Fantastic experience: Eric, Lorel and the rest of the team at USA Sports Medicine offer top-tier chiropractic/physical therapy and excellent customer service. I came in with a lingering torn bicep that would not heal for years, and USA Sports Medicine got me back to full strength quickly.

Fantastic experience: I came to USA sports medicine with a frozen shoulder, and could barely move my arm. Within a very brief period of time, Dr. Erik got me to a point where I was pain-free with full range of motion. You can find several modalities, including adjustments, acupuncture, stretching, and strength training to release the scar tissue. Fantastic experience: I have always used exercise to improve my mood and to socialize. Ten years ago, I began having hamstring tendon pain that progressively worsened - with an unknown cause. Orthopedists and physical therapists could not determine the cause of pain. After months of physical therapy, my pain did not improve. I was about to abandon my two favorite activities when I was referred to Dr. Eric Centofanti. He provided a thorough evaluation, and ongoing treatment, and my pain has been absent for months. The chiropractor adjustments have really helped my neck and back. Dr. Centofanti also worked on my hamstring tightness with active release techniques and acupuncture! Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people that don't trust chiropractors so i avoid them like the plague. But I eventually became desperate & went. I don't regret it! It was an exceptional experience and I am feeling myself again.

Fantastic experience: Count me as of the many that got injured from none other than pickleball. Of all the places to get injured, which I wouldn’t wish upon anyone, I had a 50% tear in my left Achilles. So long as it healed properly I luckily wouldn’t need surgery but had to wear a boot and attend physical therapy 3 times a week. I dreaded the idea of physical therapy and thought only more pain and suffering would ensure but with Patrick that surely wasn't the case. Through focusing on building the surrounding muscles to reduce the tension off my Achilles while strengthening it simultaneously, Patrick worked wonders over the short six weeks that I had the pleasure to work with him. By the end of the six weeks the boot thankfully got to come off and I had remarkably little to no lingering pain. Ironically enough as my physical therapy came to an end, a friend of mine who likewise got injured playing pickleball was in need of physical therapy themselves. Without a second of hesitation I recommended them to Patrick. Time and time again friends were getting injured through pickleball and went to go see Patrick. Surely we should have taken our injures as a reason to stop playing pickleball but our injuries became an excuse to see Patrick and marvel upon his work. None of us feel our injuries anymore, Patrick made them as if they never even happened in the first place. I truthfully don’t know how to thank him enough for all that he has done for my friends and I, and I certainly can’t stress enough how much of a wonder he is at his profession.

He is very knowledgeable, has taken the time to explain everything to me and how the different parts connect and come up with a great game plane. Fantastic experience: I had a slipped disc (4-5) and a bulging disc (3-4) as I entered PT with Patrick. My main goal was to get back on the golf course; honestly, I never thought I would ever play again. Patrick asked all the right questions, and we started our PT sessions twice a week. Pat is amazing! I could barely walk upright at the start of my PT sessions but 4 months later, I was able to go on a dream golf vacation to Pinehurst and play three rounds of golf. Two years out, I play golf regularly, and I’m back in the gym lifting weights. I honestly owe the life I’m living now because of Patrick. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Dr. Eric Centofanti! I have been searching for a practitioner such as himself for the past 10 years in South Florida to assist with sports injuries and regular “tune-ups”. He is knowledgeable and will absolutely take the time to assess and properly treat the underlaying issue. The office is impeccably clean and the front desk staff is just as warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Patrick at USA Sports Medicine on multiple occasions. My initial visit was for a foot injury I suffered and feared I had a broken my foot. Fortunately it was only a deep bruise and Patrick was able to treat my injury with only a few sessions.
