Fantastic experience: 5 stars all day!!! Cant thank Dr Joe enough! My life revolves around fitness and sports and when I tore my Achilles it was crushing. Thought I could never be the same, but I had Dr Joe as my Physicial Therapist and it made all the difference. Spends one on one time with his clients doing a combination of exercise and manual work based on the need! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sobucki was able to help me in person with some trigger point pressure and stretching to alleviate some tension and consistent pain, as well as remotely by walking me through different stretches over the phone. He even sent some videos of different stretches and things I could try on my own to increase mobility in my hip and shoulder areas. This man truly cares about his patients and seeing people live a better quality of life.

Fantastic experience: “Reviews are not normally my thing, but I am so impressed with my experience I had to share. I am a 48 year old female and wish I found Dr. Joe years ago! Orthopedic surgeons and Chiropractors told me my neck is the neck of a 70 year old with little encouragement of improvement. Multiple car accidents (no not my fault, lol) have left me with a reverse curve since I was in high school. This has left me with extreme tightness in neck, shoulders and spinal flare ups. After years of dealing with it I thought it was something that would never get corrected. After one treatment I had significant results!!! I can actually move my neck more than 56 degrees now to the left and never thought I would be able to again. 77 degrees after my second treatment and still improving! I am still in shock of how much improvement I have had in every area Dr. Joe has worked on me. Years and years of chronic pain and trying so much with little results was frustrating. This guy is the real deal and I hate to say this but he puts every other provider to shame. He knows his anatomy and how everything is connected for peek performance. If someone is telling you he needs you to come in for 3 times a week for 12 weeks then please run to see Dr Joe NOW! I got improvement immediately, he is the MacGyver of Physical Therapy and will not drag your treatments out but solve your issues specifically for your needs. I was blessed with a fabulous referral when I needed it the most. I hope I can help others as well by sharing my experience. Fantastic experience: Joe is great- he has such a strong understanding how the body heals and imparts that wisdom through the specific bespoke workouts that he designs each time he meets with a client. He also does a great job of explaining the exercises and what he's trying to achieve with each. My work with him has focused on my right shoulder and left ankle, both of which are arthritic. His workouts have, over time, helped me develop strength and stability in those joints. Dr Joe has been a lifesaver as i proceed through the healing process. Thanks Joe!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is a beast. Definitely the best PT experience, and I've had many PT stints, from chronic herniated disc to tennis related injuries. Dr. Joe is super knowledgeable and treats both the current injury as well as provides recommendations to prevent future injuries. Since I moved out of state, I still text Dr. Joe for advice on recovery and preventative treatment. He is always quick to respond and even called doctors in my area to find good options for in-person treatment.

Fantastic experience: My name is Maritza and I have been having problems with TMJ(jaw) for over a year and I decided to go to Joe sobucki physical therapy at ihp gym In Boca Raton. I explained to doctor joe how much pain I was in and he explained to me what was wrong and started to explain what we needed to do to fix my problem. After the first visit my jaw felt so much better and so did my neck.the second visit was even better and my jaw feels great. I want to thank doctor joe for everything he has done and can’t wait for my next visit to feel 100% when I am done. He is honest and explains things before,during, and after the visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Joe since I received my partial knee replacement surgery. It is the best thing I could have invested in! He is so knowledgeable and I recovered SO quickly from my surgery! Joe is such a hard worker, very respectable and also has great bedside manner! I would give more stars if possible! I am almost 100% percent healed from knee surgery and i continue to see him 2 times per week to keep up with therapy!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Joe enough! I’ve had chronic pain and mobility issues with my neck and shoulder for over 10 years. I have been to countless chiropractors and physical therapists with no long term relief. Dr. Joe came highly recommended by a friend so I decided to try him out. After just one appointment, he was able to target the pain and provide me more relief than 12 appointments with my previous physical therapist. He’s highly intelligent, thorough, explains every procedure and takes any chance to educate you on the root cause of the problem, not just the solution. He’s kind, personable and makes you feel comfortable right at the start. 11/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Its days like this that I really am thankful for Doctor Joe. His knowledge of the human body, how to diagnose and locate the source of pain and treat that instead of treating symptoms are exceptional. I was dealing with horrible pain in my left elbow for a long time. Thinking tendinitis so I would wear the sleeves, wraps and braces to get through workouts and sometimes my normal day. Joe quickly debunked my thoughts and attacked the source with different stretching techniques, resistance movements and cupping. Now I use those stretches and resistance movements everyday. It's allowed me to stack weeks of pain free workouts and more importantly just regular everyday life. Feeling closer and closer to my old self in the gym and extremely grateful for doctor Joe for all his help and knowledge!

