Fantastic experience: I’m happy with them, they treated my son with love, kindness and professionalism. He felt a lot better after his sessions, all the staff are amazing. Negative experience: The physical therapists in this place did not read the prescription that my husband's doctor wrote in regards to his therapy. We just found out that he was doing activities that were recommended against by his doctor at such an early stage in his recovery after an ACL surgery. He was not supposed to do any jumping until week 20, but they had him do it at week 10 or 11! Extremely unprofessional and to be honest lazy behavior on their part. Now we are worried he might have lasting damage because they did not bother to read the instructions that the doctor left specifically to them.

Negative experience: Avoid going to this location. The PTs do not even care to read your doctor's prescription. I was careless to read mine and tell them some of your exercises are forbidden by my Surgeon. So if you are forced to go there, make sure you are cautious and know what your doctor has mentioned in your prescription. I went there for my ACL rehab and in the third month they asked me to do cutting drills and jumping. Now I have new pains in my knee and I do not know what is going on. When I went back and checked my prescription, I saw that my surgeon forbade me to do those activities until week 21!!!! I spent 1500$ and I am feeling all my money has wasted and I may need new treatment!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rave about the Athletico Addison team enough! I felt so hopeless when I broke my humerus bone as there was so much work to do to get my mobility and strength back. Each therapist I had was so nice to work with and got me back on track in no time. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great team! They're friendly, caring and understanding. Through a customised program my hip mobility and strength improved significantly over a short time. Kate always has a smile on her face and has calming demeanour. I wanted to specifically applaud Kim at the front desk. Unlike a lot of front desk people / receptionists at healthcare organisations who are curt and act like you are impositioning them, Kim was not only polite but was so lovely and accommodating! This kind of customer service alone is something I would pay extra for. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is HARD. But the entire crew at Athletico truly made such a vulnerable and frustrating time feel so comforting and encouraging. I felt like I had friends cheering me on all along the way to getting my strength and mobility back. As well as true experts I could ask all my questions and concerns to, knowing I would get thorough and thoughtful answers. I worked with Jill for about 2 months, and she kept me sweating and laughing from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Great place. All the staff is cheerful, friendly and encouraging. When you walk in the door Kim always greets you with a smile. She is helpful and knowledgeable about any questions you have. The PTs Kate and Jill are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. They explain the purpose for each exercise and discuss your progress regularly. They never leave you standing around waiting for the next instructions. The PT Aide Aminya is bubbly, friendly and encouraging as well. The atmosphere in general is enjoyable and the equipment is always clean and in proper working order. I actually look forward to going to Athletico and have recommended it to several people.

