Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months. READ MORE

Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician. READ MORE

Fantastic experience: My grandpa was here for almost 3 months. He was at another care center (I took my grandpa out there the first day. Boynton Beach Rehab does amazing care and keep the place clean. I would not want lhim qywhr3e 3lowse, to thank therapy who worked with him and got him up and walking. Some of the staff I would like to thank that do a outstanding jo. to the job are doing

Fantastic experience: The importance of a friendly face and a kind person when you first walk into a nursing facility is a big deal to me. And that is what I received from Heidi at the front desk, the DON Charron, and the Administrator! As a bonus, the facility is well kept and smelled amazing (reminded me of the smell of an upscale Marriott property). Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: My husband was here for rehabilitation following extensive surgery. The care that he received was EXCELLENT in every way. Staff are proficient, friendly and caring. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for anyone needing rehabilitative treatment.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is second to none!!!! An Absolutely fantastic Rehab Center. They truly care about their patients. Maria, Heidi, Dominque, Maureen, to name a few of the excellent staff, let alone their aides / nurses. This is a Rehab Center I feel comfortable referring patients to. The staff work endlessly for their patients and it shows! Thanks for all you do here. Nothing goes unnoticed. 10/10 always!
