Lightsey Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Very pleased. Her functional Physical therapy I found much more helpful than the previous generic physical therapy I have had several times at other place. Very pleasant office and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I am conservative, using only part of the sessions my insurance covers and plan to go back later in the year....23 Feb...The balancing of my body that I experienced during my sessions, I believe, helped me keep from having sciatica pain and even though I have been negligent on continuing most of the exercises she laid out for me, I still am enjoying relief. For anyone having lower back, sciatica, or hunchback, I highly recommend her therapy to delay any surgeries. I don't think any Chiropractor treatment or regular physical therapy is near as helpful.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about the care I received from Dr. Lightsey! She is wonderful to work with, and was able to help me find complete relief from a shoulder problem that had been plaguing me for two years. I had seen several doctors and another physical therapist for the problem before, but never found relief until I saw Dr. Lightsey. She is extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional, and her studio is clean, private, and very comfortable. Her dedication to giving her clients the best possible care shows in every way. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Amanda Lightsey is awesome! She is a great listener, efficient and thorough. What I love so much about my sessions with her is that I was not only doing the proper sequence of moves and exercises to regain my mobility, I was being educated in order to engage in a healthy life style. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Amanda has been very successful in relieving my shoulder and back problems. She takes the time to explain how certain exercises are specific to my painful areas, which encourages me to stay with them. She is very personable and a joy to work with. I've never known a therapist to be as knowledgeable, thoughtful and effective as Amanda.

Fantastic experience: Amanda is extremely knowledgable, capable and effective. Her exercises really helped my back and shoulder pain-- but more than that, she taught me proper posture, that will help keep me in shape for years to come. She manages somehow to make the exercises fun; she is very motivational, and her encouragement goes a long way toward producing great results. I've been out of town for months, and have slacked off a bit on my exercises, so I plan to get back in touch with her for a booster when I return!
