Fantastic experience: Fantastic physical therapy center. Therapy is well explained and the therapists are very supportive. There seems to be lots of apparatus and a therapy pool. I feel like they really cared about me during my entire recovery. I know the therapists did wonders for my recovery. They made it a fun atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Premier Rehab (Castle Hills location) highly enough! Excellent staff - from the scheduler Jessica, all the PTs, to the main office customer service. My therapist, Brant was a blessing. He's very experienced, knowledgeable & encouraging. I was very well taken care of, thoroughly instructed & monitored throughout my rehab process. My goals were met. I have confidence to resume activities safely, knowing I have balance & strength. I'm grateful to my doctor for sending me to Premier Rehab. Negative experience: Terrible. Treats patients rudely, doesn't communicate, lies about events, and falsely documents patient information. Would not recommend ever!

Positive experience: Update: lost a star after having to deal with the billing department. It was near impossible to get a hold of them to get my refund back when I realized I was still paying out-of-pocket after passing my deductible. The techs and PTs are very friendly and helped me with my sprained ankle.

Fantastic experience: I had back surgury and it did not go as planned and ended up with MRSA infection. Had to learn to walk again due to extended hospital and bed recuperation. The PT here has been terrific. Feom the first days evaluation to each sessions adjustments they have gotten me back on my feet. Don't expect easy because they will challenge you. I always feel better when I walk out than when I walk in. Can not find a more professional and personable group than here.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several different rehab facilities over the years, but none compare to Premier Rehab/Castle Hills – fantastic! I had several issues to address and we systematically worked through them all – starting with a combo of land and pool until I “graduated” to land only. The equipment is nice, the facility is clean, and there are plenty of options for variety, plus home exercises to maintain the progress/continue improving. A huge thanks to Aditi Shah and Nirali Hira – they are the best - knowledgeable, informative, and encouraging (thanks to Evan, Nathan and Renee as well). I can’t say I ever really enjoyed PT until now, but if/when the need arises, I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: If you have to have therapy, be it physical or aquatic, I highly recommend going here . There the best!! The therapist get to know you, and they listen and care about you which makes it easier to go and keep going to get the best support around. They have several locations in Texas and the personal are the best. Can't say enough about them or the wonderful care I'm getting for my shoulder, and will continue to have for my future therapy.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter here on the recommendation of her doctor. Best decision ever. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. We never felt rushed and the therapists always made sure we knew what was going on. They really want to help their patients and set them up for long term success. Aditi Shah is a lifesaver who took her time to make sure we knew injury prevention protocol. I can’t say enough about Premier - Castle Hills. If you need PT, this is the place. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I'm able to do way more actively..You guys are a big part of my my life now...Been going here for the past 3 weeks now and I can totally say I was able to play Karaoke with my kids something I haven't done in years, so your the reason game night is back.....such an amazing staff, I'm always welcome with a smile and a loud "good morning how are you feel today"... Fantastic experience: I am a returning patient. I received a pleasant and more personalized experience there. I would like to personally thank Lori Day for not only helping with a second opinion on my condition and concerns that ultimately led me choosing the surgeon that has been a key tool in getting well again. Once the long road of multiple surgeries was over that there was only one place for me to go for my rehab. Thank you Lori and thank you Premier for being smart and hanging on to such a valuable employee. I would like to add that Lori has been vital to my recovery. And makes each visit pleasant. The staff at Premier physical therapy are the best, for encouraging you to keep moving forward with your goals. They are very understanding for the amount of pain you are going through. Lori is absolutely phenomenal and very talented in assessing the problem areas , this is the first time where we have seen an immediate relief after just 3 sessions. We are customers for life !

