Dr. Sehorn is a proactive chiropractic profession who is Level 1 certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS). FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to coordination, balance, flexibility, core strength, and proprioception in patients with or without known musculoskeletal injuries.

A headache is a very generalized term given to pain that is felt in the head or sometimes the neck. There are many different types of pain associated with headaches ranging from acute localized discomfort to a more generalized ache. Some headaches may appear suddenly and only last for a short period of time while others may build gradually and last for several hours.

Neck pain is a relatively common ailment, of which most of us will experience at least once in our lifetime. In most cases, neck pain will improve and disappear on its own, but if you frequently suffer from this problem, or find that conventional ways of relieving your pain are not working, you may want to consider chiropractic care.

Most chest pain isn’t a sign of anything serious and often isn’t caused by a heart problem. Nevertheless, it’s important to get it checked out. Heartburn, chest infections, muscle strain and anxiety can all cause chest pain. Some of these can be alleviated with chiropractic care. More serious causes of chest pain include angina, pericarditis and a heart attack. If you experience sudden chest pain that spreads to your arms, back, neck or jaw, causes you to feel short of breath, sweat or feel/be sick and lasts more than 15 minutes, it’s essential that you call 911 immediately as you could be having a heart attack.

The shoulder joint is one of the most complex joints of the human body. The shoulder depends on multiple systems of ligaments, muscles and tendons. These systems work together to stabilize the shoulder and provide functional movement along with allowing other supporting joints to do the same.

As people age, it is a common often belief that the pain and discomfort associated with our joints is a normal occurrence that we are forced to live with. While our joints can experience levels of degradation as we age, the pain and reduced mobility that is often associated with arthritis doesn’t have to be something that we suffer through. Instead, let's review some of the facts around chiropractic care and how it can be beneficial in treating the pain associated with arthritis.

As the professional community ages, the diagnoses of carpal tunnel syndrome continue to rise. Carpal tunnel syndrome is commonly associated with the repetitive movement related to typing on a keyboard with improper hand positioning. Carpal tunnel syndrome creates a burning, numbness, or tingling sensation in the hands or wrists and can occur on one or both sides.

Lower back pain is an exceptionally common complaint and it is estimated that 80% of Americans will suffer from it at some point during their lifetime. Lower back pain is also a leading cause of absence from work due to ill health, even though more than half of all cases are believed to be a direct result of the patient doing a job that involves continual sitting.

Hip pain can be temporary or chronic, and can be caused by a range of different factors, the most common of which is osteoarthritis. Patients with osteoarthritis experience inflammation of the tissues around the joint including damage to cartilage, and this can lead to pain, stiffness and mobility issues. Less commonly, hip pain can be caused by other issues with the musculoskeletal system such as problems with the shape of the bones, infections or fractures. The good news is hip pain can nearly always be improved using chiropractic treatment.

Knee pain is a very common issue, and in most cases, occurs as a result of an injury to the joint and surrounding soft tissue. This can be from an individual event or as a result of overuse, such as through playing sport. Stiffness and inflammation often accompany knee pain, and you may find it difficult to use the joint as you would normally. Chiropractic treatment is highly beneficial at treating knee pain and its associated effects, as well as the underlying cause.

Many people live with consistent and regular foot pain. While others may have pain that occurs only when they are engaged in certain activities. While orthotics may not be the right answer for everyone to help with this pain, it’s a good idea to consult with a professional to decide if orthotics are a good option for you.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a level 6 pain in my left side and spine area. Dr. Sehorn was able to narrow down the possibilities of joint or muscle pain based on our conversation in our consultation. They had a special going on where I got a consult, X-ray (if needed), and an adjustment ALL for $40!!! Once he did the adjustment I felt IMMEDIATE relief. I will be returning for weekly adjustments.

Positive experience: The chiropractor was kind, knowledgeable, and had wonderful bedside manners, as did the staff who work with you on other treatments. As for the office staff who check you in and out, I'd argue they are less than mediocre and can be rude, particularly a specific person. I assured the chiropractor and front office staff a specific procedure would be covered by my insurance as this was something I have done in the past. The office staff proceeded to argue (rudely) with me as well as dismiss my concern about being charged for a service which would be paid by my insurance. Ultimately, I was still charged a fee for the service. I decided to contacted my insurance to ensure I understood my benefits and the EOB. It was concluded Campion billed the covered procedure and my insurance company paid them for the service on top of charging me for it (double dipping). So, it was confirmed the service was covered under my insurance, as I had tried to inform the front staff. A representative from my insurance called their (Campions) billing company, who then contacted the office staff to inform them the service is covered within my benefits and I should have not been charged for the service. I then contacted Campion to follow up on what had been going on. They said I could use the credit on my next visit. There was no apology or responsibility taken for the error. I decided I wouldn't be doing business here any longer and informed them I'd be cancelling my next appointment and would like a refund. A weekend and two business days later they wrote me a check, even though they charged my debit card. I would have probably kept going if someone would had owned up to the error and given an apology. O'well, I suppose on to the next place.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best, Dr. Sehorn and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The work they’ve done on my lower back has allowed me to go from not being able to lift or bend at the waist without pain, and now after consistent treatment I’m able to deadlift my own body weight without any pain. If you are considering seeing a chiropractor, this is a place to go. My decision to go here was one of the best decisions of my life. Dr. Sehorn knows his stuff and will take care of you. Awesome place!
