Fantastic experience: I have been going here for the longest time and I have to say I love it. It’s a really nice, clean and welcoming place. Everyone always has a smile on their face and the staff are never in a bad mood, which always rubs off on me. The ladies at the front desk(Paris and Andrea)are very welcoming and friendly, making the experience a lot better. Most of the time, when going to a doctor, it’s quiet and a little nerve wrecking, unlike here where the ladies make it very easy to have a conversation with them. Dr.Fano is really easy to talk to as well and is a super professional, relatable, down to earth, man who enjoys what he does and wants to ultimately help people. Every time I get adjusted, I feel a lot better and I leave with no tension or pain anywhere. Fantastic experience: Dr. Fano is the best! He is very knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer all your questions. I went with pain on my neck and arm due to a hernia on my cervical spine. I can say I am pain free now (no surgery). I go to see Dr. Fano once a month for maintenane. Fantastic experience: I was recently experiencing neuropathy in my lower extremities while sleeping resulting in pulsating burning pain in my ankles. After getting an mri I was told I had 2 lower herniated discs in my lower back.I brought my realists and I started seeing Dr Fano for treatment. After 2 weeks of treatments the burning aggravated symptoms have are all but gone. Has truly improved my quality of life thus far.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fano is hands down the best Chiropractor I’ve been to in the last 20 years. He doesn’t just deal with the symptoms but he clearly articulates the problem and provides a clear explanation for dealing with it. I started going 9 years ago with hip pain, he cleared it up after a few months and have been going back once a month since. He’s also coached me through diet and exercises… he’s taken a wholistic approach and I have experienced the benefits. I have sent him a dozen referrals or more over the years and everyone’s been very happy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience all around. I had major strength and mobility issues related to multiple traumas to my spine over the course of a life lived hard. Between regular adjustments and decompression treatments at the Boca office, and six months of dedicating the time to go, I feel like a new person. Dr. Fano has an unbelievable eye for detail and the ability to find just the point necessary to manipulate for relief. The decompression treatments are a game changer. The office staff are extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely care about your well being. I seldom write reviews but Boca Spine & Wellness Center is worthy of more than words. They have given me back something I thought was going to be lost forever with the possibility of spinal surgery looming. No surgery necessary, and I'm back to being me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr, Fano for about 7 years and the office staff are wonderful and Dr. Fano is amazing. I found him 7 years ago after moving to Florida and having to unpack my home, my back was killing me with pain shooting down my leg. I had a ski trip planned and I needed to feel better. Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have found Dr. Fano. I had my Hip replaced in May, and was told I would be walking normally within 6 weeks. When that didn't happen I went back to my surgeon, only to have him say, "the hip was replaced properly, the pain can't be from the hip, I will see you in a year." I had a trip planned for July and needed to fly through the Atlanta Airport. I went to Dr. Dano a week before I was supposed to fly and was in lots of pain and needed my walker to walk. I had four treatments before I left and was able to fly out, walk without a walker and enjoy a pontoon boat for several days on a lake in VA. I am back now and seeing Dr. Fano twice a week. I feel so much better after each visit and hope to be pain free by the end of the summer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Darren Fona is absolutely amazing. Had the worst sciatica to the point I could not walk for a week. I went to a bunch chiros but they all were not helpful. They told there was no cure and I will live with this pain but they can treat it but the treatment was not helpful at all. Waste of time, money, and gas. Very disappointed. Friend from work recommended me to Boca Spine and Wellness Center. Said a lot of nice things about him and his staff. I have been going to him for 4 months now and with every visit I feel better and better. I still have 2 more months but so far I have little to no pain. I recommend him to anyone seeking relief. I went in to see him for chronic shoulder pain and he was the first chiropractor to get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. He offers many treatments but was not pushy at all... I think it’s because he is so enthusiastic about helping people feel better and he wants to share his knowledge. The most important thing is that I am feeling better than I have in years under his treatment.

Fantastic experience: My husband thinks Dr Fano is a great Chiropractor and really knows his business. He is very caring and is supportive in his recovery of his degenerated discs. Besides adjustments, he uses Laser and Decompression and Icing. What we feel is wrong with office protocole is it says all patients should wear masks but we have found many patients NOT wearing masks to us this is not acceptable . Their should be No one allowed in a place without wearing a mask.
