Great communication, easy to schedule appointments, and the entire staff, office and techs, were always kind, accommodating, and helpful. They helped me get back to normal after my surgery, tailored my treatment to my goals, and always pushed and encouraged me to do better. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Every time my grandma comes here she is greated by wonderful and helpful staff! I have been to a lot physical therapy locations and this by far is my favorite! Everyone here as welcoming and really knows what they are talking about. I like when they are working with her that I can stay back there and talk to her and be supportive of her.

Fantastic experience: Ricki was freaking awesome! She made what could have been an awful part of my son's recovery actually enjoyable. She is kind, fun, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend her. Also the front office director, Pam, is super sweet and got us in very quickly every time. And Victor, the therapy assistant, was really great with my teenage son. Wonderful, wonderful experience. We were sad to go when his therapy was over!

Fantastic experience: I've been in PT for various injuries since 2006. Hated it. Until I rehabbed at Greater Therapy Centers in The Colony and met Ricki, PT, DPT. She designed a very thorough individualized program to remediate my specific injury and promote my mobility and quality of life. Week over week, I saw marked improvement and increased strength. The key to her success is 2-fold: 1) she really listens during the initial eval and 2) she is very, very knowledgeable in physiotherapy, like it's second nature to her! This superb team is rounded out by Victor (tech) and Pam (front office) who share Ricki's enthusiasm for treating all patients in a courteous and professional manner. And they are all fun to be around, which helps when one is in pain!