Fantastic experience: I am 2 weeks post knee replacement and have had 4 physical therapy sessions here with Jillian. If you ever need PT for anything this is the place!! Of course I think Jillian is the best of the best but I feel sure every other therapist here is awesome as well. Everyone is so friendly, encouraging, thoughtful and push you to do what needs to be done to help you reach your goals. I never thought I would be this far along so soon after surgery and I attribute that to Jillian for knowing exactly what I need to reach my goals. Fantastic experience: I went to Athletico after I noticed an imbalance between my shoulders. I worked with Drew and he gave me variations of workouts to do at home as well as teaching me new ones during our sessions. He would listen to my concerns and always offer solutions and encouragement along the way. Everyone was always friendly and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I ended up trying Athletico after a disappointing experience with a different PT recommended by my doctor. I was a little wary of Athletico being a chain, and wasn't sure what to expect; but received nothing less than the best care. Drew put me to work gradually building up my strength and range of motion, while educating me along the way. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kind--can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Jill is fantastic so is all of the staff. I feel so much better and stronger after my 6 week PT. My aggravated, angry rotator cup feels good now. Fantastic experience: I joined Athletico Physical Therapy after having failed back surgery syndrome. Suffering from severe debilitating leg and back pain the professional and very knowledgeable physical therapists at Athletico helped me to slowly regain my strength and alleviate my pain. Of all the various options my doctors and health professionals suggested, I credit the twice weekly over four months professional quality physical therapy I received at Athletico Addison for my recovery. Today I am relatively pain-free and able to once again play golf and snow-ski. If you are in need of physical therapy please visit with Katelin Ingram at Athletico in Addison for an assessment and treatment, You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had constant shoulder and neck pain possibly due to bad posture and long working hours for close to 3 years. I tried massages, injections and going to a chiropractor, but relief has always been temporary. Jillian has been helping me with my shoulder and neck for a little over 3 weeks now and I’m surprised by how much improvement I have experienced. She paces the therapy/exercises well, to ensure I’m not overwhelmed but I get all the benefits at the same time. I can happily say that my pain is down to a 2/10 from 9/10 most days. The easy to follow exercises motivate me to continue practice at home to strengthen my shoulder and neck muscles overall. What I love about Jillian is that she is extremely patient, dedicated and attentive to her patients. Her positive attitude is truly infectious, I can’t recommend Jillian and Athletico enough! :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. My doctor gave me three places to go Physical Therapy for my 9 month+ back pain from a sports injury, and I am so glad this place was on the list. I never visited another PT establishment after going in. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful, and I’ll specifically give shout outs to Jill and Drew! They helped me get through my injury, listened to every concern I had, and gave me great regiments to follow at home. They were extremely accommodating with my busy work schedule as well. I truly feel so much better after this treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised at how much this therapy regimen helped me. I had significant pain in my legs, hips, back, and neck from an auto accident in 2019. The exercises started off not too strenuously and I was skeptical as to whether they were doing anything. The therapist, Drew, encouraged me and explained every procedure. After about 3 weeks, I could start to feel that my “frozen” joints were starting to loosen. After two months, I started to remember how limber I was in my youth and to remember how far I could stretch. Of course, I’m not to that point yet, but after three months, I am on a great path forward. If I backslide, I can always come back to get back on track. This experience has been a smashing success.

Fantastic experience: I went in for 6 weeks of PT for knee issues. A lot of wear and tear. Kate, Drew, and Jill were all amazing Physical therapist! They all know what they are doing and all the exercises I did were helpful towards strengthen the areas of my body that were lacking. They are all friendly and listen to what you have to say. They are very good at adjusting exercises if it's too much or too little. End result is, not as much pain and I have tools on how to continue to strengthen what I need to for myself. Would def recommend any of them! The facility is clean and spacious. Trivia in the front does a great job at scheduling appointments and her customer service is wonderful! You are always greeted with a smile! This location and the staff here are great and will take good care of whoever walks through the doors! -team duckies

Fantastic experience: I had a femur fracture a while ago and I was struggling to recover. Luckily I was referred to Athletico at Addison and I went through a good 6 weeks PT Program. Literally before the therapy I was not able to walk at all. But now I can walk pretty much as normal and do some weight lifting also. Drew and staff here r really professional, patient and helpful. I would recommend anyone who needs PT session check here out!

Fantastic experience: I've gone to the AthletiCo in Addison twice, once before surgery and again after my hip replacement. I have been very impressed and pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The facility is very clean and not crowded. When I get my other hip replaced, I will definitely go back there.

Fantastic experience: Drew is the only reason I recovered so quickly from major hip surgery. He's beyond skilled, intelligent and very personable. He believed in me and knew with his therapy plan that I'd get mobility back and get stronger. Drew even met with my doctor which shows his level of commitment to his job. Athletico is a fantastic place and the staff is always warm and friendly. I'd go back if only insurance would allow it. :)

