in highly recommending Dom and his crew particularly Carlee. They have been of great help for me.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Vado therapy could not have been better. After major shoulder surgery, Dom implemented my program and even personally delivered a piece of equipment he designed and patented to my home. At each session, the entire staff knew of my issues and all participated in my recovery in some capacity. This interaction fostered a sense of community at Vado that contributed my recovery. Dominic's professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable approach to therapy is obviously contagious with his staff. From the receptionist to the other therapists, not only did my recovery benefit, I feel I also made a new group of friends. They were personable and took a real interest in each patient. I could not have been more pleased with their expertise and professionalism. Christina at the front desk was more than willing to accommodate last- minute scheduling changes I had. Dominic, the owner, was always on hand to give me tips on how to do exercises correctly on my own. This was the best choice of PT and I truly hope you consider going there.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time using Vado Therapy. I had initially gone for help with a hip issue I was experiencing. After several doctors/PT visits with no results, I decided to try Vado. A friend had used them and experienced a positive outcome. After my initial consultation, I immediately knew I was in the right hands. Within a few weeks, my hip improved. More recently, I've gone for help with a knee issue. Once again, Domenic and his knowledgeable staff has helped me with my problem. My goal is to return to ballet class. I have no doubt, with their help I will get there.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say after several months of physical therapy at Vado, they really do care about your health and well being. The staff is experienced, smart and very friendly. Domenic oversaw my progress and checks in with me every week to make sure I am progressing. Jeff and Dara are extremely caring Physical therapists that explain in detail what is happening and why. Fantastic experience: As a long-time all around athlete, now in my 50’s, I became much more involved in bicycling and ultimately had a knee rebuilt and as well as a partial shoulder replacement. My surgeon, the Dolphins’ orthopedic surgeon, recommended Domenic and Vado Therapy. I went in thinking I knew most of what I needed to know to heal but quickly realized I was in the presence of greatness! Dom and his staff taught me so much about my body and my healing process!
