Take comfort knowing your safety is our priority. COVID-19-positive and symptomatic patients are carefully quarantined away from patient and visitors.

Even in a pandemic, you can feel safe. We're stocked with safety supplies, have no shortages of personal protective equipment (PPE) and masks are required at all our facilities.

Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities, but now we're taking extraordinary new steps to ensure thorough, frequent and ongoing sanitation happens around the clock.

All three group fitness rooms are equipped with WELLBEATS integrated content system, which allows you to browse through dozens of classes on the touch-screen kiosk, select the fitness class that works for you, and begin! WELLBEATS system is open for use whenever a live fitness class is not being taught. We also offer fitness tests to assess your level of fitness.
