Fantastic experience: This place has everything. It has a Foosball table, an ice cream machine, a soda machine, a pool, a gym, etc. The staff has been so helpful and I finally feel like I can get my life back together. Or so I hope this is only my first day here. Oh and they let you have your phones and smoke whatever u like. Its basically a vacation with therapy

Fantastic experience: My Husband has been struggling with PTSD for years. The VA has not been able to provide good solutions. A friend from a employee program recommended we see if FHE Health's Shatteproof program worked with our insurance. Over several phone calls we were very encouraged with what they were offering. We had some issues contacting them when we wanted to - but I understand that they are doing therapy and sessions and meeting with doctors. Things are better now. Not perfect, but much better than before he visited FHE, and getting better.

Fantastic experience: My time at FHE Health was life changing. Ive been struggling with a bipolar spectrum disorder for years but only the therapy i received at FHE were effective in helping me understand tools to manage in my day-to-day. I'm now able to keep myself grounded in moments of heightened anxiety and more. The place is very nice, well cleaned and maintained. It was good to see others with similar struggles and form a community that I still talk with. I recommend it to anyone struggling with life management issue disorders.

Positive experience: I had a great experience at FHE from detox to PHP. My therapist, Lisa, was amazing. I felt like the staff truly cared and understood how difficult of a time rehab can be for a person. The food was great, the rooms and facility were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe to heal. Unfortunately, the only issue I had was with Scott Gallo, one of the program directors. There was an error in which he called me to his office to address. I had no problem speaking with him to clear it up, but he talked down to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. It makes me sad some people can be so condescending and rude in a place that is designed to let people heal. I hope he is one day replaced by a more caring and kind staff beneath him for the betterment of the facility. Besides that, I completely recommend FHE to anyone looking for help. I even pushed my mom to go to FHE, and I don’t regret it. Thank you FHE!! (Minus Scott).

The therapist assigned to my case took my feedback seriously and made a substantial effort to provide more personalized treatment. Their professionalism and dedication to my well-being have been outstanding, and I now feel like an active participant in my recovery journey rather than just a name on a checklist. The living conditions are far more pleasant, with cleaner and better-maintained facilities that have contributed to a more comfortable and conducive environment for detoxification. I'm happy to report that the promised follow-up care and aftercare support have also been enhanced. The center has taken concrete steps to provide more comprehensive support for clients once they leave the facility, ensuring that they are better equipped to face the challenges of post-detox life. In light of these positive changes and improvements, I can now recommend this detox center to individuals seeking help with addiction recovery. It's clear that they have taken client feedback seriously and have made genuine efforts to enhance their services. While my initial experience was challenging, the commitment to improvement displayed by the center is extremely commendable, and I believe they are now on the path to providing even better care to those in need of their services.
