Fantastic experience: This place is most definitely worth a 5 star review without a doubt. Would give higher if allowed. Christine at the front desk is always smiling and is very friendly. Brandon Galloway is the P.T that has changed my life! He truly cares about helping people get better. He listens to you carefully and is extremely knowledgeable. If you are in pain don't hesitate to go here.

Fantastic experience: Matt and the staff are great! Admin is a breeze - not the usual paperwork rodeo. Matt is excellent - easy touch but diligent in observing and tailoring exercises with very good progression. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to many physical therapy locations over the years for knee issues and had different physical therapists work on me. I can honestly say I have never had anyone like Matt. He provides the one on one training I never received before making sure you are doing the exercises correctly to gain the maximum benefit. He listens to you and has great compassion for his patients. The facility is small but welcoming and Christina at the front desk greets you with a warm hello when you come in. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Matthew Mastenbrook is an amazing PT. I have been seeing him for a complex ankle injury for almost six months. He has been with me through two surgeries. He knows exactly where he can push me and where he needs to back up. He rejoices with me when I see improvements. He also knows when to call the doctor because something is not right. His skill and knowledge is unmatched.

Fantastic experience: I have had such an excellent experience at this clinic. Christine has been very thourough, thoughtful, and a very pleasant person. I truly think she sets the mood for the whole appointment. When I get into the Therapy area, you're met by Michael who can be tough but it's for your own good. I had a knee procedure and I know I got back to my original bend in my right knee because of him. He challenges you and does what he can to help you and not hurt you like some other physical therapist I have worked with. I am truly happy with this rehabilitation therapy center! Fantastic experience: I have rec'd exceptional 1-on-1 therapy with Michael Teague. He is a great therapist; he clearly loves what he does . . . And it shows! My reason for going was to strengthen my knees in an effort to avoid replacement. So far so good! I kind of have a love/hate relationship with him. One minute I hate him (he's pushing me) and the next I love him . . . I realize it's WORKING! I am now able to stand up from a chair without "pushing off" and my legs are starting to feel stronger. Michael pushes me just enough, never too far. I trust him completely. The facility is great: lots of windows, nice and bright, cheerful. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and so patient in answering questions, explaining what the various exercises aim to accomplish. I recommend Baylor Rehab and Michael Teague without reservation.

Fantastic experience: I had outstanding care provided by Michael! He made significant improvement of chronic neck pain and hip. Although there was not much he could do with my back that was not his fault and requires more assistance from my orthopedic specialist. Of equal importance was that he recommended ending our sessions as there was not more that could be achieved. Class act!

Fantastic experience: BSW has a great group working at the Carrollton(Blu Sky) location. Nicholas does a great job as the PT and makes the time fly by.

Fantastic experience: If you live in Coppell, Carrollton or Lewisville (or really anywhere in DFW), you would be wise to get your PT done here. Nico and staff are fantastic, and you get a very personalized therapy plan with Nico. Some places tend to just make you do exercises and not really seem to care, but Nico is constantly checking form, adjusting your effort levels and making sure you come out of therapy better than when you went in. I've done PT for various injuries over the past 15 years and this has been one of the best experiences yet. I look forward to coming each time!
