Fantastic experience: Grateful for being able to get strong at Greater Therapy of Plano. No more back pain in the mornings , fantastic! Just helps to be accountable and maintain stability. Love the staff. Thankful for the therapy I’m getting with David’s supervision.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my physical therapy here. David was so encouraging and upbeat, and also very professional along the way. I was a little unsure about how this would go for me, but David and the staff made me comfortable and gave me confidence. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I am going to start out by saying, I think my PT, David was a decent therapist - Reason for my low rating is the ABSURD OUT OF POCKET COST I had to pay strictly due to this place being affiliates of DRMC (Dallas Regional Medical Center). I went to this place for total of 6 sessions for my post achillies tear surgery PT and used my BCBS-TX insurance. my insurance supposedly was billed over $3000+ for those 6 sessions - and after all set and done - i was responsible for $682.50 for 6 sessions! While they (DRMC) tried to explain their contract with BCBS and how billing was done correctly - still, that much for hand full of simple outpatient therapy visits is ridiculous! I was never told about the cost being that much (supposedly they checked) or i would've never gone there to begin with - all i was told was "yes, we are in network with your insurance". Supposedly all 6 sessions got billed to my insurance together at the end of the month as 1 lump-sum instead of 'per session' bases - and I am responsible for $682.50 for simple warm-up type excercises i was taught. Now I have switched over another simple outpatient therapy place (NOT AFFILIATED w any HOSPITAL SYSTEMS) down the street in from my house in Plano, TX (Performance Medicine and Sports Therapy) - where they have much more advance program with state of the art equipment (Sauna, Cryo therapy, dry needling, smart cupping, and much more) - And I am only paying $30 per session, THAT'S IT, nothing else! Do as you wish with this info - just didn't want the next patient to get blind-sided by this cost. Ask for "WHAT IS MY OUT OF POCKET COST?" Before they render any services. If it's anything fore than $20-$30 - go somewhere else (I wish i had)

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with this place! In addition to applying much knowledge and expertise in my physical treatments, David listened and encouraged me as I progressed and recovered. I really appreciated that David always answered my questions and was never too busy for me. Kim at the front desk is a gem, too. Professional and positive place.

Fantastic experience: Have been to the Plano Greater Therapy Centers 3-4 times over 6 years for physical therapy. Every time I go, there’s a different clinic director. By far, David K is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had any where. He gets your muscles warmed up on a machine then physically manipulates your sore or injured muscles before retuning you to doing exercises

Fantastic experience: My 13 yr old son worked with Danielle and team for 6 months working through an ankle injury. Everyone from the front desk (Kim) to the therapists (Danielle) were phenomenal. They did everything possible to accommodate our schedule when we had conflicts. And the therapist gave extra attention to not only help heal the original injury but to help prevent injuries in the future. I recommend this team to everyone that I can.

Fantastic experience: Danielle and the team at GTC- Plano are amazing. Not only are they professional and helpful, they make the sessions of physical therapy enjoyable. Fantastic experience: The Midway Plano staff were great. Very professional and concerned about my wellbeing. They worked with me to get the benefit out of each session. I was also impressed with how they provided me with follow-up exercises to use after I was discharged.

Fantastic experience: As a surgeon in practice for 25 years, I have the opportunity to be very selective when it comes to my medical care. I have been referring my postoperative patients to Greater Therapy for over 20 years. When I was struck in the left shoulder by a postal truck in April while bicycling, I turned to Greater Therapy for my own care. Stephanie is kind, patient, and knowledgeable; most important, her therapy was effective. Although my left shoulder will never be "normal," Stephanie maximized my physical potential and helped me avoid major surgery.

Fantastic experience: As a second time long-term patient, I have never not had a good experience over the many weeks I’ve had therapy here! The staff is amazing and so encouraging. I’ve worked with many of the different physical therapists that have come through and each one never disappointed. Greater Therapy Centers has helped me tremendously in my recoveries and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was great! Always pushed me within safe limitations on my ACL recovery. 2 months out and I almost feel back to normal as crazy as it sounds. It’s my second ACL recovery and it’s been amazing how well it’s gone compared to my first one in 2006. A big part of the progress this time is due to the help of Stephanie and her team. They are all so friendly and I genuinely enjoyed working with them over the last few months. I’d recommend her and GTC of Plano to anyone needing PT!

Along with her trusted sidekick Brooklyn, they have encouraged and motivated me to take therapy very seriously. I almost hate to graduate after completing my therapy!

The team is always genuine and caring, also very flexible with scheduling. Overall a great experience, I will definitely chose them again in the future if I have to.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here over many years for one injury or another. Julie has always been my physical therapist and she is beyond great. Not only is she incredibly knowlegeable but she is patient and always will take the time to explain why certain exercises work, make certain you are doing them properly, and what you should not be doing. Although some of the staff has changed over the years there is a consistent thread in how well you are treated by one and all. And there is one added benefit to coming here, it has been said that laughter is the best medicine, and I think if Julie ever leaves this job she would make a wonderful stand up comedian as I normally find myself laughing hysterically at some of her insights and comments. I highly recommend this location, Julie and her team to anyone needing physical therapy.
