Dr. Conrad and Dr. Mike are both so friendly and really do care about your health and well being. The more I go, the better I feel during my every day routine. Fantastic experience: My experience with Total Health and Rehab center has been top class. This is a complete team protocol with everyone working together to sort out your problems. Fantastic experience: After being in the industry, I was able to get a feel for the doctors and the level of services provided. As a result, when my mother started to experience a lot of debilitating foot pain, I brought her to Dr Lina and Dr Minett. Not only did they diagnose her with a heel spur and plantar fasciitis, they were very reasonable regarding their fees. Dr Lina took the time to properly explain to us the problem and the proposed treatment, and has continued to do so along the way. I am happy to report that after just a few weeks of treatment, my mother started noticing a lot less pain and discomfort. We are continuing her treatment as the results are there, and we have been treated like family by Dr Lina and her team. I highly recommend Total Health and Rehab in Boca Raton!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and Dr. Jamie are both very professional, knowledgeable and always friendly. My wife and I have been having weekly adjustments for a few months at this point. We both work long hours, standing for most of them in high-stress environments. After our adjustments, we feel great. Each adjustment is a reset for our nervous systems, minds and bodies. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Total Health for almost a year. Spring of 2022 pain from a fall and was treated and Dr. Lina agreed I needed surgery. Surgery Sept. 2022. Started physical therapy afterward because of extreme pain in other areas. Dr. Lina devised a plan for me that has eliminated 80-85 percent of the pain. Thanks to the one on one care from the staff I am feeling great. The staff consisting of Dr. Mike, Dr. Lina, Richard, Jose, Nicole, Lorena, Sebastien and Claudia have been wonderful and makes you feel special. Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law started coming to Dr. Mike earlier this year and raved about her experience. My husband and I decided to start going to help alleviate the daily physical stress of our job where we have to stand for 12 hours and to address some lingering issues. Fantastic experience: I hurt my lower back a few years ago and started to come to this office because it was convenient to my home and work. They helped rehabilitate my back with different therapies and massages, gave me exercises to help strengthen my core, and adjustments to help maintain my spine. Fantastic experience: This is a very caring facility. The entire team is extremely friendly and personable. Although the facility is somewhat cramped, the service is excellent. I had a chronic low back pain with extreme pain at times. It had been with me for over 4 months. After trying their chiropractic service without marked improvement, I transitioned to the physical therapy department (PT). NOTE: On prior occasions, Dr. Mike's chiropractic treatments helped a lot -- but not this time. Dr. Lina, the head of PT, developed a personalized 6-week plan for me consisting of stretching exercises, mini-squats, hydro-bed and Graston Technique massage therapy. Sebastian handled the Graston massage with magic hands. After the 6-week period, my pain was almost non-existent, and I have a much wider field of motion. Thank you to the Total Health and Rehab team!

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice. My recovery was accelerated dramatically because of the care I received. I was told I wouldn’t be able to play golf for 5 months but they got me back out in 9 weeks from the accident. Dr. Lina is fantastic and really cares and takes a vested hands on interest in patient care. The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are so nice and accommodating. Dr Minett has been very supportive and always helping with his vast orthopedic knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Total Health and Rehab after my husband went for an auto accident. He had surprisingly excellent results. So I had high expectations. Well my expectations were higher than than I could ever had imagined! Within a few months my pain level had decreased to an amazing levelof1-2. My initial contact was with Claudia the scheduler She is pleasant and efficient. They say you ca n tell a lot.about an office by your first encounter . My insurance info was recorded. I believe you can. At my first appointment I was introduced to Dr. Minnet the chief chiropractor. He x-rayed my back and took Complete history of my accident and medical history. He explained the X-ray to me. Next step I met with Dr. Lena Peterson, Chief of Physical Therapy. She evaluated my entire body. She made a comprehensive plan for me. Including heat therapy Electric stim,and exercise treatment. These are not the limits of Total Health and Rehab therapies. She followed my progress carefully and adjusted the plan as needed. The physical therapists that carried out her plan were true professionals. Their. names are Lorrana, Nicole, Richard, and Jose. He has been an integral part of the team! Total Health & Rehab Center is Awesome!!!
