They go over and above to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly and I am as comfortable as possible while making progress. They focus on form and repetitions. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door til I completed my physical therapy I felt everyone was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Very clean and comfortable environment. Tina was a sweet heart on the phone and helped me find a schedule that worked for me. Besides Zach’s great hair he was very informative and helped get back on track and out of pain.

Fantastic experience: I have had 10 different surgeries in my past that required physical therapy with this time being the 11th round of therapy The Thearpy and Therapist here are the best of all that I have experienced. Andrea is excellent!! She is extremely knowledgeable in providing the treatment needed and does this while providing top notch customer service.

Fantastic experience: I just had my second hip replacement. Unfortunately, last year I didn’t know about ATHLETICO so I went to where my surgeon recommended. It was a disaster. Their lack of training and caring makes you want to run out. This time I wanted to find a therapy place near home and my insurance found Athetico for me. Matthew is my assigned therapist. He listens to you and explains the why of each exercise and helps you through it, making sure you learn how to do it properly. Most of the time, he is right there with you through every set. Yesterday he had another patient, so under his guidance, Matt helped me complete some of the sets. Very nice and skilled therapist. The whole team is wonderful, very skilled, hand-on and yes, very patient. I arrive every time, not really wanting to be there but after a few minutes, I am happy to be there because I know Matthew and his teammates will help me regain my mobility and go back to my normal activities. I’m grateful I found this place and I congratulate the owner for recognizing true talent and professionalism, and hiring nothing but the best. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Athletico Carrollton has been instrumental with my rehabilitation following ACL surgery. The facility is equipped with all the tools, machines, and other equipment needed to rebuild stability and function in my knee, and the staff keep the rehab process motivating, interesting, and educational too. Huge thanks to my therapist Andrea for working with me and my surgeon to keep me on the road to recovery. Thanks to the other therapists, Jill and Matthew, for all their help as well, and thanks to Matt and Kelly for their tips and guidance during the various exercises. Also, thanks to Tina for dealing with paperwork, insurance, scheduling, etc. I recommend this location for anyone in need of physical therapy!

She took her time and answered any questions that I had. She provided exercises that were clear and concise and easy to understand especially with the paper handouts. Fantastic experience: At first my foot injury left lots of pain but when I started rehab with Matthew it became way better. Like world's apart better, Matthew is an amazing Physical Therapist. I'm very glad I got to do my rehab with Athletico. Not to mention all of the rehabilitation aids are all amazing at what they do.

Fantastic experience: The whole team here is 5 stars. I had a tough two year injury where I wasn’t sure I could compete at sports without being concerned about it again. These last few weeks I’ve been playing soccer, running, and lifting with no issues!! Sports and movement are a big part of my life and having this back is a huge encouragement to me. Specifically, Matthew helped me get back up to speed with an amazing program. He even went above and beyond by working with a specialist when the nature of the injury changed. The whole team was super helpful as well. Jill helped me with specific aspects of recovery and Linda helped me navigate a couple insurance issues I had. Hopefully I won’t deal with another injury, but if I do I will def be back at Athletico!

Fantastic experience: The team at the Athletico in Carrollton are outstanding. From the moment you come for your first consult, it is apparent they put the patient first. There is appreciation for the challenges that their patients experience, and that is recognized by the empathy and by the acknowledgement of simple things like remembering your name. My therapy program was explained to be, appropriate expectations were set, and progress checked along the way. Unlike a chiropractor, when I got to a place where I was able to self sustain, I was encouraged to maintain my therapy at home rather than milk the patient far beyond what is necessary. This is a world-class staff. She said they can’t take me in but referred me to the Dallas location to see the therapist who specializes in women health. Though I didn’t see the therapist here, I felt Tina, the front desk lady went above and beyond to help me get the appointment at other location and she’s so helpful, resourceful and nice. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment from Andrea for my knee. She was very good at teaching the exercises and making sure I was pushing myself, but not to the point of pain. I was going 2 times a week and I was able to completely recover in about a month and a half. Andrea helped me out by sending me exercises to do at home, which helped speed up the recovery process. -Ashley K

Fantastic experience: I have read most of Jill’s glowing reviews, and they are well deserved. My case is entirely different because I have Multiple Sclerosis. Jill had requested the case notes from my MS neurologist, and before I walked in the door she knew all about my struggles. I am so impressed with her knowledge of MS. Jill knew that my bad balance could not be cured, so she gave me exercises I could use to strengthen my my legs and core, and work on my balance. I am also impressed with Jill’s ability to watch everyone having therapy and if needed, make a comment to the therapist or patient. Amazingly Jill saw me walking outside and into the front door, and knew what my day was like. She then structured my therapy for that day. Jill was always reminding me to use my cane. She also made sure that the therapist working with me had the belt around my waist to hold and prevent me from falling. I will recommend Jill and Athletico. I felt understood, and it was the best therapy I could have asked for!

Fantastic experience: Jill has been awesome! Tore my ACL playing ultimate frisbee and she’s helped me get ready to return to compete at worlds at just under 7 months. I had ACL surgery and completed the initial physical therapy with another facility but still didn't feel confident in my new ACL to move forward with my everyday activities. I worked with Jill for six weeks and she gave me a plan to continue the therapy at home and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Jill over and over again without a doubt!

Ricki helped me identify what was causing my pain, what risk factors led up to my injury, and then structured a comprehensive plan for my recovery. She was understanding, informative and patient throughout the whole process. I got the sense that the staff at Athletico truly care about the health and recovery of everyone that walks through the door.

Fantastic experience: I had full knee replacement surgery mid-January 2022 and "graduated" from Athletico physical therapy mid-April due to the truly exceptional work by Jill & the Athletico team in Carrollton. The plan was on point - flexibility then strength. We also worked on endurance, stairs and getting off the floor with the new knee. I would highly recommend this team and this facility (clean, sanitized, new equipment) to anyone in the greater Carrollton area for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Jill is an amazing physical therapist! I am an orthopedic nurse and Jill is extremely knowledgeable and personable and well prepared. She is always aware of everyone’s name as soon as you enter the door- even with masks on. Her therapy sessions are very informative and she is always smiling. I can not recommend Jill and her staff enough. She always gets me in and works around my busy schedule. Her and the team are excellent!
