Fantastic experience: (Treatment still in progress at the current time) I found Serenity Chiropractic after 5 weeks of suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck. I was living with 24/7 intense pain and sleeping no more than 1-2 hours at a time (and 0-4 hours of sleep a night for 5 weeks!) Dr. Ford starting by explaining how nerves and the spine are connected. Pain is not always happening where you feel it. A problem in the neck can lead to many other areas. She described the process of treatment and that 1 session solutions are not necessarily possible. She helped set realistic expectations for finding relief (an important point because most negative reviews are based on unrealistic expectations). I've felt gradual progress each time. Now, two weeks in I finally had my first good night of sleep again. Am I pain-free and cured? No, not yet but I'm on the path and can see the finish line in the distance. I think this says a lot coming from someone who entered this treatment as Chiro-skeptical. Dr. Ford is knowledgeable and professional but also cares about her patients. There's some great physicians out there who know their field but don't understand human interactions. Dr. Ford is not one of those. She knows her field and cares about people. I love that it's a family business. Sam, her Dad and a great guy, is the office manager up front and her cute dog is the greeter. Highly recommend. I give her 33 Spinal Bones up as a rating!

Fantastic experience: After only 3 visits following several falls, my active life is almost back to normal thanks to Dr. Ford's expertise. Another visit or two and I know I will be there. Part of what I like best about seeing Dr. Ford is that she listens when I explain where I hurt and then helps me to understand what is wrong and why. She has helped me understand more about how my body works or doesn't work than I ever knew before. I highly recommend her services. July 2020 - I have been seeing Dr. Ford for over a year now at various times for different back and neck situations. Each time I come in with a challenge for her to address my pain...and she does...every time. I leave her office feeling better than I have for a long time. I really appreciated the effort she and Sam made to make the office clean and safe during this pandemic period. I highly recommend Dr. Ford and staff. I'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible. December 2020 - Just a note to end this crazy year to say Dr. Ford and Sam are awesome. Dr. Ford gets my back in alignment and has helped my migraine pain. Sam has done a great job working out the knots in my neck and shoulders with physical therapy. This office is truly a wellness center. I recommend it highly. July 2021 - Dr. Ford continues to address the various problems in my spine with thoroughness, professionalism, and understanding of how I describe where I hurt. I know that after seeing her it won't be long before I am feeling good again. I certainly recommend her to all. February 2023 - It is a true blessing to know that when the issues in my back and/or neck become hard to ignore I can always count on Dr. Ford's expertise and knowledge as well as Sam's dedication in providing physical therapy. A phone call for an appointment is all it takes. Just walking through the office door and getting a cheerful greeting and a smile lets you know that you have come to the right place. I highly recommend Dr. Ford and her staff. December 29, 2023 - The end of another year is here and as I continue to get the relief needed in my spine, neck and shoulders through Dr. Ford and staff, it is hard to find the proper words to describe how grateful I am for them. Whether you need help with a major issue or a minor one, Dr. Ford's office is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I came the Dr. Ford's office with some deep hip pain. I tried other things first, like soft tissue work, but nothing really helped. After seeing Dr. Ford and her team, in about 3-4 weeks I felt so much better and hopeful that it wasn't a deeper issue that needed surgery. I'm so grateful! This will be my chiropractic office for life.

She explained absolutely everything, did not proceed ever without making sure I knew what was happening AND WHY, and made sure my questions were answered every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Go see Dr. Ford… You won’t be disappointed! I felt comfortable the moment I called to inquire. They’re all really good at what they do. Dr. Ford has way to make you feel at ease, and to help take the pain away. She’s really made a difference in my life… When I first came to her, I could only walk around the block because of the pain. Now, I can walk 2.5 miles, or on a good day up to 4 miles. I couldn’t have gotten this far without her!

I was so impressed by how she introduces new patients to her practice that, although I had originally gone as an accompaniment to my roommate, I soon elected to give adjustments a try due to lingering albeit infrequent pain from an old lower back injury. Both my roommate and I have noticed dramatic improvements. I not only don't have any more sciatica pain, but I noticed a huge decrease in the number of headaches I'd been getting. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a reliable chiropractor—especially one certified to use an activator!—to visit Dr. Ford. She’s one of a kind!

She went into detail with everything that she did and everything that she intended to do. I was educated about each step taken and what effect it would have on my body. She's very thorough, likes to listen and doesn't jump to a conclusion before you can finish your thought. She provides many opportunities for you to ask questions and provide feedback. She's very good at what she does and takes pride in that. Her office staff Is very friendly and welcoming. They aren't intimidating or rude. The office is really clean with a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. She's got a few techniques that I've never experienced before and provides what I expect in a chiropractor. Fantastic experience: This is a great full service chiropractic office tucked inside a big office building. What a find! Dr. Ford and her staff are professional and caring. She is explains what she is doing and even knows a few "tricks of the trade" to make adjustments so easy! I am glad that I found Dr. Ford as she has really helped with my sciatica and neck pain.

Dr. Ford is one of the best people I have ever encountered. She made every visit personal, remembered my brother and I when we came in, and picked up any conversation right where it was left off the visit before. Dr. Ford explained everything in very easy to understand terms on the first visit, and took every minor change into account for our treatment plan every subsequent visit. Sam was also awesome, and highly skilled. All staff is very, very friendly, very professional, and very skilled. It felt like I was just going to visit some friends every appointment. They keep everything clean and up to COVID standards. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ford is an excellent caregiver. She listened to my concerns and offered her perspective. She walked me through her process of correcting my neck pain. I saw her several times over a two week period and had immense improvement. The rest of her office staff is also excellent. They were able to accommodate my schedule and see me late in the day five times around the holidays. I'll be sticking with Dr. Ford for years to come!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was excellent. Dr. Ford took the time to get a thorough understanding of my medical history, which include some aspects that can make chiropractic treatment a bit more difficult. Before doing anything, she explained to me exactly what she was going to do and why. She was very thoughtful about my previous experience with chiropractors that didn't go well. I could definitely feel a difference in the alignment of my hips, shoulders and neck. She also asked if I was comfortable being touched before doing so, which is very thoughtful. The office was accessible, nicely decorated, and very clean. Masks are currently mandatory, which is a definite plus for me. The wait time was negligible.