Fantastic experience: I am about 4 weeks into an 8 week treatment plan to rehab my ankle that I broke in 3 places. I can’t say enough about Total Health & rehab ! I have made SO much progress! Richard is my therapist and he is beyond amazing ! He pushes me just enough to see progress, but no so much that I am in pain all day … Dr. Lina is the sweetest ever and my biggest cheerleader and Dr Mike is equally as great ! I’ve already referred two of my friends to their office. If you’re in pain & need rehab, this is the place to go!!

I was injured from car accidents year ago. this cost my hurts my neck and my low back pain. my old doctor gave me 11 steroid since last one year, but all the pain still come back when the steroid gone. And I chose to do physical therapy here in Total Health & Rehab for several weeks I felt getting better a lot. I felt part of my body connected felt wonderful how much my body feeling like strong again. Fantastic experience: I went here years ago, back around 2016. I was here 3xs a week for months. The care I was given was wonderful. They are not recklessly adjusting you as soon as you go in. They listen to you and what your body is telling you, and address your needs from there. I had a terrible experience with physical therapy, so i opted to take a friends recommendation as a last ditch effort to find some relief. I couldn't sit at my desk and work without being in constant pain. They gave me my life back, and the things they taught me to do have helped me stay healthy. Despite having an accident a couple years after i finished treatment i have been able to bounce back so much better because of everyone here. I can't say thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Minett for nearly a decade now. I have overcome most of my sports injuries thanks to his expertise. I have been most recently treating for lumbar disc herniations and can already feel a relief thanks to his adjustments/therapy. I also always appreciate how kind and welcoming everybody is in the office. They never seem to be having a bad day. They are very accommodating to my hectic schedule and I greatly appreciate that. Fantastic experience: Total Health and Rehab lives up to its name. The care from the Doctors and the staff have made my back feel as though I never had a problem. The hands on care; the total attention from the staff when I am doing exercises for building strength; and the mindful concentration on my overall health has alleviated so much tension that has permeated throughout my body. From the moment you enter and get your kind welcome, to the time you leave, your entire disposition has improved.
Fantastic experience: I have had many needs for physical therapy and most of the time it’s comfortable and the therapists are well trained, I was leary at first because of the accident and injury sign above the door. I took the chance and decided to visit Total Wellness and Rehab and have never been so impressed with the quality of care I receive, Dr. Lina Peterson is available for any questions the girls may have about the treatment plan, including informing her when something is too easy. Along with great care, there is a bond with the patients that is unmistakable when you see patients come and go. Any treatment that is available to me I will certainly see if I am available to have. I am grateful for the smiles and the help of everyone there. In a time of masks and COVID it helps to see sparkling eyes and hear friendly voices. Thank you all
Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago, I first discovered Total Health and Rehab Center of Boca Raton looking to treat my back pain. To my surprise, I have not only been getting excellent physical treatments that are relieving my back significantly, but also am getting a very kind and friendly treatment starting from the girl at the reception, to Dr. Minett, the sweet Dr. Lina and each therapist. Because of these reasons, I feel spoiled by the professional staff. I am also very comfortable since many of the staff are bilingual (English and Spanish). I highly recommend this therapy center.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Minett and Dr. Lina were both extremely professional and kind in their care. With this being my first injury where I required chiropractic and physical therapy as treatment I had a lot of questions that they were able to answer in a way that made sense. Not only were they both extremely helpful, but the entire staff was. A special thank you to Johanna and Mary for guiding me through the exercises for my treatment and for being so kind to me and making it easy to look forward to coming each visit. The office was also especially clean and organized for everything going on in COVID I can understand this being important to many people. They also know how to work well with PIP if that is your reason for visit but I can assume that they work just as well with other insurances. I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who has recently suffered injury and wants to get better, they are professional and brilliant in the way they asses your needs. Thank you for all you have done in my time here!
