Can’t begin to express how truly grateful my brother and I are with BrightPointe, Chief Nurse Susie, Mrs. Hana and their whole team! Not only were they beyond professional but the whole staff treated my grandmother and us through a difficult time like one of their own families! HIGHLY recommended for anybody that’s looking for elderly assistance! Thanks BrightPointe!!!

I cannot say enough about this facility. From the Director of Nursing to housekeeping. They have gone above my expectations of taking care of my brother and have treated us like family. This is absolutely a beautiful facility! I have never been in a facility where there are so many caring staff members. The nursing staff are devoted to each and every patient. The rehab team are amazing! This is the only place I would feel comfortable leaving my loved ones!

This is a beautiful, modern and very clean facility. The nursing staff go out of their way to help patients’ families and smile when they care for our loved one. We wouldn’t pick any other facility, because we know this one is the best. Also enjoy the activities offered and the food served. Thank you to the therapists who helped shorten the time spent away from home.

My husband had a massive stroke on Mothers Day. We chose this facility because my daughter works there and truly believes in it. As a nurse of 44 years, i can truly say I am amazed at his care and his progress while there. The staff is awesome. They have FaceTimed me so I could see and talk to Henry. This is above normal routine and it just reinforces for me that I made the right choice of facilities. If ever asked I would 100% give this facility a 20 star rating. The physical therapy staff is spectacular in what they are accomplishing. I thank God daily that there is a Brightpointe.

I came to Brightpointe based on the reviews and the facility and its employees were so attentive to me and all the other patients. I was very impressed with they way they handled seniors who are challenged. And I’m totally blown away that today I’m basically walking on my own when a week ago I couldn’t move my legs. Drew and Keanna and Michelle and everyone else in rehab are very nice and patient. My doggy Olivia and I will be back to visit. Thanks for everything Brightpointe.

This is truly the place of angels. My dad had the most tremendous experience at The Brightpointe. The staff was attentive and paid tremendous respect to my dad and my family.
