Fantastic experience: Got to Ilana by word of mouth from one of her former clients, who said that their is no one better for muscular pulls. Ilana takes a personal approach in first getting to know her new patients and their medical history and evaluates the possible origins of the physical issues requiring rehabbing. She knows skeletal and muscular anatomy and develops a treatment plan that seems to very quickly address the problem area. She has strong skillful hands and puts you at ease during treatment. Her advice on follow-up exercises, timing and treatment are well thought out and appreciated. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking muscular rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Illana is Incredible! I am currently seeing her on a weekly basis for a chronic pinched nerve & postoral issue that has been leading to pain throughout my upper back and neck for years. I have been dealing with these chronic issues and had lost hope that I could be fixed, Illana got me out of pain my first session and is now working with me to correct posture and adjust muscles that were causing the pain. I am so impressed with her depth of knowledge and the way that she applies it. She is extremely technical and well versed in neuromuscular anatomy. She helps you and educates you on how to prevent your injury from occurring again. 10/10 stars for Ilana! She has saved me and allowed me to continue running comfortably, forever grateful!

Fantastic experience: I am being treated for a Frozen Shoulder which is very hard to treat. I was ready to have surgery and went to Ilana right before. She has been amazing! Ilana is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She has also helped me with other areas of my body like my hips, tension headaches and lower back. She is a God-send. So happy to have her work on my physical concerns and so happy to know her. I always leave her feeling better!

Fantastic experience: Ilana is the absolute best! I am not over exaggerating when I say that she changed my life. I have scoliosis and have had back pains for some years. My knee and hip were starting to hurt quite a bit as well. After just a few sessions I was experiencing much less pain. Now, I feel so much better and my posture has greatly improved! She was able to take the curve out of my back, which I never knew was possible with scoliosis. So I am not only feeling physically better, but my self-esteem has also improved. She is also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone I know who may be experiencing pains!
