He understood the issues immediately and treated them efficiently and from the first session the relief was immediate. Positive experience: I am at the beginning of my treatment with Dr Cain and Maya. My pain history is about 20years old. Tried everything out there like Chiropractic care, Nucca, Cupping , Accupressure, Yoga, Pilates, Stem cell Treatment etc. All the above was temporary fix . Pain always returned. With Airrosti and just in 4 treatment I am feeling as if my limitations of movement is almost gone. Not giving 5 stars at this time because it is still very new. The only discipline needed is to follow the given instructions. It really helps . I recommend to everyone to give this a try either the pain is Chronic, Injury related or life style related pain . Fantastic experience: UPDATE: 6/17/24 I went in for another treatment as I feel I have a long way to go but I am truly grateful that Airrosti: Dr. Cain, as well as, Maya can be there to help, again. They have taught me a lot of different tools to help when things start to hurt, especially by doing rehab including substitution if you not able to do the workouts. My symptoms and pain has gotten much better and I can finally breathe again and feel parts of my body that I haven't been able to due to numbness and tightness. Thank you guys! I will be forever grateful! I usually don't leave reviews but I've been in chronic pain for 5 years and got to a point I couldn't move causing neurological issues, pulling tension when doing basic movements and after so many doctors visits, neurological diagnostics and even a chiropractor, nothing worked and every test came back normal and couldn't find a problem and my current pcp wanted to institutionalize me until I got a second opinion and heard my problems out and they referred to me to Airrosti. I had reservations but Dr. Cain was very attentive and listened to my issues and explained every step of the process. I just received my 4th treatment but see and feel a huge difference and something I appreciate is that they incorporate rehab to restrengthen your body at your own pace. Fantastic experience: I have had plantar fasciitis in my foot, ongoing hip pain following hip replacement surgery and now neck pain. Dr. Benton Cain has truly been a miracle worker! Fantastic experience: I wish I could leave a 10 star review. Airrositi is a hidden gem in Carrollton! Came in with severe back pain and felt relief within the first visit! Dr. Cain and Josh are the best. The treatments are very effective and the rehab is straight forward so it's easy to maintain in your daily routine at home. I highly recommend Airrositi as it was life changing for me.

Fantastic experience: Going to Airrosti was an absolute game changer for me. I strained my left SI Joint, and started going to physical therapy, but after three months, I wasn't having much progress. Some friends suggested that I check out Airrosti, and Dr. Cain was able to get to the root of the issue immediately (really, really tight hip flexors). I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get some relief and get moving again. I had about seven (7) total appointments which is outside of the average that they say each patient at Airrosti usually needs (3-4, I believe), but in all fairness, I reinjured myself in the process, so it took a little longer. Initially, after my second session, I was feeling a lot of relief. If you have yet to try Airrosti, or are at all skeptical, I highly recommend. Two things to consider - (1) Price - I have been told that Airrosti can be pricey ($250+ per session), but when I went, I had already met my insurance deductible so each appointment was free. (2) If you have never had a sports/myofascial/deep tissue massage before, and are pretty sensitive, you might not like this. Airrosti incorporates hard, pressure pointed massage to target the muscles that need help, and then once those muscles are released, some mandatory classic physical therapy strengthening exercises are added in to make sure that that pain doesn't come back. I would highly recommend giving Airrosti a shot even if you think you can't handle that much pressure. The pain is SO worth it! Thanks, Dr. Cain!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cain helped me eliminating my back pain in one week. They teach me how to prevent my back pain coming back by easy exercises I can do at home. They can fix appointments early in the morning so I did not have to ask for time off at work. Fantastic experience: Amazing and Miraculous! Dr Cain and his physical therapist are miracle works. For 3 weeks I couldn't move my neck and nothing helped. I went to Dr Cain and in one session I had 80% movement. He is precise, educated and produces results everytime. His physical therapist and razor sharp meticulous. You will sit the right way and your neck will be positioned correctly or she will move it for you with the most gentle adjustment. They send you home with videos of exercises you need to do which goes a very long way in your therapy. I highly recommend them 200%.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this place! It's clean and professional I've gone for about a month to fix back and hip pain that kind of came out of nowhere. You're in good hands, no pun intended. You definitely get what you put into the maintenance exercises and stretches that you need to do at home. I was pretty religious about doing them twice a day or more just for relief after not being able to sit or move without pain. Now, I have some mild bruising, but I'm 90% pain-free! I will say, I am almost bummed to not be going anymore, and I hope I don't get injured again, but if I do, I will be returning because of the people and the results. I highly recommend this office team!

Fantastic experience: I came to Airrosti with nagging pain in my left heel after hearing about it through word of mouth. After ~4 visits, I'm happy to say that the pain in my heel is 90-95% gone. Dr. Cain and Kya were both very thorough in explaining the process and the various exercises to help strengthen the tendons connected to the heel and improve the soft tissue health. Both are warm and personable, and help to make a relaxing and inviting environment. The Airrosti app is also extremely easy to use, which is a plus. All of your exercises are loaded into the app with video demonstrations and a timer tool built in, which makes it convenient to use. You can also schedule and reschedule your appointments quickly through the app, which is nice if things come up in your schedule. Overall, I strongly recommend those that have any joint or muscle pain to pay a visit to Dr. Cain and Kya. They provide excellent service and have your best interest in mind!