Fantastic experience: I am always grateful to go to my appointment. I have been with them for two years for various knee and back pain; if I could give them a hundred stars I would. Lori Day is the Director and she works with me with such passion! She is the first person that I have allowed to do Dry Needling for my knees and her technique is Perfect. Dry Needling has worked for me and I will continue to have it done until it is time for knee replacements. I have also worked with Nathan and Evan in the pool; they are attentive and strive to challenge me to get the most out of my therapy. The facility is clean, the pool has a tread mill so you really get maximum benefits, and the shower is nice and warm. Fantastic experience: When I came to Premier PT in Castle Hills on May 20, 2021 I was in a lot of pain in my lower back that radiated out to the sides of my hips. I originally started in the pool therapy for several weeks. I was able to advance to land therapy and have a whole new perspective on physical therapy. At 72 years of age I have certainly had my share of visits to PT facilities and I must say Premier Castle hills is the easiest to access and the most efficient and caring. Lori and her team are all professionals, caring and knowledgeable about their craft. Their willingness to share that knowledge with their patients speaks volumes about their concern for me. Also, I have never felt pushed out the door at the end of my session as I have in other facilities. If you are hurting, I urge you to ask your doctor to send you to Premier PT, you will not be sorry. A special thank you goes to Lori, Aditi, Evan, Samantha, and Jamie. You guys rock. I literally feel so much better for having met you. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am nearly finished with my therapy at Premier Therapy in The Colony. I will miss going there as I enjoyed seeing all the therapists and the staff. They always had a friendly greeting and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. My main therapist (Lori) was wonderful. She is experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive. She knew when I was able to handle more of a challenge and changed my therapy accordingly. I participated in both land and water therapy there. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a back surgery , couldn’t sit, walk and lay on my back. My husband found this place for me and I LOVE IT!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Outstanding service, staff were incredible and friendly and the facility is also clean and updated. I would give more stars if I could. Fantastic experience: My pain management doctor referred me to Premier Rehab in Castle HIlls. I am so glad that she did. Lori evaluated my issues and had me do some exercises there and some for at home. Then set me up for aquatic therapy. That is fantastic. I am able to do some many exercises in the pool that I'm not able to do normally. I go twice a week in the pool and once for floor exercises. Lori continues to evaluate my actions and makes adjustments as we go. She and her staff are outstanding. I am very pleased as my overall mobility has really improved.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago, I had the misfortune to require physical therapy after shoulder surgery. But I had the good fortune to discover Premier Rehab Physical Therapy at Castle Hills in The Colony. There are many things that set Premier apart from other PT clinics. The first is expertise. My therapist Lori Day was phenomenal in setting up a program to get me through my therapy. She seemed to know exactly which muscles to stretch, what exercises to do, and when to make adjustments to the routine to take it to the next level. The clinic is also expertly managed. They do not overbook, and there is always a therapist with you (no, “Go over in the corner, do these exercises, and then come back,” as I have experienced at other clinics). Everyone is friendly, and they get to know you. I truly feel welcomed whenever I arrived for appointments. As a bonus, the clinic is sunny and bright, which cannot be taken for granted and truly aids in the recovery process. Since my initial visits, I have returned twice., Once for balance and once for limited motion in my other shoulder. The experience has been continually positive and consistent. Lori and her staff have my complete trust (and I am not the easiest guy to please, just ask my wife). There is definitely a comfort in knowing that if and when I have a need for PT, I know exactly where to go. Anybody can name their business “Premier”, but few companies actually deserve to describe themselves as such. Premier Rehab Physical Therapy has earned that distinction. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Fantastic experience: In November of 2020 my back gave out and I ended up in the hospital due to the excruciating pain. When the pain subsided enough that I could actually walk and tolerate a car ride I was able to attend multiple physical therapy sessions at Premier Rehab. From the first time there when they evaluated me and to the subsequent visits where I was able to partake in aquatic therapy, I have had less pain with each session and I am even able to drive now. I highly recommend Physical Therapy, also the staff is is friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Premiere Rehab After I had a knee replacement. Lori and staff were very knowledgeable/skilled and super compassionate. Lori knows how to push you to improve but still manage the pain. With her help my knee replacement recovery was better than I expected. I am so thankful I was able to come here.

Fantastic experience: My son needed a knee surgery because of the constant pain after injury while doing Tae Kwon Do. We went to get 2nd opinion and another Dr. recommended physical therapy. Then we found Premier Rehab, full of friendly, caring, and professional staff that worked with him and now his knee is pain free. In fact, in middle of 6 weeks of treatment, Joshua had Tae Kwon Do National tournament which he achieved Bronze medal in sparring with stronger knee and overall body as a result of all the exercises he did in PT. Thank you Mikyla, Tim, and all the staffs at Premier Rehab for saving my son from surgery and making the process an enjoyable one.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had significant back pain for several years due to scoliosis. After retiring I became much more sedentary. This led to weakened core, arm and leg muscles. Through Lori’s expert guidance and dedication, I’m increasing my muscle strength and have resumed a more active lifestyle. I’ve especially benefited from the Pilates Reformer and the Aqua Therapy, Thanks Lori!

