Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. My experience with the professionals at Pelvicore and Jessica has been nothing short of life changing. I began experiencing intense symptoms of pelvic floor disorder while I was overseas last summer. I suffered for three months seeing doctors and getting shrugged shoulders and assurances that everything was fine, but no one could explain how I could address my pain and other urinary symptoms. I started working with Jessica around October, and she immediately was able to identify what was causing my pelvic floor issues and developed a plan to address it. Fighting pelvic floor dysfunction is best done with a multimodal approach and we worked with massages, stretching techniques, positive thinking, and anti-stress strategies. All of this combined with a new medication helped me start to see results within 2 months. Now, 6 months on, I feel 90-95 percent better with the occasional bad day or two. Most of all, I can enjoy life again- socialize, travel, work, run after my kids, all of it. If you are dealing with pelvic pain/ chronic prostatitis, call Pelvicore. They care, they listen, and they know how to help.

Fantastic experience: Jessica is the best of the best! Helped solve my pelvic floor issues but also gave me great stretches and advice to help fix my lower back pain as well. Pelvic floor issues can be personal, but I appreciate her professionalism and expertise to get me better!

Fantastic experience: When you meet people who know what they’re doing - it makes all the difference. Susan knows what she’s talking about and the way in which she educates people about her process, informs you about your body and the role it plays in helping you live your life to the fullest is something missing from the conventional form of healthcare. I wish I’d found Pelvic Core Rehab 16 years ago when I was pregnant with my first but certainly glad I found them now.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with pelvic pain for many years and was referred to Susan/Pelvicore by my doctor. Susan is a great therapist and very easy to talk to about anything. We have done a few dry needling sessions and the results have been great!!

Fantastic experience: Susan and Jessica are amazing. When I started therapy back in April 2022, I literally could not get out of bed or walk properly without pain. I have severe pelvic floor dysfunction and their help including dry needling with Pelvicore I am back to being physically active 6 days per week without pain. Fantastic experience: Susan and Jessica are amazing Pelvic Floor PTs. I have had chronic pelvic pain since 2012. I was pain free for 10 months and experienced a horrible flare up that would not go away. Within a month of treatment with Susan and Jessica, my pain and nerve sensations are decreasing! It has been a wonderful experience since the initial consultation on the phone with Jessica. They are truly compassionate and comforting. Susan and Jessica are so passionate at what they do and care about my results. For someone with hypermobilty, they are able to check alignment and fix if needed! Since starting therapy, my alignment has been stabilizing! Susan is an all star at dry needling and I no longer need to travel to other states to get the superior needling I used to get from previous providers. Highly recommend seeing them both!! My quality of life is increasing and I look forward to continuing my journey with them!

Fantastic experience: I have the best pelvic floor dysfunction therapist, Jessica. She examined me at our first meeting and explained how she was going to help me. Since seeing me she has been so engaged in my progress. I’m feeling very confident in leaving my home without a worry about having to seek out where the next restroom is. Yesterday I left the house at 11:00am and returned at 5:00. Not a thought about stopping. Pelvicore Rehab is the best whether you see Susan or Jessica!! True professionals!

Fantastic experience: Susan is the absolute best. I came to Pelvicore Rehab due to several sports injuries to my shoulders, looking for extended mobility and reduction of pain. The results of the dry needling have been nothing but incredible! I now have full range of motion in my left shoulder (primary injury) and the daily pain is far less as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: Susan is literally the kindest, most compassionate and caring human I’ve ever met. I look at her as a mother. Non stop giving me resources and texting me to check up on me and just making me feel so comfortable with such a light hearted attitude and also instilling such hope in me when I previously lost all hope! Fantastic experience: Susan is by far the best I’ve worked with! She’s very knowledgeable and truly loves what she does. After being in a lot of pain, unable to move like I want, and years of treatments with several physical therapists and doctors, I finally found Susan at Pelvicore rehab. With her help, I’ve been able to get back to waking long walks (which I haven’t been able to do in years!) and sleep without painkillers. Fantastic experience: I wish there were more Susans in this world. She is so sweet, humble, and compassionate. You can literally hear the compassion in her voice. Fantastic experience: I truly cannot say enough about Susan and Pelvicore Rehab! I had a VERY ROUGH birth with my daughter 3 years ago that left me with incontinence, extreme pain and discomfort. I was referred to Susan by my chiropractor and coming under Susan’s care was the best decision I made for myself! She was able to get me back to my normal self after a few visits. Fast forward to now, pregnant with baby #2 and I started experiencing severe pelvic pain. After one visit and keeping up with my assigned exercises, I am feeling so much better! Susan is such a kind, educated and professional woman. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Fantastic experience: It took me a while to come visit Susan because of how far she was from me (45 min drive) but I am so happy I decided to see her. She is so knowledgable and I felt so supported. I left her office with tools on how to protect my pelvic floor during pregnancy and how to safely continue working out. She is so warm and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable!! She followed up with me as well by email to make sure I had all the resources and information I needed on hand. I would recommend her to anyone, especially during pregnancy!!

Never before have I met physical therapists who are so thorough, knowledgeable, clear and empathetic in a way that goes far beyond bedside manner. They truly work with the entire body as a system and have helped me to heal more than just my initial concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. As an aside, dry needling with Susan was likely the most immediately gratifying therapy I’ve ever received to relieve chronic muscle tension.

She is so caring and explained everything so so well so I really had the tools to be able to continue practicing and working once I left the appointment. Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful that I found Susan! My midwives recommended her to me when I was diagnosed with a third degree uterine prolapse at 6 weeks pregnant with my second child. We worked together through my condition AND a pandemic. Fantastic experience: After a year of chasing my symptoms going from Dr. to Dr. and leaving frustrated with no proper diagnosis, treatment, or understanding about my pelvic pain... I found Susan and for the first time I feel like she has put me on a path to wellness. Not only has she normalized my chronic situation, she has given me hope and has helped me to create a healing village with other people that understand and can help me with my situation. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Susan. She is highly knowledgeable in her specialty and also integrates a holistic perspective into her teaching/healing methods. She's an effective communicator, passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about providing the best care for her patients. Fantastic experience: Susan is a great therapist and I highly recommend her! My experience with Susan was terrific from my first telephone conversation with her. She has a tremendously warm, welcoming personality and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated how much time she spent in the first visit getting to understand more about my issues. I first read about pelvic floor therapy after the birth of my second child. I was trying to find out information about the recovery process as this was my first c-section. From my reading I found out that it would actually be ideal for all mothers to have this kind of care routinely after any mode of delivery, and it actually is the standard in some countries. I was convinced that I wanted to try it and was pleased with the quality of care I received from Susan. She is incredibly passionate and knowledgable, and I have seen tremendous results with my healing and transitioning back to routine activities and exercise.

Fantastic experience: Before I started working with Susan, I was scared that I would never get better. Susan made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything so clearly. She is so patient and exudes a warmth that makes you feel at ease. Susan is positive and incredibly supportive. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Susan since June of 2019. while other practitioners I spoke to immediately spoke about surgical methods to correct my prolapse, Susan taught me how lifestyle changes, improvement in posture and breathing could make all the difference in my health and in my life. I have never felt any pressure from Susan to make an appointment. If anything she was very forthright in telling me that She does not want to keep patients in therapy longer than they have to be. This speaks very highly not only of her practice but of her character. In between sessions Susan is easily accessible by text or email and was happy to answer whatever questions I had. Susan is very well educated on multiple disciplines that she incorporates into her practice. I feel very fortunate to have her as my therapist.