Fantastic experience: I came in with lower back pain that was limiting my function and made me not feel like doing anything. Over 3 appointments over a week period, my pain was essentially gone. I received treatment along with guidance on stretches and exercises to supplement that I could continue to use to improve strength and mobility beyond the office visits.

Fantastic experience: I came in with strained and inflamed ileo-psoas and piriformis muscles as well as sciatica. I could not stand with an erect posture, bend in any direction or do normal daily activities. I had tried regular PT, deep massage work and chiropractic w only minor relief. Work as a nurse was almost impossible due to the pain through my hips and back. I was unable to sleep, even with pain medication on board. After Dr Benton Cain’s Airrosti treatment, i am now working without restraint, sleeping well and able to walk and exercise as desired! Fantastic experience: Had some major hip / back pain from working out. Went to Airrosti,Dr. Cain and Calah fixed me!! Calah set me up with "homework" , which is mobility work that you do everyday. That is really the key. Dr. Cain identifies the problem and Calah sets you up with homework that solves the issue! Can't speak enough of the experience both are easy to work with and talk to. Fantastic experience: After suffering from first a bulging disk in my 20’s and then later a ruptured disk my 30’s, I’m always hesitant to try a new chiropractor. I ultimately gave in to the pain & tried Airrosti because their treatment does not focus on traditional alignments or back cracking. Instead, the focus is on soft tissue work which is essentially using massage therapy as a torture tactic. Come to find out I hadn’t re-injured my back and instead pulled a muscle in my hip. Dr. Cain and his friendly staff had me feeling better after the first treatment and pain free by the third. I highly recommend both Airrosti and Dr. Cain as the first stop on the road to recovery for anyone experiencing muscular or nerve pain.

Negative experience: I have been to Airosti and not sure how i see so many positive reviews here. I would like to share my experience and what they say is not what I have received. I happened to be there when i was in severe pain and was trying to get some attention like how the regular chiropractitioners do on a visit and it could be my way of understanding and I could be wrong. My insurance wont cover this place, and i had to pay out of pocket but the way they charge is 250 dollars out of pocket for one single visit. I dont understand that how a person who dont have insurance can afford Airosti and also in case if there is a insurance thats accepted the copay may be on the higher side as well and not sure if there are any free visits with any insurance providers who has tie up with Airosti. Wellness & Pain Management has to be something affordable where people can utilize the service. I ended up with another chiropractor and my insurance was covered and even if i have to pay after the free available visits its like 35/40 dollars a visit and its something with adjustments and they take good care and i have very good relief from my pain. So people who visits Airosti make sure you check with them to get a better understanding on their entire services and their coverage with your insurance provider and all those before you end up with a service. They dont have a direct number at any of their location and all it does is it goes to their main toll free number and then anyone who picks will say you have to contact this email to reach that person at that location. Service is not that great too. This is my experience.

Fantastic experience: Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ve been working out for the better part of 35 years, and recently began experiencing a pinch in my shoulder/pec area on one side. I decided to give Airrosti a shot simply because I didn’t want a simple injury to turn into something that would sideline my progress, and these back poppers and massage places I’d been to before don’t really seem to address the root problem. In 3 short sessions with Airrosti I was able to get the therapy and rehab instruction I needed to get back on track. Not only did I get relief and recover for my minor injury, I now have instructions for strengthening stabilizer muscles that need attention to keep it from happening again. I hope I never need it again, but if I do I’ll definitely go back to this location. Thank you Benton & Calah for getting me patched up!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Benton Cain and Calah Alexander, are friendly, very knowledgable, understanding, supportive, and encouraging. This was my first experience using Airrosti to address pain and have been very impressed. Dr. Cain knew exactly how to address the root cause of my hip pain. The Piriformis Muscle was squeezing the Sciatic Nerve so hard, that I could barely walk. The only pain I’ve had worse was a kidney stone! Dr. Cain’s treatment brought much-needed relief. Calah Alexander, Recovery Specialist, trained me to do specific exercises to speed the healing process and relieve pain when at home. These exercises have been invaluable and I use them daily. Thankfully the episodes of pain have been happening further and further apart and the severity less and less. Their method of addressing pain and healing works! Thank you, Dr. Cain and Calah, for helping me through a very difficult time!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cain is fantastic. After the first visit I started feeling a lot better with my lower back pain. Not only is he great at his job, he is also very personable. He’s extremely knowledgeable and goes over the issues with you thoroughly. Calah, the physical therapist is also very great and provided specific exercises that helped me get better quickly.

Fantastic experience: Most recently worked with Dr. Cain and Calah at the Coppell location, but will follow them to the Carrollton location in the future. They did great work and explained everything clearly. I am virtually pain free now after only 3 visits.

