Fantastic experience: If my PT (Maddie) hadn’t given me the name of a second spinal surgeon I would have never known I had cervical radiculopathy/myelopathy. The doctor told me I really needed to thank my therapist because it wasn’t good. Next step surgery thank God she suggested Dr Donnally ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I came to this center based on TMJ pain. While I was here, I was being heard when describing my pain. The team here was absolutely incredible with providing ways to lessen the pain by giving me strength training and stretching exercises. By the end of my time here, my pain has been reduced, and I am confident that I can proceed the exercises at home. Thank you!!

Positive experience: People are very nice. Did show improvement, but they often do not listen to your concerns. Often left in pain for days after session. Most of the time interns are working with you or they are busy typing in their computers and not watching to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with the therapy group at Cresults PHYSIOTHERAPY. If there was a rating higher than a five, I would give them the highest they were courteous very professional and most helpful throughout my recovery. I would recommend all my friends and anyone else to go there for Physical Theropy. I’m going to have a second knee replacement surgery that will be the place of my choice to go to.

Fantastic experience: All the therapists are awesome. I chose Results after a prior experience here, making the choice of Results over my dr office recommends. I love them! Maddie is, hands down, the best PT I have ever worked with & I have had a good number of surgeries requiring PT. She listens, she is effective and was the lead part of a team that had me moving comfortably quickly. I anticipate a knee or hip surgery down the road and Maddie & the team at Results will be my go to! Wish there were more stars on the table!

I used to be in pain every day when I saw a different doctor who said PT should help me with the issue and sure enough have been going to Maddie for a couple of months and I have not had pain since and I’m also finally not taking any pain meds after years,so take this a your sign to book an appt with her. The facility is great and the staff is very helpful and professional,cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I came here for sciatic nerve pain and all the staff were great in helping me with my issues. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend anyone to come here for their physical therapy needs! Maddie was my main therapist and she was very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: To be honest, having never broken a bone in my life, I was a bit frightened to be “sentenced” to Physical Therapy. That said, I found the experience to be not scary! The environment was inviting and relaxing. Madison Hotelling was friendly, professional and caring. She and Marilee never pushed too hard, and truly listened to me. I’m going to miss going there. Between the PTs and the regular patients, we had a little community going!

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from mid-back pain and after a visit with my doctor, x-rays, a bone and joint specialist consultation, a prescription for THREE muscle relaxants, and a MRI, I went to Results Physiotherapy. Within two months of regular PT visits and at-home, twice-daily stretches, I was released with my PTs saying that I’m now “in a good place” and I’m virtually pain-free! I was given the knowledge I need to help my back feel better when flair-ups occur WITHOUT the need of taking muscle relaxants. It’s just what I was hoping to achieve from my healing journey, and I’m forever grateful to the wonderful PTs at Results Physiotherapy! I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this group for all of your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Results Physiotherapy. The friendly atmosphere, great therapists, and clean environment made for a comfortable and rewarding time. The therapists know their stuff! My pain went from 7 to 3 within a couple of weeks, and was almost gone by the time my sessions ended after 6 weeks. Would certainly go there again, should the need arise. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: When I first went to Results my left arm was filled with pain and had limited strength. I could tell I was in the right place due to the concern and care I received on every visit and my pain started to go away. I am not totally, but I have regained considerable use of my arm and I am completely thankful to the therapist and staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had physical therapy many times and in many places, but Results is the best ever. It’s the best because the therapists are the best. I worked with Mattie and Conrad, but mostly Conrad. He worked so hard for me. He was always encouraging, and he really listened to me explain what I wanted to get out of therapy. He challenged me to do my best and then some. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will definitely go back to Results. Lois

Negative experience: I was referred to this business by my doctor as the locations are close together. When I arrived, the billing specialist ran my insurance and told me that there was a $1350 deductible which means that I would have to pay for sessions until that amount is reached, and that it would be $100 for the session. I agreed to the $100 and was in and out in less than an hour. About 6 weeks later, I received an invoice for an additional $44 and when I called about it, they said that the $100 was an estimate which does not make sense as I was in and out in less than an hour. I paid upon completion and not before I started so why is the estimate 43% over the amount and why was it not discussed or collected before I left? This is the type of shady practice that gives healthcare a bad name. I also plan on speaking with my healthcare practitioner who made the referral and sharing my experience. This is bad business.

