Fantastic experience: My daughter is wrapping up PT at Athletico in Coppell, and we have loved them. She is a middle schooler who hurt her foot and had additional issues due to a growth spurt. The staff is great - knowledgeable, listens well, fun, and focused on patients’ overall health! If we ever need therapy again we will be here. We highly recommend for anyone!

Everyone is so professional, their exercises are great, and every session is different. You have individual attention and encouragement. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend them as well!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy at Athletico was quite amazing to me. I started PT to work on strength and balance. I was embarrassed when we started due to my inability to do so many of the exercises they introduced. Three months later I could do any of the exercises with little thought, though a lot of exertion! Working with the PTs for one hour, 2-3 times a week, I made tremendous progress in strength and balance. I also have a different mind set. I am much more confident than I was. I am exercising regularly. The entire staff was amazing. I worked with different PTs occasionally, for the most part with one PT in particular. Missy , Amber, and Taylor, Justin, Gabby , Hunter and V were all excellent, pushing me a bit more each day. It was one on one training, a definite reason for going to Athletico. The facility was fabulous, quiet, with everything needed to work, treadmill, balance balls, elastic bands, trampoline, weights and more. I was sad to “graduate” but so appreciative of the help I received there.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Athletico enough! Amber, Taylor, Hunter, Justin, Gabby, and Christina are all wonderful. Everyone is so invested in your recovery and know how to get the best out of your sessions. I was primarily working with Amber but the had to see Taylor a couple times due to my schedule and the care was so seamless. There was no backsliding or confusion with seeing a different therapist. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Athletico Coppell by my orthopedic surgeon and this team is the absolute best! I cannot recommend them enough! Taylor, Justin, Hunter, Amber and Ty! Taylor takes your care to the next level, she is knowledgeable, encouraging, compassionate and supportive! Justin and Hunter push you hard but they take the edge off and make it fun. I miss you all!! It has been a long recovery and it’s still in progress but I couldn’t have done it without this amazing team! I left there knowing I CAN recover.

Fantastic experience: Everyone knows that therapy sucks and it hurts a lot! Why not make the best of it and go somewhere where the staff is as awesome as you are?! You will be treated with respect, care, and courtesy while you are enjoying all the finer points of PT. Someone is always wiping down equipment and the facility is spotless. I give them a solid 4&7/8 stars and if they ever come through with the breakfast buffet I will go all in to 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Athletico has been amazing, I had a pretty big surgery and I can say I’m getting stronger every week. No matter how I’m feeling Amber is very positive & continues to work on my strength. If I come in hardly moving they always make sure I’m feeling better before we start on exercises.

Fantastic experience: I broke my heel and had surgery with the placement of several screws. My doctor sent me to Amber for pt. I feel like she worked wonders! I couldn’t put my foot on the ground when I started. We talked about goals and I told her I wanted to get back to hiking. I am now up to walking 2 miles a day and improving steadily. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend her and her team!

Fantastic experience: The quality of care from Amber and her staff is excellent. She has worked me very hard . She has pushed me made me realise how strong I am . I came in here in October in so much pain unable to stand or walk now it's March and I am walking working out and feeling great .

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this location by my orthopedic surgeon after having total hip replacement. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Amber, Taylor, Justin, and Hunter have encouraged me but also listened to me when I was having an off day! They’ve been able to balance the therapy sessions so I don’t feel over worked with any particular part of my recovery. Amber suggested acupuncture as an alternative treatment to some hamstring issues I was experiencing. I was somewhat leery at first but finally gave in! After that one treatment I had about 75% improvement! I’ve experienced a vast improvement in my strength and balance due to their guidance. This is my fourth rehab for an orthopedic injury and this is by far had been my best experience. I highly recommend them to assist you on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I received the very best care from all the staff. Amber’s assessment that my back pain was coming from my neck was correct. With therapy, the pain is gone. Fantastic experience: I initially started with Athletico in Coppell in May after being diagnosed with a severe sprains and tears in my ankle. I had lost a lot of strength in my ankle and was using a cane when I walked in. I walked out a few months later being about to hop, skip and jump. After they helped with my ankle, I went right back for "tennis elbow" (epicondylitis). My arm had become so weak and had so much nerve pain that I could barely manage picking up and drinking from a coffee cup. I rotated through *every single* PT and assistant. Each has their own styles and all of them helped support me through my healing. You don't need to worry about which PT you get assigned as they all help each other. They take healing seriously, and also help with laughter. The front desk staff is also kind and attentive. I would recommend them 100%!

Fantastic experience: Started going there after a total knee replacement. They worked on me 3 times a week until I was able to walk again. They worked on strength, range of motion, and balance. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly want to make you better. I am glad I chose them for therapy.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. Has treated me twice (for the same thing) and did a great job both times. All PT’s know what they are doing and have good exercises to get stuff moving. I had a shoulder surgery and was back to full motion and my sport in less time than expected. I have only worked with shoulder recovery but I bet they would do an excellent job with everything else.

Fantastic experience: Walked in needing help with my hip and found it at Athletico in Coppell. Matt Thompson and the entire staff were welcoming and wanting to help. They had compassion when you have your worst day and can't handle the task they ask of you. They will turn up or down the intensity of the therapy based on how you progress. The staff and even other patients were very fun to interact with. They keep the atmosphere one you want to go to and not avoid.

Fantastic experience: Athletico was recommended by my orthopedist when I had rotator cuff surgery. Matt was patient and so nice, with a healthy dose of tough love. He let me go at my pace and pushed when he felt I was slacking. I would not have made it through the 7 months of therapy without Matt and the staff. The whole group was so supportive and came to feel like a second family! Highly recommend with absolutely no reservations!

Fantastic experience: Received prescription from orthopedic surgeon for post hip surgery therapy. Emailed said prescription to the Coppell facility on Sunday afternoon and asked for response. By a little after 9 a.m. the following morning, I had a call from Jasmine, the administrator/receptionist. She took all relevant information, including insurance, and scheduled my first appointment. I showed up for my appointment and met Jasmine and Matt Thompson, the physical therapist. I explained my condition to Matt and he immediately set up a program of exercises to do. I told him I wanted him to push me and he did, but not too hard. Some of the balancing exercises were particularly difficult, but he had me continue them. At the end of the session, he would massage the hip and then apply an ice pack for about 10 minutes. Applying the ice pack reduced the soreness/pain considerably. During therapy, I started having pain in my knees. Matt sent a text message to my orthopedic surgeon about the issue and I saw said surgeon this past week. Therapy may be required in that area too, depending on the results of a steroid shot. After six weeks of therapy on my hip, it feels much better and I have almost all motion/abilities back. I can't say enough good things about both Jasmine and Matt. They were always friendly and professional and concerned about my care. Jasmine followed up with the insurance company when issues of coverage arose, which I greatly appreciated. I fully recommend this facility and both Jasmine and Matt.

Fantastic experience: Matt was awesome! I really wondered if I needed PT after foot surgery but after 4-5 weeks the difference in my strength and balance is incredible! He also worked hard to make my foot feel better and loosen up the joints and swelling. I liked that he didn’t push beyond my capacity but made me feel I could go a little further each time. His receptionist is so cute and friendly and will help any way she can! I would tell anyone to come here!
