Fantastic experience: The reception staff at BS&W Outpatient Rehabilitation center in Addison are welcoming and friendly. And the PT staff are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I couldn’t say enough positive things about the DPT I worked with, Luke Baker. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Only PT location within 50 miles that has a horizontal shuttle (protects lower back, no knee pronating while strengthening quads and especially glutes) . Second session since 5 years ago. Staff is so accommodating. Feel like a client instead of a patient.

Fantastic experience: Luke and the whole BSW OP team made me feel at ease from the moment I walk in, from checking in with Karen & Alex and throughout the sessions with Luke & Matt. I primarily work with Luke, his and his team’s deep knowledge of their field and consistently provided clear explanations for the exercises and techniques make it seem less for me to get the proper care I need. Not only did they help me regain strength and mobility, but they also prepared me for my future procedure. I felt genuinely cared for during every step of the process and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate physical therapy practice.

Negative experience: Came here after having knee surgery in Oct 2021. The physical therapist, David, was great, at first. Once I started to plateau— still having significant amounts of pain that limited the exercises I could do, I was basically told not to come back. I felt like there was something wrong with me. Even though my surgeon told me I was doing much better than most people with similar surgeries. There were a couple days where I worked with a different physical therapist, and they were both great. Ashley worked so hard to adjust the exercises so I would have zero pain, but that energy isn’t shared across everyone. The worst part of my experience at this place was that they charged the incorrect insurance. I caught it after receiving the bill. I went back and showed the receptionist, Karen, gave her all the info showing the incorrect group number, gave her all the right info, highlighted the important parts, everything— a kindergartner could understand it. She was very kind and helpful and told me she’d take care of it and call me with an update in a few days. About 2 weeks later I call and ask for an update. She tells me “oh it’s out of my hands I did everything I could already, but I’ll call them and give you a call back later today or tomorrow with an update”. About a week later (still no calls back), I talk to my insurance company and they hadn’t received a new claim.. they had to call the office to have them file the claim correctly. This bill has already gone to collections.. I’m trying to buy a house, and my credit score could be getting negatively affected because of someone’s lack of care when I did everything I could to fix it. This place has made my life so much more stressful than necessary.

Fantastic experience: I am seeing practitioner PT Ashely Brandish for my neck pain. I have worked with her previously after a shoulder surgery and she is keenly attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. I also have also worked with Matt for several visits both times. Both are extraordinary. I used to be a tennis pro and have had lots of physical therapy. It always helps and/ or resolves the problem. I trust these 2 implicitly. Go work with either one at BSW. Additionally Ashley contacted me a couple of times to check in after I had to quit in 2020 after a couple of months due to the pandemic. They are now thorough about keeping clients safe with frequent disinfection practices! Thank youAshley and Matt!

And I am so very pleased with my therapist, Matt McCoy. I have many physical challenges, and Matt has taken them into account. He designed a routine for me that increases my strength and capabilities, while still being mindful of my limitations. I feel better already, after only two weeks of therapy. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable AND she made the time to see me for a very last minute appointment. After just a few minutes of discussion and examination, she pinpointed my problem and ran me through exercises to solve the issue. She did an amazing job explaining the purpose of each exercise and how it played part in my recovery. She also provided thorough instruction on how to do the exercises at home. Highly, highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I have been to quite a few therapy centers after 4 back operations and a neck surgery. None can compare with Baylor Scott & White Rehab, in Addison. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledge. The facilities are clean and well equipped. I have worked with Matt who has listened to all my needs and if I have a problem doing an exercise he is quick to come up with an exercise that is easier and just as affective. All therapist and front desk employee great to work with, always willing to help.

He takes time to answer questions... he helps you when you have questions... and even gives you exercises to take home and an app to help keep you on track with your exercises! He even answers questions when you aren’t in office! I’m so grateful for this team! The front desk is so friendly (I forgot their names ) but so very sweet! It feels like family!

Fantastic experience: Luke Baker is an amazing therapist. I’d never heard of vestibular therapy prior to sustaining a concussion. Like did a fantastic job of explaining the different evaluation techniques and what exactly happens with a concussion. He put things in very relatable terms. I look forward to another session with him.

Fantastic experience: I found the personnel to be very professional. The treatments definitely made a difference. The staff was very professional and did a good job of listening. My only dissatisfaction was with billing. The administrators at the location were very professional and friendly but the central billing call center group was not at all responsive (long wait time to reach them by phone at the 800 number). And they provided inaccurate billing and payment information to the location. So make sure to check with your insurance coverage for accurate and allowable amounts and discounts.

They don't just talk, they question and help determine what will work for you to move forward. Well thought out plans for each session. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: This has been my first time doing PT and I am pleased to say that I am starting to see and feel the positive results. I was very skeptical when I first started going. And I also had a lot of fear that my injuries would not get better and that I would not be able to use my hand and elbow normally again. I am being treated for Golfer’s Elbow and post Trigger Finger surgery. For the first several weeks it didn’t seem like PT was working for me. However by my fifth week I began to notice some big differences and started to have hope that I was on the right track. Ashley is my therapist and she has been wonderful. Although she is a recent grad she is incredibly knowledgeable and has already had a lot of success stories with her clients. I am confident that with her I will be able to continue my dream job as a zookeeper. It is a very physical job but I really love it. And I know Ashley understands my passion and is dedicated to making it possible for me to continue working in this field. I would definitely recommend this facility and Ashley!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Baylor Rehab located at 4135 Belt Line Rd Suite 122, Addison, Texas was great. Initially, I thought surgery would be the only option for making me feel better, until meeting Ashley. She pinpointed exercises suited for my needs, and paid great attention to my recovery. This location has lots of free parking and walking access to great restaurants. I highly recommend!