Fantastic experience: Been having lower back pain for YEARS! I’ve tried everything and I never would’ve thought I needed physical therapy until I was recommended to him. One visit with Dr. Sobucki and I was finally able to find where my pain was actually coming from. It’s been two days from my appointment and my lower back pain is gone. He loves to educate and I learn a lot of stretches and techniques I can use for the rest of my life, to relieve pain in my lower back. 10/10 would recommend to book a visit with him. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Sobucki for a couple of injuries. Whether it was a pulled hamstring or just an ache in my neck he has always provided me with great care and has fixed everyone of my issues. What I love the most about going to his office is he takes his time and ensures that I receive the best and proper care to fix the problem

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe Sobucki is a terrific Physical Therapist. I moved down to Florida and was looking for areas where I could heal my torn meniscus which had been affected by Lyme disease for 2 years prior. After some failed work back home, Joe gave it to me straight and started me from the beginning. He didn’t cut any corners and was extremely thorough during every evaluation and appointment. If there were any signs of weakness/regression he would immediately stop and make sure the issues were taken care of. After 7 months of work with Joe I finally feel like myself again. I can sprint, swim, jump, and exercise in ways that I couldn’t before because of the poor PT that I previously received. Not only is Joe a terrific therapist, but he’s a great guy as well. He always brings a positive vibe to every session and is pumped when his clients do well. Fantastic experience: Joe is the best hands on PT I have worked with. He will spend time to understand your injury and do thorough testing to determine root cause. You can expect a full hour of focused attention that will deliver improvement. My goal as an older athlete that wants to stay active has been to address my weaknesses and prevent future injury. Recommend him if you are looking for hands on treatment with goals to get better.

Fantastic experience: Know Joe for 3+ years now and whenever I’m feeling slight pain or tightness he diagnoses me and knows exactly what to do to have me feeling better. Only cares about helping, and getting me back to 100% no pain. Does it very efficiently. Price efficient as well!

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across Dr. Joe Sobucki by accident. I was in a serious car accident resulting in multiple fractures to my legs, hips and pelvis. Since then, I have had countless surgeries including a full hip replacement. Almost ten years of on and off PT and I have never had a therapist work on me the way Dr. Joe has. Dr. Joe’s attention to detail, his hands on treatments along with his true desire to help people really stood out to me. Dr. Joe is extremely professional and is an expert in his trade. His drive and passion are hard to come by in the medical field. He also is not afraid to go hard on you! Choosing to go out of network was the best decision I’ve ever made. I also did not see an issue with his pricing, I felt they were more than fair. I look forward to every treatment and walk out feeling like a million bucks!

