Negative experience: They just want your money and have no desire to help you. They have very outdated treatments and terrible rapport with their clients. Your not their patient your their client, dont forget that.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was helpful and although the first visit was long it was worth my time and I left there feeling like this may work for me

Negative experience: If you want to be a patient here, You'll be told your first visit is 1-2 hours ( I was there almost 3 hours) because they take x-rays, go over several pieces of equipment that will benifit you in "their"care plan but isn't covered by insurance. You HAVE TO see an MD in the building who will try and undo your meds from your PCP and let him prescribed you what he feels is best. (ON YOUR VERY FIRST VISIT) The second visit you can count on about 90 min to 2 hours while Dr. King prepares this "care package " no joke, my "care package" was $3200 for a 12 week plan and IF I follow HIS PLAN, he states it SHOULD get you "fixed". If this DC/MD scam wasn't enough, (seriously tho, didnt they shut these down years back?) A family member must be working the front desk the way she speaks and yells at people. The blond-ish gal when you first walk in is ridiculously rude and does NOT belong in customer service. You'll only have 1 foot in the door before she's on her feet asking " Do you want to pay for your visit now" ? ohhh ummmmm hi, hello, how are you?? I've watched her do this both visits with other clients. Very rude and the way she demands the money, she has to be a family member

Negative experience: Came in for a free evaluation the front end people asked me about insurance i said i think i have it through blue crossci asked for help and they quickly said no. I felt that was very rude. I contacted blue cross the following week and they emailed me a copy of my card i sent copy to the mobile phone that one of their reps called me from. They responded back and rescheduled the appointment,. Again the front end was very rude when i explained to them how itexted copy of card and someone called me back they were like no that didn't happen, but i had an appointment then it was like we need to see the physical card. I explained that i didn't have a physical card. The end result was thefy were rude and unhelpful i was already stressed about the situation instead of them having any compassion they just got more rude i yours a single profanity which i normally don't but there demanding a physical card just aggravated the situation more. The profanity was not directed at anyone only frustration. But of course they had to start with don't use that language. I tried to say that u was just frustrated but they were already in attack mode. I left without being so nice. I was there 2 times and met with the same rudeness from the front. It's not the Dr's fault only the ride people in the front.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond happy with Dr King, Brian Webster, PA and the entire staff. I came in after getting a referral from my insurance company. I was in pain with sciatica and neuropathy on my right side. Spoke to Brian Webster and with his knowledge, he assisted me with diminishing the pain. I was given a Care Plan by Dr King and I am following it to a tee, and it is working. The office staff Dr King employs is top notch. Keep up the great work and Thank You to everyone for giving me my life back.

I was skeptical about any chiropractor to be honest, but they helped me. Everything was wonderful from the time I walked in until the time I left. OG PA Brian was awesome too. Knew I was in good hands when I met Dr King and then he took me to Brian. 10/10 and the place is a clean as a whistle.

You get the whole package here--X-rays, an exam from Bryan the PA, to Therapy work with Victor and finally adjusted by Dr. King. If you don't like doctors, have no fear because Dr. King has a way of setting your mind at ease by explaining your injury and how to care for your injury in a way that makes sense. Dr. King is extremely thoughtful, thorough in his care and very knowledgeable in every aspect of your body. If you don't come to Premier Wellness first, make sure you come to them for a SECOND OPINION, BEFORE you do anything else. You will not regret it! Dr. King and his amazing staff have changed my life at least twice now, and I will never consider going anywhere else. I cannot thank Premier Wellness enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is 100% professional, they have helped me in multiple ways before I had knee surgery Dr.King was instrumental in helping me keep pain free as possible until I could get the surgery, the. After I was having multiple problems due to surgery (not a tones fault but my own continuously working when I shouldn’t have), they suggested I get and take this intensive flavonoid physique strength and it was a Hod send I recommend it to anyone fighting inflames if the legs!!!
