Pate Rehabilitation

Negative experience: Van #121 driving angry and aggressive towards another truck where I witnessed this van swerving in front of them almost side swiping the truck to cut them off on Davis, coming from 820. Very concerning behavior from someone in a company van. I was only a bystander in traffic and it was avoidable and was escalated by your driver.

Negative experience: Just saw a Pate van run a red light at 423 and Lebanon. I would not trust them driving with your loved one.

Fantastic experience: The Best rehabilitation in the DFW area! I had a stroke! I could not speak at all (Aphasia)! My right side was paralyzed! Now, I'm back to work as a nurse! ICP nurse & now Adon at the Villages on Macarthur! 2 promotions in 1 year! God is Good❤

Negative experience: Horrible environment . Case manager will not help at all.

Negative experience: Pate rehab literally ruined my husband and My life. They made promises and left him just as bad as when he arrived. Then when they were tired of helping him, they threw him out with two days notice. They didn't assist him with any resources, financial planning, or housing. We are now homeless because no one helped him prepare. I hate Pate rehab from the bottom of my heart. Do not send your loved ones here. My husband is suicidal now and im scared he will take his life. At pate it's all about the money. Don't let your loved ones suffer. If you have a stroke, ignore pates call

Fantastic experience: Saw a Pate patient van driving in Plano today and waved, she probably thought i was crazy. I was a patient at Pate in 08 and that van picked me up e every morning. They helped me in so many ways to get me through a hard time after an accident. Seeing that van brought back a feeling of love and i realized id never been able to thank them. Very caring staff, targeted case by case approach to treatment, empathy and genuine concern for what we were going through. I wish i could find the name of my "mentors" and personally thank them and show them how far their work has taken me. 6 gold stars ❤️

Fantastic experience: Pate Neuro Rehabilitation is a great place to trust with your loved ones and their rehab journey. It is a one-of-a-kind day neuro facility. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable, and they truly care about your loved one's progress. I was surprised to learn that they do various community events/outings with the patients to help them transition back to everyday life. Pate is such a great place to take your loved ones to. I will always recommend them!

Negative experience: Pate at 250 Ben’s Trail Fort Worth Texas was not a good experience at all. My son was at the Pate Center and Residence. Case Manager was not a caring individual. When my son was discharge, they would not allow the Pharmacy to refill his prescriptions. We were told that Botox injections were ordered through our insurance and after discharge, I checked the status of the Botox snd was told, get another Doctor to order. While at the residence, my son developed an infection around his peg tube the Techs/Nurse not cleaning the site and not bandaging the area. The Assistants did not turn my son every two hours as scheduled. Terrible place, Terrible care! If you love your love ones, please do not admit them to o Pate Rehabilitation

Fantastic experience: I would like to start by saying that when I started working for Pate I had never heard about it. I have been with them for 2 years and I work as a Clinical Liaison so I am responsible for educating people about the program and facilitate the admission. I would vouch for Pate and put my loved one in their care without a doubt. We provide care with love and heart. Like any other company, we have had staffing challenges but I feel that we have tried our best to make sure that our patient care has not been compromised. Personally, I feel that Pate is a very fair employer and we work as a team. We are supported in our jobs and are fairly compensated. My immediate manager is supportive, always there to problem solve with my challenging job and really listens to my concerns and then acts on it. No matter where you go, there are going to be conflicting reviews but truly if you have a family member with a brain injury, we provide the "GOLD STANDARD" treatment.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the staff and care at the rehab facility in Dallas. The residential facility in Irving is just ok.

Negative experience: Went to the Anna Facility for stroke recovery. They had horrible management. The manager of the "house" I was in was not only a terrible manager, he was really just an uncaring person. The employee retention was terrible and I had multiple therapists because they kept leaving the facility It was a terrible environment that I would NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: Pate rehabilitation did an awesome job with helping me to walk and write again. After a hard fall and a week in the hospital, the therapists helped me graduate from wheelchair > walker > cane. I am now walking again with limited capacity. Recovery is a journey. They also did a wonderful job in helping me with my memory, such as transportation, when my bills are due, etc. Thank you to all of the physical therapists and staff for helping me on this journey to recovery. :)

Fantastic experience: My mother is currently receiving rehab at this facility. We did not know what to expect because she had recieved such negligent and traumatizing care at Nexus Specialty Hospital in the Woodlands. Thank you Tirr Memorial Hermann (Houston,Texas) for suggesting we consider Pate. The ENTIRE staff is so caring,professional,communicative and compassionate. It is surreal. Thank you Pate!!! Fantastic experience: Back in 1998/99, I had experienced a closed head injury. My Doctors back home didnt really know how to help me. After a procedure at Zale Lipsey hospital, i went to Pate. At first I was VERY agitated, but came to understand the situation. The staff could NOT have been more helpful and supportive! I have now gone through quite an adventure in my life, but had I not been a client at Pate, I shudder to think where and how I might be!

Fantastic experience: My husband was at Pate and he was treated so good. All the therapists were great. All the employees were so professional. They always let me know what was going on and how he was improving

Fantastic experience: Very nice and catering Tatar that don’t make you you feel bad about your condition but help you learn how to cope with the new you and layout limitations I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know looking for a great rehabilitation center thank y’all for everything you have done!

I was fine and they did not help me at all but kept me for two months to get more money. Thanks to their greed, I got heated on for over a month because I could not be with my husband while wasting time there. If I could do those months over again, I would not have spent a day in that hell hole.

Fantastic experience: I was a client for 5 months. Pate Drs. and therapists put together a personalized program for me accordingly to my needs. I learned many strategies from my therapists to move forward in my new normal life. I have hope that I will continue to heal mentally and physically. Thank you staff, everyday I recognize the progress l have made because of you all!!!!❤