Fantastic experience: As an athlete i've been to my fair share of physical therapist and none can compare to the work of Dr. Joe. I had an ACL reconstruction surgery seven months prior to being treated by Dr. Joe and I felt my PT before wasn't pushing me to my limits. Once I started treatment with Dr. Joe it was clear that I would reach full strength once again. Whenever anything seemed hard or impossible to do, Dr.joe would be encouraging and try many different variations of exercises to see what works the best for me. Not only would he show me exercises to do but he would explain how it targets certain muscles that need to be worked in order to gain strength. Dr. Joe gives his best into his work and the people he treats! His consistency with keeping an amazing attitude made me look forward to the sessions to come. Session after session I quickly began to see my knee and leg get stronger and stronger. Nothing is better than having a Physical Therapist who genuinely loves his job rather than those who go through the motions. Fantastic experience: I am a very active 64-year-old and unfortunately have been to too many physical therapists to count for various serious joint injuries. Right now, I’m battling bone on bone shoulder ball and socket joint with advanced osteoarthritis. Joe is by far the best I have ever worked with. I tried various forms of treatment for this injury and was ready to give up when a friend told me about Joe. My range of motion and strength both much improved after only 12 sessions. Already better than I ever thought possible. Great work ethic and expertise. Also, a first-class gentleman. I would highly recommend Joe.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery in 2020 and spent 7 months rehabbing with Joe. He worked with me until I had regained full motion and could do everything I had done before my surgery. He was always patient and supportive and extremely motivating to help me through the rough patches. Recently I went back to Joe for some hip issues and again he worked his magic on me and within a few weeks I was good as new. I would strongly recommend Joe to anyone who needs physical therapy. Fantastic experience: Dr Joe was so wonderful with my mom who was determined to come back after a heart episode. She looked forward to every session and it enabled her to walk around the block every day and then some. Dr Joe’s personalized attention was instrumental in Mom’s daily challenges…ie; getting in my 4Runner which was quite a workout for her as my car was high off the ground. She nailed it!

Fantastic experience: ONE OF THE BEST in the GAME!!! I was told by doctors at Miami Baptist that I would need surgery to hike and snowboard again. Dr. Joe listen to my concerns and practice mindfulness in how he help me rehabilitate a torn ACL and arthritis. I'm in my mid 40s and did not think it would be possible to feel as good as I do now but Dr. Joe is a unicorn and if you are reading this review do yourself a favor and BOOK NOW!

Fantastic experience: I’ve come in with multiple injuries from shoulders, back, and hips. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sobucki helped me with a shoulder injury for most of my recovery period. The experience was great and very easy going. He also often went the extra mile for example by videoing certain workouts with the correct form for me to take home and replicate. Dr. Sobucki does an excellent job at making sure you as a patient is comfortable with the workouts but also still maintaining the progress of recovery. Overall If you need to get better fast and in an enjoyable environment Sobucki Physical Therapy is the way to go !

Fantastic experience: I suffer from a hip injury due to my active time in the Marine Corps, after seeing multiple PTs thru naval medicine and no luck, I went to Dr Joe and was able to get an amazing evaluation as well as a detailed plan on how we can get my hip mobility and back to health. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr.Joe was a great one. I had shoulder surgery a year and a half ago, and seen Dr.Joe for pre and post surgery therapy. He helped to strengthen my shoulder before hand to help with my recovery afterwards. He made himself readily available to me for all of my questions and concerns, even if it was just for a quick phone call outside of regular scheduled visits. He would also take the time to FaceTime me to show me how to properly do my therapy “homework” as he calls it. He is very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understood what was happening inside my shoulder. After my recovery I was having some muscle pain in and around my shoulder and went to see Dr.Joe for a dry needling session. I was very skeptical but trust in my therapist and I am glad I did!! It is amazing what a few needles can do! I have also entrusted my three sport high school varsity athlete to see Dr.Joe for all that ailed her. As well as my husband who has 3 herniated disc’s in his back. Dr.Joe truly cares for the health of his patients. I would recommend Dr.Joe to anyone who is in need of a very dedicated, caring and great physical therapist!

