Positive experience: For several years I have attended occupational and speech therapy at Florida Movement Therapy in Boca Raton, at least once a week, more if my schedule will allow. The therapy staff members are very competent and extremely helpful. They listen to my medical concerns and respond appropriately for my needs based on my Parkinsons Disease diagnosis and other related factors. I highly recommend this facility. You will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Update: 3/6/2023: I had right hip replacement surgery on Feb 1, 2023, and I have been having rehab physical therapy with Angie for 2 weeks. She is very caring and has helped me improve the strength in my hips, thighs, core, and balance. I look forward to my PT sessions, and I highly recommend Florida Movement Therapy Center! 2018: I suffer from back and knee osteoarthritis and my orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy. I have completed 6 weeks of physical therapy at the Boca Raton Florida Movement Therapy Center and have worked with Elaine R., physical therapist. Elaine has analyzed my specific physical weaknesses and addressed each one. She has taught me a suite of custom exercises. Since working with Elaine I have improved my core strength and overall stability and my knee and back pain have been reduced. I am continuing to follow Elaine's advice to work to maintain these improvements. Thanks to Florida Movement Therapy Center and their excellent therapist Elaine!

Fantastic experience: This place has been a life saver for me. The therapists are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They will work you as hard as you can work, and this provides maximum benefit. There is no fixed routine so it’s hard to be bored. One of the therapists working with me incorporated yoga. Others challenged me with a TRX, rowing machine, and inertia wave. This place is really a blessing for those of us with movement disorders like Parkinson’s disease.