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome! I found out about Premier from a co-worker, and I am so glad that I started going. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They know what they are talking about, but they challenge you and present the information/exercises in a very approachable way. They are sensitive to your ability level and never make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed by your ability level. All of the exercises are easily adapted for home as well - so you can keep up your exercises during sessions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mikyla with the help of her assistance, Tim. From my very first visit, they were both very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Mikyla explained to me the cause of my knee pain, the exercises and the expected outcome. Tim was literally her right hand man. He was there ready to assist without hesitation. He knew what to do. I thought he was a doctor as well. They were definitely a "dynamic duo." While receiving treatment, I was driving from Alliance to The Colony. Some days, I would be late due to the crazy traffic and they would stay a few minutes over to make sure I got the therapy I needed, because they knew I was putting forth a lot of effort to get there. I also had to bring my toddler with me. They were so loving and nice to her. She absolutely loves Tim and "the girl" as she calls Dr. Mikyla. They would even show her some of the exercises. This clinic and the staff are family oriented. You can tell that everyone loves their job. I cannot forget about Ms. Lori. She's such a sweetheart. Coming from the military to the civilian sector, this clinic has definitely set the bar high with customer service and how patients should be treated. I wish I could receive all of my medical care from such caring staff like Ms. Lori, Dr. Mikyla and Tim. They are truly 1 of a kind. I'm sure all of physical therapy clinics are have great therapist, but I would recommend Premier Rehab- Castle Hills any day. Fantastic experience: Words cannot even begin to express how amazing Katie and the staff at Premier Rehab is. When I first came to Premier Rehab, I did not know what to expect considering I was in a wheelchair and unable to walk. I was restricted to non-weight bearing status in both my left arm and leg, so you can only imagine the degree of difficulty the staff faced when working with me. Katie, Lori, and Kelley worked diligently with me to see what I was most comfortable with and what worked best for me. Their aquatic therapy options were ideal for my situation as I transitioned non-weight bearing to weight bearing. As my condition gradually improved, Katie and Lori transitioned me from aquatic therapy to more comprehensive exercises on land which drastically improved my strength and capability. Katie worked with me to customize my therapy plan based on problematic areas which ultimately helped me achieve the overall results I sought after. When I was initially diagnosed, I was told I may never walk or run normally again. With their help, I am now more physically active than I ever was and have joined various inter-mural sports leagues. Thank you Katie and the rest of the staff at Premier Rehab for your dedication, compassion, and knowledge. I will forever be grateful for being able to work with you.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say from the bottom of my heart it was pure luck I chose this place to rehabilitate my arm. Katie Tim and Lacey have been extremely professional and I’m feeling better by the day. I had a shoulder replacement and I’m positive for a full recovery from there work. Fantastic experience: When I found Premier Rehab Castle Hills I had been having numbness and pain on the right side of my body for a month. I couldn't stand or sit for long periods of time without having unbearable numbness and pain. I could hardly feel anything on my right leg. One night I was in tears because the pain was so bad. After my doctor found I had an inflamed nerve in my back, he ordered me to do 12 sessions of physical therapy. I knew as soon as I met Lori Day that I was in great hands. After my first week I was going days without pain. Lori gave me a bunch of stretches and exercises that I can do at home for as long as I need. She's so patient, and caring, and fun to be around. Everyone on staff is amazing. I hope you get to meet Lacey, Lewis, and Tim. They're so kind and genuinely friendly. Everyone is so easy to talk to. Kelly (the owner) is so thorough and helpful. She really helped me focus on what parts of my body I was supposed to be using to help alleviate my pain. Mitch from the North Richland Hills location was helping out and he's so kind and encouraging. This facility is amazing and I'm kind of sad I won't see them three times a week anymore as I have finished my physical therapy. Highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: After many past PT experiences, I’ve found Premier to be my preferred. Along with professionalism and expertise there’s also a naturally-occurring emphasis on “family atmosphere” that makes it a comfortable and pleasant place at a vulnerable and often painful time. Patients are attended to with quality skill and innovation, and at the same time, are included in the “we all like each other and like our job” banter. It was a joy to work with the whole clinic.

Fantastic experience: When I walked in, the pleasant environment made me feel welcome & being greeted by the staff was also an assurance that this is the place I will enjoy doing my rehab. YEP! Lori was very patient in explaining the program even though she was busy. She was going to be out of town the next week, but assured me Kelly would get me started; which Kelly did and gave me personal (& patient) attention! I have continued for several months, & the whole staff, Lewis, Katie, Tim & Lacey (Kristin had to leave) has become like family; encouraging & doing one on one even when it got busy. Lori also was creative in doing things differently so you do not get bored. The staff's knowledge & compassion in doing their job was very ptofessional. Lori, along with the staff, would challenge you to go a step farther to build endurance, strength & confidence that you would rehab to the point of being 'better than before'! It was a joy to rehab at Premier in Castle Hills & because of building relationships with the staff, I feel I can stop in and visit even if my rehab is complete!

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying working with Lori Day, Physical Therapist. She has zeroed in on my back issue and made my treatment varied and challenging. I especially enjoy working in the therapy pool. After 40 years of working as an Occupational Therapist I can highly recommend Lori Day and her clinic staff.

Fantastic experience: My spine and pain team recommended that I go to therapy with use of a pool for physical therapy that transitions to land PT. So I did a google search, and this Premier Rehab Physical Therapy came up as the closest option for me near to my home. I am so thankful that I chose to go here. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. I am actually going to miss seeing them twice a week when my PT ends! Lol! Seriously though, if you are looking for a good PT place that also offers Hydrotherapy, I highly recommend that you try this group. They also have several other locations around the DFW area. Fantastic experience: KATIE is a carering and knowledgeable physical therapist. I was impressed by her accurate diagnostic evaluation to pin point my shoulder pain as AC joint and rotator cuff problem. My pain scale has improved to 0 to 1 from 7 and 8 following 9 treatment sessions. I am recommending her to all the patients who want the best treatment. “ Competent and careing physical therapist, wonderful staff and excellent location.
