Negative experience: Absolute worst service after trying to come in for a walk in. Phone reps/automated messages give conflicting information. Absolutely avoid this business

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 5 months of PT after having shoulder surgery and overall it was a very good experience. Anal Shah was fantastic. Even though PT was hard at the beginning, she would always encourage me and tell me that I was doing good and it would get better which is the case now.The entire staff at the facility were friendly and caring. They always greeted with me with a happy smile. Thank you all for making it a positive experience!

Negative experience: I have been calling for two days now only to get leave a message recordings.They did call me around 5PM and of course when I called I got the recording again I have just called again left a message to cancel the appointment,my insurance covers other physical therapy providers.

Negative experience: Referred to prime Diagnostic for MRI. Spent most of the afternoon preparing and in waiting room. They can not image Defibulator patients. Tried to call Orth and placed on lengthy hold.

Fantastic experience: I've had two sessions so far since my surgery March 6th. The facility is clean and everyone from the front desk to all the therapist were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone that needs and or looking for a place please consider them and give them a try. You won't be disappointed. My therapist was and is outstanding.

It has been an exceptionally positive experience thus far with consistently good communications, and discussions which have enabled me to control the pain while striving for improved flexibility. In the first week Exceeded eight weeks of mobility following the first operation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a relationship with Orthoptics and Associates for years now. I’ve had a neck fusion, back fusion and both times my recovery was painful! None the less, on the other side of the pain, it has been worth every minute of the discomfort and unpleasantness. Dr James Guess did absolutely flawless work! He and his team have been fantastic! Dr Guess took the time to listen, the more information I gave him ,the more he was able to help me. Dr Guess took the time to come and make sure I was taken care of, was working well with my physical therapist and he helped be get back on the road to recovery fast! Now facing knee surgery, I am seeing Dr Fuller. Dr Fuller is an associate of Dr Guess and they are share office space. So I don’t have to go searching for a doctor that can work on my knee, there is one there in the same office. After meeting Dr Fuller, him looking at my xrays it was plain to see I needed knee replacement. Dr Fuller sent me across the hall to the Physical Therapy department to help me strengthen my mussels and get them ready for surgery! Before the surgery he is getting my body stronger so my road to recovery might be shorter and I may come out much better than I am. “Mussel has memory” my therapist explained and if we train the mussel before surgery the better chance of a faster recovery. I was given the honest truth. Recovery is going to be part painful however , Dr Fuller and the physical therapy department at Orthopedic and associates promised they would be there to help me through it. Min, my therapist, has not promised me that road to recovery is going to be an easy one. He has however been honest with me and explained whats going to happen, what has to happen, and how painful it’s going to be. Min, had me doing things that not only help my knee get stronger but it affected my back and aided in helping my back get stronger as well. Min is the water therapist Dr. Fuller after seeing my X-rays was as honest as Dr Guess was. My knees are bone to bone and needed replacement. Min my physical therapist, have promise to help me every painful step until recovery is compleat. Orthopedics and Associates and the Physical Therapy department , has never promised a rose garden with out thorns. So, to have someone HONEST and has a history with me which has proven to be true, I’m going with the honest one. Min with Orthopedic and Associates.Physical therapy is convenient has the pool to aid in helping me get the mussel stronger and knowing that’s Min’s special talent is water therapy is a big relief.

Therapist Kristin Keesey explain in detail how is going to be your work plan what you can do and can't in meanwhile you heal and start again to move your arm, very conpacionate very happy with the services.

Fantastic experience: Deanna was excellent. She listened, explained, encouraged, and complimented my cares, concerns, and efforts. The facility was spacious and clean. The worst part overall is the single restroom for the doctors waiting and rehab waiting areas. Just go before you you go.

Positive experience: First experience was very good. Nice facility, nice staff and good instruction. It’s early in my recovery process, so there is limited PT I can do at this point. What I appreciated most, is that they didn’t try to encourage me to come back, just to go through the motions without an exit strategy. They seemed focused on my care, not just billing me and my insurance, like I’ve experienced at other clinics. If they continue to treat me like this, my rating will go up to 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Did my rotator cuff (shoulder) PT with Brian S and Shelly. They were both awesome, encouraging, effective and efficient. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done and they were instrumental in the whole process and helped me achieve my goal of getting back to "normal" right on my expected schedule. I hope I never have to do something like this again, but if I do, I hope to find these physical therapists available to help me.

She was amazing in helping me get back to normal and was a wealth of knowledge. She encouraged me the whole way through and helped manage my expectations which was so important for me. The technician assigned to me was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and the pain I was in. She encouraged me in getting started on my way to healing and provided clear understanding of my situation and how to begin the process of recovery. I've had two visits so far and I'm showing great advancement already toward complete recovery after 3 months of chronic pain.

Now, admittedly, I did have surgery by one of Orthotexas fine surgeons AND did pre-surgery physical therapy at Orthotexas as well. Their facilities are very nice, the therapists are super good and good listeners, too! And believe me you'll do well if you do your part.