Fantastic experience: After breaking my wrist and needing it healed and strong to continue my career as a trapeze artist, I began taking sessions with Katelyn at Athletico. After a few weeks, the exercises and therapy she did with me has brought my wrist flexibility and mobility back to almost the same as my opposite wrist. The strength I’ve rebuilt has allowed me to continue lifting weights at full capacity and more importantly, catching flyers on the trapeze! Highly recommend her as she is patient and skilled at pinpointing the necessary drills to get you back!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience to get my PT at the Addison location. The whole team are incredibly awesome and ver professional. I had a fifth metatarsal fracture and I recovered from my injury quick with their outstanding experience in handling it nicely and making sure I am back to my normal daily activities pretty quick. Fantastic experience: A few months ago I injured my left shoulder-an AC separation. A military orthopedic surgeon recommended that I get physical therapy (as opposed to surgery). With my insurance, I was able to get needed therapy for my shoulder at ATHLETICO. My “physical therapist” was Drew Koetter. The exercises that he prepared for me were outstanding! Over the course of several weeks he provided athletic guidance to me that helped strengthen my left shoulder. In addition, some of the exercises that Drew prepared for me, I’ve been able to do at home. With his help and inspiration I’m on track to fully regain strength and full motion in left arm and shoulder! Drew also has a great supporting staff too. His associates are friendly and they all show dedication in helping those with injuries regain their strength and health. I recommend the team at ATHLETICO and their dedicated leader, Drew Koetter, to anyone that needs physical therapy.

The entire onboarding process was seamless all thanks to Lisa who carefully looked over all aspects related to my insurance and went above and beyond to make sure I would be qualify for physical therapy care, she has a high level of front office professionalism that made me wish other medical offices could replicate. I personally spent 2 weeks building my right hip and thigh under the Kate’s careful attention and guidance. She was very helpful and informative with regard to the roadmap of my recovery and the necessary exercises and routines to achieve it. I can happily say that I’m hip and leg are fully functional again and I can thank Kate’s wonderful patience and care that she bestowed upon me. It starts with Lisa during the scheduling and insurance verification phase. Her friendliness assured me that I was making the right decision choosing them for the difficult task I had to face. B, my main therapist exceeded my expectations. She is kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She helps you learn to trust the process and your progress. Kate is also an excellent therapist and provides a great session as well. She is soft spoken and demonstrates the exercises when needed. The entire experience was phenomenal. The facility is clean and well maintained. COVID precautions are exercised in the form of taking temperatures, wearing mask and providing hand sanitizer. I highly recommend Athletico Addison for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I came to Athletico because of having serious pain in both knees. I really liked the atmosphere that it had. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel super comfortable. My expectations was exceeded. My physical therapist "B" was very thorough on explaining what I need to do and how it would help me. After I would finish my session of PT I would feel much better afterwards , my progress was very apparent and kept me motivated. Within a few weeks of physical therapy the pain I was experiencing has become very minimal. I had a great experience and feel a lot better. Thanks again "B" you are PHENOMENAL!

They actually care about helping you get back to normal and that’s why I travel 30 minutes just to use this clinic when I need to!! I was going before the mask mandate and the care did not change so if you need physical therapy this is the place to be for real!

Fantastic experience: If you are having any pain issues or need any type of therapy, this is the place to go! The place is very well kept and has hand sanitizers in every corner. Safety is their number one priority. As for the physical therapy, B was AMAZING! She has helped me so much and took extra time in showing me the exercises. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Addison Athletico location and B in particular. The facility is new and cleaned continuously, and because they are building clientele, there are very few people within the facility at any one time. During the pandemic B offered to provide, and did provide PT for me using Facebook. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and provides individual attention needed. She is good at progressing and challenging you through rehab without overdoing it.

Fantastic experience: My 90 year old husband loved Athletico in Addison and benefitted greatly from its PT services. He had 2 highly focused therapists who gave him100% attention. He got exactly what he needed and made significant progress. In addison, Athletico in Addison is conveniently located with easy front door parking. It is also a calm, quiet place offering convenient sppointments. At the end of his sessions, my husband received a detailed take home program to keep up with his exercises..