Fantastic experience: This wasn't my first rodeo with Airrosti and it's because of the great experience that I always come back when a new injury creeps up. Dr. Cain is detailed as to what next steps are with treatment and explains the why behind the approach. I always felt comfortable and taken care of to the fullest extent each time I visited. Calah was just as attentive with the exercise plan and made the time enjoyable while reviewing each movement. I will continue to follow my PT at home, but know I can always count on Dr. Cain and Calah to help me if/when I need to come back!

Fantastic experience: Had been dealing with tight muscles in one thigh for over a year. Dr Morgan was able to force them to finally relax so I could work on stretching and strengthening. I never dreamed I'd be able to regain my mobility so quickly. Courtney showed me a progression of exercises to keep my leg loose and get it built back up. She was great at modifying exercises to suit my level of ability. After only three visits I'm done with treatment. I have my collection of exercise videos to reference as I continue to get stronger. I'd highly recommend Airrosti to anyone with any kind of muscle trouble.

Fantastic experience: Great experience here with Dr. McKee. I’ve been here three times for my back pain issue. He understood the issue immediately and treated them efficiently. Whitney & Robin are great too! They explains the at-home exercises very clearly and compassionately.

Fantastic experience: I was having neck and lower back pain and found them under chiropractic on my insurance web page. This is completely different from chiropractic and after the first day I felt amazing. I only had about 6 sessions and I’m feeling great. Dr Jones is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer in Courtney. They follow up with you via text and mail to make sure you’re doing ok. Fantastic experience: I had been to Airrosti back in 2014 on the recommendation of a friend for a chronic lower back issue. After several visits, I was good as new. I had pretty much the same issue driving back from San Antonio on Thanksgiving 2019. I "Threw my back out" and it was extremely painful especially when twisting side to side and sitting was almost unbearable. I made an appointment with Dr.Jones at the Carrollton location. She was able to fit me in and listen to my issues and was able to have my pain reduced after the first visit and almost gone on the second visit which was within a week. She has a lot of experience and always explained what she was doing. Courtney was also great at teaching me the exercises. Within a week of my first visit, I am back up and going strong! Thank you to Dr. Jones and Courtney for taking good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I came into Dr. Jones and Dr. LaMere’s office after a minor car accident with a strained neck and back. I selected this office because it was closest to my house. I lucked out because they were both amazing!!! My neck and back were fixed, along with a neglected issue in my shins within 6 weeks of my car accident. For the first time in a while I am able to run without pain. If I ever suffer an injury, this will be my first stop. I can’t recommend their services enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Denyse Rowland-Jones and Courtney were amazing! My daughter had been having hip pain for about 4 years and nothing would show up on X-rays, etc. After a thorough examination, Dr. Rowland-Jones was able to pinpoint the issue! And just after 2 sessions - yes only 2!!, the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowland-Jones and her staff at Airrosti.

Negative experience: Update: Down from 5 stars to 1. They move Dr Myles, and the new doctors are terrible. My wife and daughter went there for the past few weeks and it's been a terrible experience for them. Every time they leave, they feel terrible emotionally. It's their fault for everything. One doctor says, 'You did too much', another says 'You did too little', it's always something. The care and treatment plan is inconsistent. The focus is on selling little toys, like a $30 rolling pin and having you come back as much as possible instead of solving the problem. Find Dr. Kristina Myles (in Southlake now) and you'll have a great experience. BTW, had one flair up in the past year, but knew exactly how to handle it and 2 later later I was rocking again - no visit to the doctor. Avoid this place. Original review: I struggled with hip pain for 2 years. I was referred to PT by my physiatrist (I've seen 3 chiropractors and 2 doctors for the pain). Airrosti was the closest program that was covered by my insurance. I was a little put off by the chiropractic licenses, because I have had a few bad experiences in the past. I saw Dr. Myles 2 times, and have been pain free for the last 4 months!!!!!! The process / treatment is NOT painless. It was actually incredibly painful. It required all my pain tolerance and self control to not stop her treatment and to perform the strengthening exercises in he office. I completed her homework assignments and the rest is history. If you're having chronic pain, try Airrosti. It might hurt bad for a day, but the next day, you might not have any pain. And if your pain was like mine, it's totally worth it!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones is fantastic! I've had a stubborn shoulder pain with numbness for over a year and tried shoulder injections and physical therapy with no success. When she and her team assessed me, everything that she pinpointed was spot on. They helped address my pain, resolve the numbness, and educated me on sustainable ways to continue to improve. I also sincerely appreciate their honest care. When things were beyond what she was able to provide in her specialty, she immediately referred me out for more advanced care, instead of letting me drain money!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeking treatment for this ailment for the better part of a decade, and have seen numerous different types of doctors. Dr. Jones was the first one to ever take the time to listen to my multiple complaints, problem solve, find the issue and fully explain to me exactly what was causing this ongoing pain. Not only did she pinpoint it, but because she had, she was able to truly help me work towards much needed relief! I embraced her as I left my last appt and am truly so grateful all that she has done for my pain management!

She found eveything and knew exactly what to do to help and it worked. The trainer Kathryn was so nice and helpful too. She knew exactly what to do and she was very understanding. Her excercises helped my daughter so much. Both Dr. Jones and Katheryn are very personable and caring and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.
