Fantastic experience: I had PT here for a frozen shoulder for several months, first with Kayla (who moved on to another job) and then with Kendrick Kwan. Both of them were helpful, kind, and made PT as fun as it can be. Eli who works in the front office is also a gem. They are very flexible with scheduling, offering early morning and late afternoon appointments in case you need to try to avoid missing too much work (like I did). The facility is always spotlessly clean. I really can't say enough good things about Results.

Positive experience: It was my first day visit. I appreciate they asked good questions and listened to me. That was important. I searched them for their dry needling therapy, but they did not jump to that therapy, instead they explained their immediate diagnosis and kept it as an option. They continue to explain the spasims I'm experiencing has more to do with muscle control and development. At 68 yrs. why should that surprise me? I liked the honesty and frankness. I can work with that.

Fantastic experience: Jason worked with me to get rid of my shoulder pain. He helped with the pain and gave me a variety of home exercises to help with my shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Jason is a great physical therapist (shoutout to student PTs Aidan and Celeste). I broke my ankle and had to get surgery for it. I had no expectations coming in to physical therapy and was pleasantly surprised! I’ve definitely seen results (pun intended) and I honestly don’t know where I’d be right now, ankle-wise, without physical therapy

Fantastic experience: Results PT is fantastic! From Janessa up front, who is efficient and adept at working out your insurance, to Jason, who oversees the PT part, everyone is kind and, while experts in their areas, LISTENS to what you want in a PT program. After major surgery, I told Jason I not only wanted to rehab my afflicted area (neck), but wanted to generally rebuild upper body and legs that atrophied. He worked out a PT plan that did it all. He also gave wonderful at-home exercises (Don't skip them!) that reinforced what we did!. Jason saw things that my doctors missed. To add to his expertise, Jason has a warm, friendly way so that there is light-hearted chat while he makes your body work hard to recover. It's a great atmosphere to go with a great program by great people.

Fantastic experience: Results is an apt word for Jason and team. I have nerve pain and wasn't sure PT could help, but I feel so much better! And I feel equipped to maintain our progress at home. This has been my best experience with PT by far. Jason's knowledge is subtly impressive and he also researches cutting edge remedies. Just walking into his gym is a pleasure because the staff engages and chats (if you want). They don't overbook and the friendly vibe makes the hard work easier to accomplish. Imagine looking forward to PT sessions!

Negative experience: Jason as a physical therapist is outstanding!!!! I had seen him for a dozen times for physical therapy for my ankle and saw him for my daughter when she hurt her back. Today I discovered I was sent to collections for $37.50 which the office location had no record of and their billing office did not answer the phone for. Finally I paid the $37.50 today and received a call from billing that informed me my daughters account had a credit and my account was sent to collections for a different amount that what the collections agent suggested. The the office personel, the billing department, and the collection agency they work with each don’t agree with the other. Do not go here unless you want to open yourself up to credit issues. Lastly we paid every time leaving but on the day in question their systems were down and I was told I would be contacted to pay afterward.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here for physical therapy after several visits with another facility that did not effectively work with her. I did not know what to expect but was shocked and impressed by the difference in quality. She has fully recovered from her injury with huge thanks to the team at Results. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, with the tools needed to do all the exercises. The technicians are very sympatics and know exactly what has to be done to help my body. After 10 lessons I fill younger... I'll comeback within 3 months.

Jason helped me get my full range of motion back on my left arm with such a unique plan that best fits my goals. Anyone who needs PT this is hands down the BEST!! Fantastic experience: My doctor recommended physiotherapy. I went to Results PT on Preston Rd in N. Dallas. I was optimistic. Jason Stephens was the one who helped me lot. I had pain in my right foot. I had pain in my lower back. I had pain on my left side back. Shoulder issues. I was a mess. He worked with me one step at a time doing stretches, and after seven weeks I feel better than I have in several years. Everyone of my problems has disappeared. What stretching can do for a person at my age. 75. Thank you so much Jason, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me. My New Year’s resolution is to keep stretching. And beware of the steps. Fantastic experience: Jason is an exceptional physical therapist. He listens and provides attentive care. He takes his time to really make sure you are healing properly before moving you along and explains things/concepts about your body along the way. He challenges you where necessary. He takes insurance but I’d say the quality is that if someone who does not. Recommend highly!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is wonderful. There was not ever a single problem with any of the staff. The admin team was always helpful with my insurance, payments and scheduling. Physical therapy team did a great job helping recovery from surgery.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very glad I was able to work with them on my recovery.

I was living with daily knee pain and facing surgery when I started, and instead I’m leaving with a hop in my step! I will keep up the good work I started here because of everything I’ve learned. Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful with my physical therapist Tanya Khoury she has gone above and beyond my expectations. TK is knowledgeable and passionate about helping her patients. She is personable and committed. TK is very professional and shows genuine interest to reach my goals as her patient. I started PT with a sciatic pain related to a herniated disc and a tear on my Achilles’ tendon, it was very difficult to walk. I was limping and having lots of lower back pains. I was not able to go to work and had to get short term disability. In a few visits I was able to walk almost normal. I am now working full time in a job that it is physically demanding. TK is a miracle worker and I highly recommend Results PT North Dallas. Thanks Tanya Khoury for your professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I recently just completed my physical therapy here at ResultsPT with Tanya Khoury. She worked with me every step of the way to get my sprained ankle and foot back in action. She did a great job explaining every thing about my injury and how we were going to speed up my recovery. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend PT to everyone I know! TK is one of the very best physical therapist I’ve ever seen. I’ve had a major back problem for 20 years and I’ve seen a lot of therapist, TK is exceptional, her technique, her compassion and her knowledge is unparalleled. She has a gift and I’m so thankful she’s helped me to reduce my pain and get stronger. She’s even helped my 11 year old with PT, she’s wonderful with kids too!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful facility. I looked for a while before selecting this facility. They are responsive to phone calls and the facility is clean. TK is probably the best physical therapist I have ever had. She varies the exercise regiment and is able to juggle working on more than one patient at a time. She is caring, thorough and efficient. My range of motion and strength have improved considerably since TK has become my therapist. I can't recommend her enough!