Fantastic experience: I must say we’ve done PT in other places but this one takes the cake! Maddie and Austin are mindful and really “listen” to what you say and adjust accordingly. Isnt that what you want? Yes! Also Lauren and Mikayla always make us feel welcome and work with our schedules. Love Love Love this place! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is Shilpa Walvekar ..I had an ankle surgery and started my Physical therapy at Results Physiotherapy, Carrollton in November 2022. They helped me to get back on my feet Their team is so sincere and co-operative Laura is experienced and very loyal to her job..helped me get through my rough time gracefully. Mikayla is always welcoming and prompt to accommodate you at convenient session times. Had helpful and encouraging couple of therapy sessions with Austin. Sometimes Kella and Marie have filled in for the absence of regular team members at the clinic so perfectly which pushed me to stay on my routine exercise schedule. Overall a great 5 months' fruitful experience at Results Physiotherapy Carrollton..highly recommend to all who seek this treatment..

Fantastic experience: I was having really bad lower back pain and my Dr. told me physical therapy would be the best option for me. I went from November to February and it has been wonderful. Austin was always encouraging and even though I was truly working out and exercising each session it never felt like it. Mikayla was also so sweet to talk to and was always encouraging as well. She did everything she could to make the business side less stressful. My back is stronger again and the pain is gone and I have lots of things I can continue to do at home to keep it that way and I hope I never have to go back but if I ever do I want to see them again. They were truly a pleasure to be around and genuinely wanted you to get better and help you get back to your normal self. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My therapist was fun to work with and listened! He was responsive to my specific needs and stopped if the exercise was painful to me. He used a variety of exercises and machines to create a very effective workout for my individual needs.

From the musical playlist to the friendly encouragement made each visit easier to take on. Hopefully I never need PT again, but if I do, this is where I’m going!

Fantastic experience: Stating Laura Yeats and her staff are excellent would be a huge understatement. Rotator Cuff surgery is not a pleasant experience but the rehab with Results PT made it far better than I could ever have anticipated. Back in the gym doing 80-90% of pre-surgery lifting and cardio, couldn't be more pleased!

Fantastic experience: Following my recovery from a foot infection, my Dr. prescribed physical therapy to help me regain strength and mobility in my hips and legs. I was non-weight bearing for nearly 2 months as my wound healed and definitely needed some help getting back on my feet. I worked mainly with Laura and Kelsey and was pleased and impressed with the care they provided. They developed a program for me that quickly got me walking again with intent and good form, then moved on to strengthening my lower back and legs. I finished my therapy today and am much stronger and confident in walking. I appreciated their low-key approach and encouragement while they worked with me. The facility is spacious, well stocked with exercise and weight equipment, it's clean and, for me, located close to my home. I'm grateful for their help in getting back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I experienced a lower back injury that made it difficult to lift heavy objects or hold lighter objects for short periods of time. Laura and team developed a successful plan and got me back to lifting comfortably. Laura truly cares for all her patients and I would highly recommend Results Physiotherapy to anyone seeking PT.

Fantastic experience: For years I have lived with back and neck pain related to herniated discs in my lumbar and cervical regions, and a misaligned knee joint. As a result, I was advised that the pain could be manageable with daily pain medication and periodic steroid injections. Prior to this I had tried Physical Therapy (PT) as well, but to no avail. Finally my pain physician recommended I give PT another try, in order to try to achieve a more long-term pain reduction result, and late in 2021 was given script for a new PT office (Results Physiotherapy) located in the hospital building for intensive treatment. I was one of the first clients of the the PT's director- Laura - who I found to be outstanding in several key disciplines; (1) one on one treatment based on a tailored plan developed with my input, (2) an attentive, courteous, sympathetic and empathetic approach to my therapy, and a regimen of exercises meant to achieve consistent pain reduction, combined with renewed strength and mobility, (3) besides neck and back pain, at home I turned my ankle and added torn/strained ligaments and tendons to my treatment plan. (4) after biweekly treatments, focused training, and targeted exercises, I am happy to say that all my hard work has paid off. I am happy, healthy, and optimistic that I have received the BEST treatment and consideration possible for long-term physical rehabilitation. (5) During my treatment, Laura has added many new clients, and custom trained new therapists, all of which seem to demonstrate and appreciate the level of interest and consideration given freely at this PT location. I am very pleased with Laura and others at Results Physiotherapy!

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience doing PT, but I am glad I went here. They have been a huge help in my recovery so far.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect. My back was really spasming when I first went in. I was a little afraid that movement would make it worse. However, Laura was very attuned to that. We started with small movements and as the spasms diminished and normal movement returned, I was back to better than before pretty fast. The weekend before my last session, I was able to do 5 1/2 hours of yard work that included digging and using a roto-tiller. My legs and glutes were sore the day following, but not my back. Tired? Yes. Sore and spasming? Not at all. Cannot say enough great things about the folks at the Carrollton office. They made me better and stronger AND they were a pleasure to see on each visit. I will miss them a lot.