I was having shoulder pain due to overuse from tennis and within a few treatments, using his array of different methods, it was healed. Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe Sobucki is an amazing Physical Therapist . Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his practice. He will sit with you and spend the time to answer all your questions and explain the anatomy and physiology of what's bothering you. I've been going to him for physical therapy for my lower back muscle strain and every session I'm healing progressively better. I've also done dry needling and cupping and it has been helping so much.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is hands down the best. I ruptured my distal bicep tendon on 12/19 and had distal bicep repair on 12/23. Once I was cleared for PT I immediately met with Joe. Within a handful of sessions FULL range of motion was back. 5 weeks post op, I was moving decent wait. I’m way ahead of schedule. His knowledge, ability to explain the why and bedside manner is bar none. Don’t go anywhere else, Dr. Joe only.

Fantastic experience: Id never considered physical therapy and thought lower back pain was something that happens as you get older but the experience at physical therapy with Joe was truly life changing. I’m a regular at the gym and my profession is really taxing on the body, so 3 years ago when I started experiencing lower back pain, I didn’t pay too much attention as it came and went. This year, it didn’t want to go away and I did not want to consider going to a chiropractor to get “realigned”, and did not want to give acupuncture a try in case it didn’t work as I was about to leave the country for an extended period of time. Joe pinpointed the exact spot where the pain originated and explained to me how I got to where I was. I was still in a lot of pain, so he tried a few treatments including stretching, dry needling, cupping and soft tissue massage. Once I was feeling better (it took a session or two), we started working on form. Exercises I’d done for YEARS, and thought I had good form, not so much. I am so grateful I was recommended his services; Joe is truly caring and professional. Now I still visit him even though I’m fully recovered because sometimes I just need a good soft tissue massage or dry needling/cupping every now and again. His prices are very reasonable for the type of service he provides. He’s amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Joe by a few people. 1 pro athlete and 1 everyday person and both of them spoke very highly of Joe and told me he was the man to go to for my injuries. So i gave him a shot and being a pro athlete myself and being around a ton of other PTs in my career, i can say Joe was absolutely incredible and 100% worth my time. He helped me out a ton! With not just one but two injuries i was dealing with. I can say im very satisfied with my experience with Joe and 10/10 recommend him to others seeking physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: In my experience with Joe, I was made to feel very comfortable and confident with the work being done. He is patient which is important to me because I want to just get up, go, and do immediately. He was also very calculating in terms of giving me things that I can do without supervision that would allow me to strengthen not only my body but my mind. Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe Sobucki is among the best in the business. I completely tore my biceps tendon. After my surgery Dr. Joe was my Physical Therapist. I was very nervous when we started unlocking the brace and started opening my arm up and doing light exercises with it. But he made me feel comfortable and confident. Over the course of about 10 weeks I went from being scared to do curls just using bands to doing curls and other exercises with actual weights. Dr. Sobucki is well versed in the newest cutting edge techniques. He also taught me a bunch of stuff I can do at home. A few months after actually tearing my bicep I was back in the gym and getting my repaired but atrophied arm back up to par with the other one. I think if I would have went to an older PT who is stuck in their ways and hasn’t taken the the time to further educate themselves in more modern science and techniques my recovery would not have been nearly as successful. I’m back in the gym full time and it feels great to be fully confident and performing all the lifts I used to enjoy pre bicep tear. And I attribute all of this to Dr. Joe Sobucki. I should also add that I am a barber so using my arm is extremely important to me. It’s what puts food on the table. I have zero pain or lack of mobility when cutting hair day in and day out. Now when I tweak my back in the gym or maybe just slept wrong, I go see Joe and always gets the painful area to feel better. If you need any sort Physical Therapy I highly recommend seeing Dr. Sobucki. He will get you back on your feet and feeling good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is the best physical therapist I have known and worked with. After rolling my ankle in my driveway in March and suffering through the pain and swelling for months, Dr. Joe knew exactly how to treat my ankle sprain. He is professional, timely with communication and always wants to help. He knew exactly how to treat my injury, when other PT’s had failed to do so. I can’t say enough great things about him and his practice. I would recommend every person who needs PT to Dr. Joe.
