Fantastic experience: Very welcoming place, I had a 7am appointment and the receptionist had a smile & was very up beat and polite. My PT is Nisha and she is the best.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing. They listen to you with open ears and make sure you feel understood. The therapists have great knowledge and have helped me carefully cure my shoulder. They’ve helped me have perfect form to help at the gym and not cause further injuries. I truly do recommend this place to anyone considering PT or who’s nervous about PT.

Fantastic experience: I had several sessions of physical therapy here in the past. I made great progress during that time with increased strength, mobility, balance, and overcoming chronic fatigue, all after effects of long COVID and pneumonia. Now, many of these issues have returned and I'm going back to this location for more sessions. I'm going back, what does that say to you!? They are knowledgeable and effective at what they do!

Nisha is very caring and knowledgeable about pain each individual patient has. She gave me detailed instructions with pictures so I can continue keeping myself pain-free at home. Fantastic experience: Physical therapy has been an excellent experience at BSW Outpatient Therapy. Michael is a highly trained and skilled therapist. He is an expert in rehabilitation for all parts of the body and carefully listens to his patients. The facility is very convenient to access and the staff is very professional. Fantastic experience: I've worked with Michael for eight weeks following hip replacement surgery. I'm making a lot of progress because Michael has offered me a variety of activities to target multiple problems. He's been patient and considerate with me, all while urging me tio go a little farther, try to work a little harder. I trust him. Michael's a consummate professional. I would recommend him without reservation. Shout out, too, to Emma who's assisting Michael while she earns her PT degree in the spring. Kudos. Beth Gunderson

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Michael George has been my usual therapist and I have made great strides towards recovery with his help.

Negative experience: This facility charged me $466 out of pocket for a one hour physical therapy session. That’s after they billed my insurance $200. So the total bill was $666. Purely unethical and evil. This place is considered a hospital outpatient facility and they will charge you like you were admitted to the hospital. I had no problem with the physical therapist, she was excellent. It’s the way this facility is run like a business I am still upset about 6 months later. Yes, they told me it could cost up to $600 out of pocket for the ONE HOUR session on the intake forms. I asked them why it costs so much and the extremely rude exasperated front desk staff said, “oh it’s your insurance.” They did not allow me to pay the cash price because they said it’s insurance fraud if I don’t use my insurance. I paid a minimum price and they mailed me the bill later. They even sent me to collections for this outrageous bill. Their corporate billing department was shocked I was charged this much and they also asked why I didn’t try paying cash instead. After many phone calls, this place decided that I still had to pay. A one hour session here cost more than the time I went to the hospital ER for an actual injury. I found another facility that charged me 1/4 of the price per session, so this place definitely overcharges the patients they are supposed to be helping.

Fantastic experience: I have been limping on the left side for over 9 years. Thanks to the work done at BS&W Rehab I have stopped limping. The swelling on the left ankle has gone down and less pain now. It's wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Edgar Ludgar, PT and BSWIR - Carrollton Frankford are without a doubt stellar! Edgar listened to my history and elicited my feedback so that adjustments to my treatment plan could be made as needed to ensure the best possible outcome. Edgar was my therapist 3 years ago when I had my last flare-up. I was so impressed with him that I specifically requested him this time. I've told family and friends to ask for him for their needs as well.

Negative experience: An appointment I made last week was cancelled day of because the physical therapist didn't want to deal with the prospects of me vomiting. Plus, the appointment reminder I got was a forward of another patient's email with the forms I needed. I still haven't heard back from the representative but now I'm thinking twice from how unprofessional my experience has been so far.

I had my right hip replaced in August after a year of pain to the point I walked with the assistance of a walker. They have absolutely worked me over to date but at the end of my therapy, I will be in a better place that was long before my surgery.

Fantastic experience: I just completed two months of Physical Therapy at Baylor Scott & White Physical Therapy 1933 E Frankford Rd, Carrollton location upon recommendation from my Physician for a severe leg cramps pain and related back pain issues. The professional Therapists Carol, Edgar and Jo-van evaluated my issues and followed up in treating my condition in every one of the 15 sessions and I am very happy to report that I am feeling relieved from the pain that I went in for and would sincerely like to thank the PT staff for their efforts in accomplishing this. The rest of the office staff was also very helpful in scheduling appointments and related follow up. Baylor Carollton at Frankford is an excellent facility for out patient therapy and rehabilitation and I would highly recommend it. Keep up the good work F. Merchant

Fantastic experience: Rule# 1 I hate PT! However I must admit that this place has done wonders for me and my body!! The staff is great and very understanding and willing to bend to help YOU get better. I am now able to do things I have not done in years.

Fantastic experience: The staff here has been AMAZING in helping improve my Mom's very limited mobility. Despite the fact that she really just wants to sit in here chair & watch TV, Carol, Edgar & Deeanne have done an incredible job of motivating and "pushing" her to better her safety, balance and mobility. They work her hard -- as they should -- and do it so seamlessly that Mom does what they ask of her. In just a few short weeks (2 times per week), her risk of falling has been improved to "moderate", her stamina has increased, and her mobility has been much improved. So thankful that we were referred here!

Fantastic experience: I like all therapists because they help me to move better and each one of them have something different to add to the mix. This makes the hour feel like 20 minutes and I have new excersises to add to my workouts on days I’m not at therapy. I’m glad I pick Baylor, Scott, White therapy.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here since February. Cold call off the internet. It was a great choice, as it turns out. My therapist, Carol, is great. I tease her about turning her in to the UN for torturing me, but the truth is she is gentle and very caring, also highly skilled. I see major improvement since starting therapy here. My progress is slow, mostly due to my own laziness, but steadily improving. The other therapists I've seen there are also skilled and caring. If you need physical therapy, this is a good place with dedicated people who know how to help. Check em out!
