Fantastic experience: Excellent turn out!!!! The food was absolutely amazing! Best Thanksgiving dinner I've had in awhile!!! My husband was a resident here they kept him alive all the staff here are amazing and kind hearted

Positive experience: Update: CHCC called and apologized for the delay in sending the refund to me and put a rush on my check. I am changing the stars from 1 to 3 stars. The morphine issue could have been a disconnect between our hospice group and the center, but the response from the night nurses was very slow. The day nurses were great. My father passed away there in December 2014 and had very good care so we chose this facility when my mother was put on hospice. She was given a room in the wing that is used for those in rehab instead of the wing for hospice care and getting her morphine was a nightmare at night. She was admitted on August 9, 2023 and passed away less than 48 hours later. They charged my credit card $5,700 for 30 days of care on the day she passed, August 11, 2023. Today is October 13 (over 60 days later) and have still not been reimbursed the $5,000+ owed. I also received no receipt when my card was charged as I was promised. When I went to the office after my mother passed, they had all left for the day. Now they are saying they didn’t have my address, but my mother lived with me and her address was my address. They had my phone number and email. But they did not contact me. They say it will be a couple more weeks or so. This is not right.

Fantastic experience: Clean and lovely welcoming as we walked in the door. Staff is amazing and nurses are the best! I would Recommend this place to anyone!
