You will be provided with paperwork to fill out so the provider has knowledge on your condition. An evaluation will be had by our physical therapist or chiropractor (depending on the services that you are requesting) to provide you with treatment options and start your care.

Fantastic experience: I went in for some back and upper shoulder pain. John Papa did a great job at adjusting, as always. Justin was my PT and he did great! Showed me a bunch of new ways to warm up before i exercise and showed me different strengthening exercises. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hernandez is great!! He made me feel very comfortable in the office. And he was genuinely concerned about my reason for being there. Needless to say, after my interaction, I felt normal again. Thanks for exceptional service!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Edgar and Dr Justin are the best around. Very informative and polite. I had a hamstring injury and lower back pain and when I left i felt amazing. Will come back regularly for treatment. Thank you to all the staff as well for their kindness.

Fantastic experience: I had rotator cuff surgery about 7 weeks ago and have been coming to Action Physical Therapy for rehab. I am so impressed with their services. Every single one of their therapists knows what they’re doing. They’re kind, listen to me and push me when I need it. Professional, courteous and I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to use there chiropractic services too.
